Your BURST is stored decentrally on the blockchain, you can move them from your account to somewhere else using any wallet, as long as you have the password. So losing your equipment with your wallet will not lose you any BURST, mined or bought. However, keep the password safe, if anyone gets it, they too, can move your BURST away from your account using any wallet. you can add more security by creating a wallet with a more secret password, and only send money to that wallet (i think you'd need to send money once to get its public key out there). If you only send money to the more secure wallet, you will never again use the password for that wallet, so it will be tough for hackers to phish it or read it off traffic or memory (cause it is never used). |

So how do I actually send burst from my wallet to my poloniex deposit address? I can send out of polo no problem but it doesn't come from the deposit address. Polo gives me the address and public key and my wallet tells me I need to include the public key with the transaction but gives me no field to input it? https://imgur.com/3cgW3U0 |

-Tick add message -Add your public key as a message -And I usually uncheck "encrypt message" box and send, hope this helps |
