This is four seperate occasions now, after the value raised glitched was claimed to be fixed.. i have watched the total USD raised increase to about 29.4 mil , then being retracted, once it was retracted to 27.4 mil then reached 29 again, and retracted to 26.4 mil. reached 29 again, retracted to 27.6 mil. then reached 28 .9 mil and now retracted again to 27.2 mil..
What the fuck is going on Storj? give us a viable reason for this or else your ICO is scam.I have invested heavily into this so i would LOVE to know whats going on....

What's the difference between these two cryptocurrencies? Is conversion ratio one to one. What are applications of each one?
The primary difference is that SJCX is on the Counterparty which is on the Bitcoin block chain. Bitcoin transaction volume is high, so Counterparty transactions are slow. STORJ will be on the Ethereum block chain, which will make transactions faster, and offer the ability to use smart contracts. so other things are same? do they have the same function? Why would someone prefer SJCX is its on slower blockchain?

the farmers will be paid for the storage contracts, ie how much space is used by the Storj clients, not for the total space the farmers share/make available to the network.

Would we receive extra fees for bandwidth of internet used?
What is the total number of copies exist for a single file?
Does Storj have it's own hard disks where it stores the files in case when there is a deficiency of storage available?

They announced on Rocket Chat that April and May payments will be bundled into one next month. The April payment failed because of BTC backlog. They also said there will be new apps with new Ethereum payout address

1. There are several variables that affect your payout, you can read more about it here: http://blog.storj.io/post/156584576553/storj-payout-transparencyand here: https://gist.github.com/super3/a36a3d4967951ec678200f499364b81a2. I think by default each shard is replicated at least 3 times. Files are shredded into small pieces (shards), encrypted locally, then distributed to different farmers on the network. 3. Storj is the AirBNB of cloud storage, the biggest decentralized cloud storage without owning any hard drives. What I mean is there are over 19K farmer nodes on the network and the last I heard they had 5 Petabytes of storage available via farmers. There is plenty of storage before it runs out and it can only grow further as things improve.

They will when they are ready to list STORJ, not sure if they will just migrate SJCX to STORJ on their platform directly so best to wait for Exchanges to announce it.

- Between 6-20x copies are created on the network, this will eventually be lowered when Storj is more stable and Erasure + RS encoding works. - You are also payed for upload bandwidth yes, even more than actually storing it: https://gist.github.com/super3/a36a3d4967951ec678200f499364b81a- There is way more free space on the network that used-space so that is not a problem.

The idea is not strange and has been well attended to, most especially with terrific increase of information. The main concern is the security of everyones data, they should preach more on the security of stored data
