It is ridiculous to still be without Foden, he's my player of the season. He's the only City player that you can safely put in your team that won't destroy your budget - Haaland will, KDB will as well (and he's not even playing much).

Back with a bang  . I haven't followed the last two GWs so my performance has been below par. Maybe I can make up for it for the remaining 8 Gameweeks of the season. I'm still confident in our bottlers league. I'm about to pull a home run by season end.

I had Foden, Alvarez and KDB in my team. I don't know what happened in the last couple of weeks because the only city player I have right now is Alvarez and compared to Foden, he couldn't get on the scoresheet. Foden is easily one of the best midfielders in the FPL this season. A fruit that has kept on giving.

I was never expecting Foden to make a hat-trick today. I can see that only spack17 has Foden at top. The sadder thing for me is that my opponent in the second chance league igebotz has Foden. Even though we are just at the beginning of the league he has gained a big advantage.

It was a quite bad gw for me generally.

Too easy for the Sherrif - I have the entire rounds strategy posted at my workspace, and so far it's been working perfectly; I just hope there are no injuries along the road. I still have two Liverpool assets and two Chelsea assets left to play. Potential 80 points incoming....

Now I can wait peacefully for Salah's haul/blank tomorrow. Foden has now compensated for Son and Halaand with the 20 Pointer.

You were bang on for Saka. I never thought I would see the day he is dropped from the Arsenal squad, usually he plays if he can stand on his feet. Means either he is seriously injured or Arteta finally figured out that he needs to give the guy a break here and there.

We have players who are fit, it is bad managerial decision to keep stressing our key players especially with how important it is not to loose any game until the end of the season. A serious injury to any key player entirely ruins the plan for the season.

Saka is not completely injured, but he is not fully fit either. I suspect that against Brighton, he will not play full time, but will have some game time.

Saliba and Gabriel deserve some rest too. I am waiting for Timber to be fully fit.

Wow that was a crazy ride - Double Arsenal defence and Halaand's absence all worked in your favour this time, but Wood and Darwin aren't going to win you shit, and Arsenal's double defence won't work against Brighton and Aston Villa.

I'm paying for my shitty wildcard decision before GW25 - my team is filled with injured players and there's nothing I can do.
Still, Liverpool's got an easy game today and Nunez isn't on a lot of teams so he can be my differentiator today.

I honestly expect LFC to hunt goal difference today - Sheffield is already relegated. It will be funny when they score 5 goals and Salah and Nunez get none.

This is an underrated opinion to be honest  

I mean Liverpool does look like the standout team to get the most goals for the game week, but how many times have we witnessed Mo Salah and/or Darwin Nunez fire blank, even when Liverpool score around 4-5 goals, that's really not an unprecedented event, is it ? Though, Salah is lately having more involvement in Liverpool's goals, Nunez is still more of a coinflip even if Liverpool are playing a side from the Conference league, and he gets plethora of chances.

After I got rid of Haaland and, quite by chance, took Foden into the team, firstly, things went better, and secondly, the excess money allowed me to be more flexible in choosing players. In fact, Haaland ultimately doesn't justify its high price tag. I think that if at the end of the season we make a calculation based on the indicator “points received/money spent” for each player, then Haaland will be far from the top, not in the top 10 for sure.

I hope you remember the last time Liverpool scored more than 3 goals against Sheffield United S. Gerard was your captain; I'm not saying it won't happen again, just not today. I don't care about Liverpool's result; all I want is a clean sheet and Salah under 7 points.

Nunez with a goal and it is a typical Nunez goal. he never scores some tap-in or easy shot from a 100% chance. Those he misses and then he scores some screamer or something strange like today. Perfect control from blocking goalkeeper

Sheffield not  bowing to the supremacy of Liverpool, 70 mins into the game and Liverpool have one goal, the same as Sheffield who have so far defended well.

Klopps agenda will just be to win this game, even if they do not score many goals, because it looks unachievable at this point.

Have no idea what is up with Salah sub, at least he was always good for 90 minutes. This is the round where I lose my first spot in the league. Garnacho killing me, everyone has him on the bench and everyone will get his points. Just one of those rounds.

In my team, Salah was also the captain and today's result is quite disappointing. In total I scored 46 points, which is very good for this round, but I expected that I would get a lot of points from the Liverpool game, and in the end I got almost nothing. Thank God that when the score became 1-1, Liverpool was able to return everything to the desired state, otherwise I would have been upset:

I heard that he was taken off due to an injury scare but I believe we'll have the full story soon. I don't have any hope for winning any prizes so unfortunately I cannot relate. I have underperformed in the last two GWs more than anyone.

So the only week I don't have either Palmer or Foden in my team is the week that they both delivered a hattrick? Whoever got both of these lads on their teams should rake in the most points for this gw, period.
