Wow excellent work, i get great improvement performence with 2xgtx 970 maybe 5 to 8% 1.5.48 Tested on X11,x13 and quark (x13 get a few not validate on cpu = 1 each min approx)
I have 2 question : 1- what is the -g (what it does and how to use it, is it the number of your gpu ex:if i have 2 gtx970?) Did not find it on the previous page
2- Is it normal on yaamp the you get less of mh/s vs ccminer? Exemple on quark 31 mh/s ccminer vs 22 mh/s yaamp
Thanks man !!

Not sure about yaamp. I only show about 3-9 Mh/s of my 11.2 Mh/s on my scrypt asics.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks

Which improvement we could expect on QUBIt with GTX970/750Ti
With -g 2 I get this. (2 750ti oclock) (deleted) Qubit is not fixed for multiple threads. with -g you get invalid hashes and lower rates on the pool I was just testing that , but you've located it first Especially when I have both of the cards on same rig - its total mess using the "g" parameter...

I get full rates on yaamp, but it takes a while. Not sure if they use a PLNS system to reward miners that are not switching pools regulary? I have just testet build 48 on compute 5.0 (750ti) you can compare with build 43 wich is compiled for 5.0 only. Get bether rates? Also use the latest NVIDIA driver.

GPUTHREADS, THREADS, DEVICES-- There are 3 command line flags that control how many threads are processed. The '--gputhreads', or "-g" parameter is currently being developed. It is supposed to be similar to the sgminer switch "-g". The "--threads", or "-t" switch is similar, but primarily works with CPU miners. If you set "-t 16" on a cpuminer running on an Intel quad-core with 8 virtual cores, you will get 2 threads on each core. Remember, the miner is descended from pooler's CPU miner. The "--devices", or "-d" switch specifies the number or identity of the GPUs to use. The "-g" switch is an attempt to assign per-GPU threads to be processed. This info is in the internal help file within ccminer, "--help". --scryptr

hi all ...
the donation stratum address is now active and can be mined directly ...
looks like yaamp had a major hiccup and dummy spit - with extranonce2 size errors - as can be seen by the graphs of sp's btc address on yaamp ... this issue looks like it affected all the miners - and was caused by yaamps stratum ... but it all seems to be going ok now ... we will see how it goes for the next few hours and check it again when i wake ...
so now we have sp donation - x11 and quark ...
just point miners to the following address and ports if you wish to donate in this way to sp - any username / any password ...
x11 - donate.granitecoinx.com:7999 ... quark - donate.granitecoinx.com:7919 ...
remember these are still test environments and the address will more than likely change to - donate.granitecoin.com:portnumber - when it is setup permanently ...
just for examples sake - our mining settings for gigabyte 750ti oc lp cards in linux scripts or commandline are as follows ...
./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://donate.granitecoinx.com:7999/ -O chrysophylax.test:x -a x11 -i 20.6 ./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://donate.granitecoinx.com:7919/ -O chrysophylax.test:x -a quark -r 3 -R 10 -i 23.7
./ccminer would be replaced with ccminer.exe to be used for windows batch files if you have the same cards ( probably with different parameters also ) ...
we hope this is ok so far ... the other algos will be setup tomorrow and the list of algo / port messaged here ...
#crysx
HAMPSTER ON THE WHEEL FOR YA, MATE! I just hooked up to your donation proxy. Great implementation! I'll leave the critter there a while. Any way we can view the action online? EDIT: I just looked up the donation wallet on Yaamp. All is good! --scryptr awesome ... yaamp has a habit of bombing out ( directly or via proxy ) with extranonce2 errors ... especially with quark ... how did it go for your donation session? ... just woke and catching up - so apologies for the late responses ... i really dont like these time zone issues ... #crysx

I submitted a fix for the cpu usage in multiple threads. x11 750ti settings: -i 19 -g 3 -a x11 seems to run faster than default. around 150Khash faster per 750ti. Look at the power graph, only 60-90% tdp. With overclocking/voltage the hashrate gets much higher. test rig still running with previous settings ... hashrates look like they are all over the place ... will reclone and recompile with the same parameters to see if its more stable with the latest release ... late response = australian timezone ... yup - we the 'lucky' ones here ... #crysx

None of the release seen to have -g working in conjunction with -d. Here is my command line. I am mining with gtx980. I need to use the -d parameter due to having a gtx66ti for phyx while gaming. ccminer.exe -q -a x11 -o http://192.168.1.4:7903 -u XfVMCaqKYmmbCCQHynbFyBmpbRVu93o9eD+.004 -p 1234 -g 2 -d 0 I like the work you are doing here. Thanks

From "VER=1.5.48-git(SP-MOD)" when I run: ccminer --algo=quark -d 0,1 -i 22 -g 4 --url=stratum+tcp://yaamp.com:4033 --user=blahblah --pass=x
From the console I only get: GPU #0: GeForce GTX 750 Ti, #####
While without the -g parameter I get: GPU #0: GeForce GTX 750 Ti, ##### GPU #1: GeForce GTX 750 Ti, #####

there seems to be an issue with mining quark and extranonce2 size errors on yaamp ... no matter what settings or type of mining ( direct to the pool or through donation link ) there ALWAYS seems to be errors ... the donation link for quark will be changed to westhash to see if that has similar / the same issues - if any at all ... you can see via this link - http://yaamp.com/?address=1CTiNJyoUmbdMRACtteRWXhGqtSETYd6Vd - how erratic quark is ... yet x11 doesnt seem to have this issue - and if there are any errors under x11 - they are quickly corrected by the yaamp stratum / ccminer ... the process may be watched from this link - https://www.westhash.com/index.jsp?p=miners&a=12&addr=1CTiNJyoUmbdMRACtteRWXhGqtSETYd6Vd - which is not active yet but will be in the next couple of hours ... or join in and test also ... same addresses as before - but quark will be on westhash this time around ... x11 - donate.granitecoinx.com:7999 ... quark - donate.granitecoinx.com:7919 ... any input / advice would be very much welcomed ... v48 seems to be quite stable with the -g parameter ... but the hashrate really isnt a great deal more on the pool side ... will continue to let it run for another hour ... after all - it is STILL donating even while we are testing ... #crysx

I just tried quark at donate.granitecoinx.com:7919 Extranonce2 errors basically 100% BTW, I still use release44 FTW. Every release since is garbage on my machine. Thanks to everybody who answer all my question, to all those who work hard and support this project and a big thanks to SP !! I must say this version with quark is awesome !! Here my config on yaamp for those who wanna test !! 2XGTX970 (V1.5.48) ccminer.exe -R 5 -T 5 -i 22 -g 4 -q -a quark -o stratum+tcp://yaamp.com:4033 -u xxxxxxxxxxxxxx -p d=0.002
Im getting very good hashrate from 30 to 40 mh/s but the average is 31 mh/s. 0.2% reject
Qubit run well too Ive tested x11,x13,x15 today again but im getting few error with -i and -g (1 to 5) and the famous not validate on cpu. (but it works with good hashrate)
You guys doin very well. We need you !!

after an hour of mining quark through the donation link on westhash - we seem to have had some hashrate 'turbulence' BUT there seems to be so little issues errors ... especially extranonce errors ...
we can keep the quark donation mining with westhash for now - until we can confirm that it is stable enough ...
as you can see from the graph we are mining with erratic hashrates using the testing ( -g -i combo ) parameters ...
we will switch back to the 'standard' parameters and see whether the hashrate evens out any ...
our parameters for donation ( remember that any username and any password could be used - the link converts all of it to a pseudo username and password for the donation recipient ) ...
./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://donate.granitecoinx.com:7919/ -O chrysophylax.test:x -a quark -r 3 -R 7 -i 23.7
lets see how this fares for the next hour or so ...
