I did not expressed myself correctly. I wanted to point out that all these alts/btc ratio is like a big speculative investment. I also believe in xmr and aeon, but i look at all cryptos as speculative, i'm not cashing out. EDIT: Have you guys seen the unrealistic rise of sumokoin, in 2 days from $2 to $10. I don't know what to say about the project, something is bugging me not to invest. |

For those who tried to sync aeond from scratch and couldn't go beyond the height 1000 with lots of "alternative chain, block height: 406" message, please try the following: - Delete the Aeon blockchain folder
- Run aeond with --add-exclusive-node 34.205.171.63:11180 (one of the public nodes listed here https://aeon.wiki/Node )
- Wait for a bit until it shows CHECKPOINT PASSED FOR HEIGHT 1000 <bc6458452fd0575a314089bf302f6fd68ebaa2d689c42f3365293b96bbdf1f25>
- Stop aeond and run it again without --add-exclusive-node
There might be some issue that needs fixing. Use the latest AEON-0.9.14.0-WIN64 and have 1000 height issue. Can not download blockchain from zero, got stuck at 1000 blocks. Is it possible to download updated aeon blockchain from somewhere? Tryed the node above and all public nodes from the list and they are not working for me. What am I doing wrong? I can see that transaction on the blockchain, which means that the fund was indeed moved from you to HitBTC. Maybe you forgot to attach the payment ID? That's the most common mistake for new users. In any case, the only thing you can do is to contact their support. |

Chain is almost synched but every few minutes I get that. Do I have the wrong block at that height and should redownload? Always same hash and block 406. |
