Madagascar 1 - 0 Mozambique

Madagascar and Mozambique match is going on and  Madagascar is leading the game with 1-0. I also bet on Madagascar to win the game. But Mozambique attacks more than Madagascar. The both side have secured 1 yellow card each.

In 2019 Mozambique won Madagascar 3-2 so Madagascar is trying to use this opportunity to win the game. The match is still on first half. It is 44 minutes now.

Morocco which was a best team in the Qatar world cup 2022 who beat strong teams in the world cup was beaten up by Ghana? Na lie.

Lets forget the fact that this Morocco side playing, aren't the same one that you're thinking about which played at the world cup but still they're the current champions of the tournament. It's a surprise too that Ghana could defeat them. The Africa nations championships aren't been played by foreign players instead, every participating nations must consist of players playing in their local national league competitions. In the last 3 matches played across all competition, I think this is the first time, the ghanian side are victorious over the Moroccans and this was a disgraceful one, 3:0 without any consolation.

One thing I love about this competition is that it showcases local talents. Everyone playing here trains and plays locally so there's no advantage to some players to have gained the experience of international football with their clubs overseas.

Yeah of course that's it. Not having European experienced players in the team sort of levels it up. At first, I never saw the advantage in having local players feature or represent there club side in contrast to therecountry representation all for the fact that, they've got a contract that can't be excused but, with the fact that, it provides a singular opportunity to showcase some African talents feels like a good thing.

I commend the African football organization who came out with such ideology called (CHAN) to give the home base players the opportunity to showcase their talent.

I don't, the competition is just another means for them to milk players to get revenue for themselves. It isn't even getting enough promotion so people can watch the matches. I would advise they put all this resources into promoting the local league and their competition instead of overworking this players. We already have the local champions league which top clubs from all over Africa come together to compete so why do we need this competition again?.

Aren't this the same players that are competing in this same tournament. They should leave national teams to only compete with all their strength when it comes to national teams competition. I bet you nobody even knows what's going on in this tournament, the matches are boring to watch and I have resulted to only watching the highlights. We should focused attention on local league to bring them up to standard and not competition like this that makes no sense.

Your making a point there with regards to promoting local club competitions to be of great standard and yeah, it does make a boring watch for one that is used to watching some European high standard football. Its hard to settle for anything less other than the love and support for your nation.

Algeria looks more determined and that's just from the fact that they destroyed their semi finals counterparts 5:0 but because they have been victorious against senegal in all competition in their last 5 outing with just one draw.

I think Senegal vs Algeria is a very good draw, this two sides are one of Africans best when it comes to football tournament competitions both in and outside African. Both sides also have very good local talents so it's no surprise that they're at the finals of this year's tournament. Algeria won all three of their group stages match while Senegal lost one and won two. What do you guys think will play out at the finals and who lifts the trophy?.

I was not surprised to see that Madagascar won the match, they were really controlling the game that day. U know Senegal is an another tight team in Africa, if Madagascar won Senegal in that game it would have been an history for them.
Senegal vs Algeria will not have draw. Algeria will win Senegal pure 0-1 or 1_3.  But we can't stay afar to make mouth. Let us see what the two teams will play in the first half of the game first before supporting one side.

Since many of the African players where not qualified to join the world cup and show there talent. I think this looks like another opportunity for them to look into the future by demonstrating in many if the matches and the opportunity of seeing a potential team that would take take would be more easier. Unfortunately, I never did watch that game as its not really one of my most preferred leagues. It's not obvious all young talents and those whom did well in the league games would seek more prominence in there league side. Its important that they keep up with their revered best.

As much as, young talents in African Football sees and seeks opportunities in Europe for a bright future at the games, this is not African Football history. The idea isn't just to have players flown to Europe but to compete at an European level. We need better teams.

While watching Algeria destroy Niger, I just wondered how they found themselves in the semi finals. There weren't matched at Al and the Algerians almost had a goal on every attack that they made. It was truly disastrous and am sure the Niger team where out there wondering how long the humiliation would last before it ends.

Too bad for Algeria, which conceded no goal until the final, but it had to be more realistic in light of a good tournament overall to see the local Africans play in a beautiful stadium in front of so many supporters. Congratulations to the Senegalese team. The team should support and encourage the goalkeeper to have more confidence in himself; he has all the qualities to be one of the best goalkeepers in the world.

I know that Raja will win the match, and the match is just 70 minutes so if Vipers SC play well they might remove some goals. And even they removed it would not be more than 1. Penalty shootouts don't only depend on individual expertise but it also involves luck, a team can win 5 games in a row  in shootouts and lose the next to an unlucky day that is why I don't pray for any team I support to end their match in shootouts. I have to agree with you on this one, the super eagles are far from been capable of winning the next AFCON. We don't have a team yet and just a striker can't win you tournaments. What happens when the striker gets injuried or when the teams are meant to defend. I believe in defense winning you tournaments more than attackers. One good thing the Super eagles has at the movement is the quality lines of attackers been produced. I think we have about 3-5 very active strikers that are doing it big in their different league at the moment.

While we keep dreaming about winning the next AFCON anyone noticed how good the Nigeria strikers are playing of recent and not just Victor Osimhen. Few days ago, Victor Osimhen broke Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the second most highest jump in Serie A with a height of 258 cm. Fikayo Tomori who's also a Nigerian is the player with the record for the highest height while Victor Osimhen is now the second while Ronaldo holds the third position. Victor Osimhen is just on a quest to conquer all aspects of striking. He has 17 goals on 18 matches this season and he seems not to be slowing down. Other Nigerian strikers are doing good numbers as well.

Those news of him been alive were just rumours as there were no proof of him been rescued. It's a sad thing we lost him at this very young age. He didn't have much of a successful career but when he did play he was good. I can't just imagine how his family will be feeling, I saw his wife at the Liverpool vs Newcastle game and her eyes almost made me cry as well. He played for my club Chelsea and went on various loan so many clubs did have a relationship with him. May his soul RIP until we meet again on the judgement day.

Now to a positive news, Victor Osimhen just passed the 100th goals milestone and it's quite astonishing how he achieved this milestone while playing for a less recognized club/league and did achieved this goals in less games than some of the greats that have played the game like Messi, Ronaldo etc. Do you guys think he can go on to break Ronald's goal record, already he has broken his height goal record

I was not expecting Senegal to score Nigeria and the way things are going now, Senegal will win the game with the 1 goal. Nigeria is trying their best to be equalized but Senegal also does not give up. Senegal even possessing ball more. With what I saw today Nigeria can't qualify for the African Cup of Nations even the forthcoming 2026 world cup. Senegal won Nigeria in this match. I can't really believe.

I overheard from them man them from the block about it but I wasn't so sure of it not until Arsenal Thomas Partey pulled his Jersey to celebrate and bid him good bye saying Rest in Peace Christian Atsu.
We never prayed for such disheartening news, I can imagine so much pains his family must be going through till this moment. I hope they find a place in them hearts to be strong.

I was hoping to see discussion about our Nigerian Victor Oshime, who without no doubts and arguments deserves the African Best Player Award this season. On no account should he be robbed. I hope to see him taking it because he deserves it, he's good form has made him linked to both Manchester United and Chelsea. They both look forward to securing the most informed number nine in the world currently.
