Aeon's value is now grossly undervalued. Aeon's ideal is to become a mobile untraceable block chain, I believe Aeon can add value in their own way.

Is this optional or mandatory upgrades of Aeon wallet, smooth?
Anyway, it's really good to see your statement that the newest update of AEON wallet will help reduce transaction fees, especially for small transactions.

Recommended but optional. Any large transfers (which need to be split) will cost more in fees if you don't use it. However, apart from that nothing bad will happen if you don't update.

It's probably just a vulnerability with how altex.exchange handles incoming payments.

@smooth. Is the plan for Aeon is to keep following most of Monero's development and only copy some of them? Is Aeon a representation of some of your development disapproval in Monero, or maybe a representation of correcting mistakes. For example, implementing Confidential Transactions that made the block size bigger.

Awesome! It's a serious project.

The goal is to create a mesh network of nodes and wallets over radio links, some of which may have intermittent or delayed connectivity.

For this purpose Aeon has at least two big advantages over its parent coin.
