How is it over? The devs are still out of money. Maid went sub 9k, making new lows for this downtrend, the project is still behind schedule...
MAID is losing market cap to newer, more shiny IPO/ICO quasi-investments such as Lisk and DAO. You know it's true when the cheerleaders come into this thread, waving their pom-poms in denial. MAID has nothing to show for 10 years of "research" and a million dollar plus annual burn rate. And now they're scraping the bottom of the barrel, dumping millions of secret/surprise coins that shouldn't exist onto the market, as the scam moves into its exit phase. true and ethereum is doing something heard this project years ago and it's still in development OMG |

I guess it's over now  the price of btc ruins alts now and the hardest is MAID. If devs aren't doing something quick i see it lowering down to 3-4k again. Stupid btc blergh, really had hoped it would die any soon, but it keeps going strong. |

Stupid btc blergh, really had hoped it would die any soon, but it keeps going strong. Lisk, MAID and StorJ seem all to be down a bit. I don't really care. The devs are close to releasing "TEST 4" which will be very close to the MVP. I expect "TEST 4" in the coming days, as long no serious bug shows up. Here's a bit more info.Here's also a bit."Test 4" is a very important step IMO. Test 1 was very technical, only one day. Test 2 was several days, people running Vaults from home. Test 3 was designed to almost kill itself  the devs build in several "bugs" to see how the network responded. With TEST 4 they will fix all things learned so we should see quite a stable and fast netwerk when it's live (still as a test though). I'm very curious to see what comes out of it. |

I did buy some more few weeks ago with all the noise and FUD. I also sold some while they work at 12 cents or something. But for the biggest part I just hold my coins and follow the project closely. Only on bigger dips I sell some ETH and buy some MAID. |

How are you finding Test 4? What are your impressions on the UI, launcher, network speed, stability and file uploads? It works! My CPU-load running 1 Vault is extremely low. Most of the time below 1%. My routing table is about 80 nodes big. I see chunks come in and out etc. There were some issues when people tested running a big number of Vaults on their machines. But that's good to test though. I just uploaded a map with 40 mb. worth of files. Also uploaded a little website. Here are some dev-replies.    Join TEST 4 using this linkWould be great to have a bigger number of testers. So feel free to join. Just starting a Vault takes 1 download and 1 click. |

The network is now at a minimum of 1800 nodes. The total for this test probably peaked around 3000 nodes so far. That's far over the 750 which we had at previous tests.  It's click-n-run. You can join this network in seconds really.... Link to the Vault binaries (provided by Maidsafe)What does the Vault do...- It connects to the SAFE Network using bootstrap nodes.
- It gets a list of other nodes and builds up a routing table.
- It join the network at XOR-level and starts to receive and store Chunks.
- It routes data, delivers the requested Chunks.
