Salah and Nunez ruined a really good week. Nunez is horrible - he's so frustrating to watch, but you expect him to score something eventually in Liverpool's attack.

He's got 4 league goals from 7 xG and has has 9 points in total in the last 5 games. I'm really tempted to jump on to the Solanke train, but I just know Nunez will have a lot of chances vs. Arsenal.

You will win +5 points from here as Zouma is going to play instead of Haaland. As your captain is going to be Watkins you will win +9 points as well from your new captain. Long story short you will win 14 points after Haaland gets out of your squad. The situation with Solanke isn't clear yet. The possibility of getting +3 bonus points is being discussed.

Edit: I assume that FPL board are going to wait for the Luton-Bournemouth match to be completed to close the 17th week.

What does that mean? If Solanke scores a brace or Senesi scores a bullet header in the continuation, I will get more points?

That is not possible anymore. Game is rescheduled towards end of season so they have to decide what to do with players now. I am thinking games gets voided and your bench comes to the rescue. Not good for me since I went -4 to get Solanke but other way around isn't fair either.

I have little transfer concern! I have Solanke, Halaand and Nunez at the moment and I want Watkins but...

1. Do Halaand to Watkins. Easy fix ( but I want Watkins for a long term and getting back Halaand might ruin my team.)

2. Use my 2FT to do Akanji to Badiashile and Nunez to Watkins.

Which route is better? I'm considering route 2. Since I want to get Akanji off my team.

With Nuñez im having the same feeling i had with Rashford, im becoming tired of waiting for him to have a good week. So maybe he gets the same treatment, out of the team more sooner than after.

It never crossed my mind that Liverpool wouldn't be able to score any goal home today. I thought of choosing Solanke as the captain instead of Salah. However when I saw Salah's amazing statistics against Manchester United I didn't want to risk it. Is there anyone who knows something about the points of the Luton-Bournemouth match? I feel like 3 points were stolen from me.

You get to lose 3 points when your defense couldn’t manage it in keeping there 3 points. Haven’t checks your defense to find whom was on a boost and later lost their clean sheet, you would find your 3 points.

Meanwhile, it was very disappointing for me most of all. I mean, there was just no way I couldn’t see Liverpool and I don’t mean M. Salah per say though, he was my captain and I would have loved to have him score but still, not a single ball made it past Onana. I could see Liverpool doing their best in attacks all game, through the first half and continued in the second half but, not a goal. I mean, it was the hight of it.

In my case that means Dubravka comes to the rescue but then Isak and Walker come off my bench for a net -3. (Excluding BPS which was never counted).

Route 2 sounds much better to me, I would want to remove both of those players and Watkins is great pick. Not so sure about Badiashile but that is your area of expertise. If he is playing majority of minutes than by all means. My choice was Colvile for Chelsea defense.

Just bench Haaland you will want him in next GW if he is fit. If you wanted to remove him, you should have done it last week.

My team has never been the same since I became i got a City defender; last season, they had a lot of clean sheets, and the only challenge was trying to get inside Pep's head to figure out who was going to play. This season, Pep's backline has been easy to predict, but there has been no clean sheet.

Route 2 sounds much better to me, I would want to remove both of those players and Watkins is great pick. Not so sure about Badiashile but that is your area of expertise. If he is playing majority of minutes than by all means. My choice was Colvile Colwill for Chelsea defense.

Badiashile is perhaps our finest defender, cool and very good on the ball, and has started 4/5 games since his return. Colwill is another good choice, but Badiashile hits the box for me in terms of pricing.

Considering that this is my first time seriously playing, I'm actually quite happy being only 50 points from the top.
I'd like to see how much room I have there compared to the guys in front of me and can't find that info anywhere.

You can get that info from https://livefpl.net. Just type in your team ID (it shows you how to find it) and you can see all your leagues and cups and chips.

I think there is a possibility of leaving the game week open, while the other weeks continue simultaneously, they have proper way of scoring every team and players on your team for that specific week when the match eventually gets completed, I guess that's the best way possible, and it let's the game progresses without any unnecessary repercussion of the unfortunate event that happened during the match.

Since it has been announced that the Bournemouth vs Luton Town will be replayed in its entirety and not finishing the last 30 mins, I believe the fair solution regarding the fpl points would be to remove all points gained in GW17 by players from BOUvsLUT, then not closing the scoring for GW17 until the match is replayed, once the match is completed then those points earned by players should be added to GW17, therefor the rematch fantasy points should not be counted during the double GW when it will be played.
I hope i am making sense.

There isn't a fair solution that will make everyone happy. Whatever they decide somebody will end up pissed about it. In the end it is just a game and few points shouldn't be that important. I am hating even the fact that GW is open. In the past GW would always end on time and no changes were possible afterwards. I lost many points do to that rule, when PL awarded goals to players after the match but FPL already locked the game.

I think that they are trying to make a decision that won't offend the players against the game as so many players transferred Solanke instead of Haaland. This week it won't be fair to give 0 point to the player who spent -4 points to transfer Solanke due to Haaland's injury. I think the best solution is to leave Solanke at 6 points and close the week.

I did, he has 97 points so far and the total is currently 17 GW so thats around 5.7 points per GW. He missed out on GW8 so that would put him on 16 GW played so far and an average of 6 points per GW. I got him on my team since December and so far he has gotten 18 points out of 4 GW. Well depending on the fixtures, I guess he could have gotten way more points

I'm beginning to have some doubts about Trippier. He was suspended for gw17 but prior to that, he performed very poorly against Tottenham's attack some weeks back and today, he was the reason why Chelsea won the tie and moved to the EFL semi finals. Maybe he's just been unlucky and can turn things around against Luton town. I will sell him off after gw19 because when they go up against Liverpool, Mancity and Aston Villa in gameweeks 20 - 22.

As the AFC Bournemouth-Luton Town FC match has been decided to be played again at the end of the season FPL board have decided to remove the points of the players who played in the match. This means a 4 points loss for me. I don't think it is fair that the points are taken back after the day ends. But there is nothing that could be done about it.
