Yeh it's crazy. I contacted them once in october/november with no reply, figured they just missed the email.

But this time they have no excuses, I have emailed them, sent 4/5 private messages on here and have been posting on this thread for the last few weeks... 0 result

I've complained about the support around 2 months ago, for a reply that never arrived.
I had lost my string to access to my account with some coin inside, contacted support via mail, forum, twitter...but never answered me, and we are talking about November 2015.....
After complaining here, i've stopped to ask because it's clear that something isn't working right....FO the money, FO SD....better to move to other places, they didn't deserve our coins  Angry

As far I can notice, the site is up. But the problem is that their new anti-ddos protection apparently is automatically banning IPs for no reason, so I have to connect from a different IP each time in order to work.

SDice_CTO should look into it and come up with a better solution. Also, some more details about what exactly is going on would be welcome.

The false positives should be fixed now and it seem to have been solved when we use the site ourselves. Please let me know if it persists.

Yes indeed. We're in the middle of a system upgrade, were DDoS'ed and so on so it's been hard to organise quickly enough.

I want to confirm that the issue was resolved: i was provided with another valid address to login back on my account, where i find all my money i've invested there, plus a nice bonus for the wait.
Want to give back credit that i loose on the site and the guys on PD for closing an issue after months.

I wouldn't hold your breath, I've been waiting for 1 month+ and have been posting on here for a few weeks, sending private messages, but no response. Only 1 forum post to say "we'll once the DDOS is over"

I have resolved your account issues too and credited you compensation. It took some time because I had to write some code for identifying accounts with "old" deposits without making manual queries. Similar issues will be resolved much quicker. Sorry about the wait.

Sorry about the long wait guys.

Current status
  • Almost all other support emails are now also answered and the rest will be answered by tomorrow.
  • I have made some tools to quicker help people and what was previously preventing me from handling support has been fixed.
  • All services are running, now with powerful hardware DDoS protection so possible new attacks in the future will probably be mainly unnoticeable.
