I'll contact freeworm. I think bter would be a good start. He uses a polling system on bitcointalk for what coins he adds.

Wait what ?? the community after making 1000% profit finally dug into their own pocket and came up with 1 btc. Also why do I need to send my xbc t the exchange, I dont want them staking my coins, and besides there is like a 120 confirmation wait on deposits.
This was after the double spend attacks, before the stolen 14000 stolen coins fiasco on poloniex as well. So tell me again what coin is failcoin ? I am confused as there are soo many.
1,400 not 14,000. anyways they're treating this like Coin2 aka NC2. Its hard to make a new wallet and use the old blockchain so they're starting "fresh" New blockchain with the exact number of coins. To make the changeover easy sending the coins back to Poloniex where you got them before the changeover time (which will be announced soon and have a set duration) will result in you being issued the same ammt of coins in your Poloniex balance of the new blockchain/wallet XBC as you had before. Unfortunately we will all lose our time staking but we will have a better product. Anyone who misses the boat will be able to make a claim and there will be a painless process for being issued the new version of the coins After this is done we wont have the 1200 confirmation required it will be dropped to a reaosnable number and hopefuly we proceed forward with all the great ideas which were bubbling up before we got sidetracked waiting on many devs to create a wallet to work how we wanted!

The cat came out of the bag in irc that the dev for CGA/Cryptographic Anomaly is now working on the do-over for XBC, that will be a major confidence booster.

Pretty sure Busoni was talking about how they would have to freeze up the market for the change. I don't recall exactly what he said, but it does look like we should finally get the new wallet and relaunch *soon*

So tf2 is the dev on this? No, s4w3d0ff is actually.

I'm totally underwhelmed by the waves of information and updates coming to us here. It's a real joy to witness the slowly sliding XBC prices and imagining either a death by neglect or a surge of buying into the bags of big holders who will then run the coin. Never mind, love will overcome. (not) Keep us up to date please. I , for one, will not be asking again. Digit poised and do remember the coin spans many time zones.

Coins moved ages ago. Digit poised above sell button. Just saying. And full transparency should permit disagreement and anger to be vented and not censored a la police state.

sell then dude, everyone has the same information. wallets underway, coins on polo will be exchanged automatically. its going to be a few days to make the change, theres no deadline set I imagine when a majority of the coins make it back to the polo wallet (which has ~30k of ~55k coins) then they'll pull the trigger.

You can't imagine how appealing the idea of pulling a trigger is right now. However, thanks for communicating. it was beginning to feel like the surface of Mars again. ad astra per laborem ad astra

I think a lot of people will feel that way, coins back on polo, wondering if they should sell. Im sure some will, heck id like to get my money out and re-invest elsewhere. but im going to hold, id like to see where its at 7-10 days after the wallets done. *edit, and if its doing well then ill hold longer

You can't imagine how appealing the idea of pulling a trigger is right now. However, thanks for communicating. it was beginning to feel like the surface of Mars again. ad astra per laborem ad astra I'm not entirely sure why, as the price to sell isn't especially appealing at the moment. Logically you'd think after all the hubbub over the wallets is over and done with, and with other exchanges then a potential spot for the coin (both due to new wallet + the volume generated to date), the price would most likely rise. Unless there is another coin you want to pick up immediately, I'm not sure it makes sense to sell right now. The opposite probably is true... buy before new wallets while price is low-ish. But we'll see. I just sometimes have difficulty understanding the short attention span trading style some folks seem to have here.

I appreciate your thought with this statement. The wallet is probably the LEAST exciting project that XBC team has underway right now. If you sell now. GL buying back when XBC = .1 Btc in a week
