@pirateat40 | The PPT that didn't' comply

does that mean every single other PPT 'complied'?

let's see if their lenders report having coins come in... that's the only thing that matters and i've still seen no evidence of that occurring.

I believe that goat also hasn't complied, so that would be intended plural........

Pirate specifically stated/spoke that it would be though for the bond (GLBSE) based PPTs so it very well. Oils mean bitcoinmax singular.

And goat did ask nefario, who told him to pack sand.

Fresh quotes from IRC
Quote

@pirateat40 | The PPT that didn't' comply will have a long road ahead.  Those that contacted me ahead of time "Friday" are clear.
@pirateat40 | I'm wanted to speak for awhile now, but I someone stole my ship.

@pirateat40 | Finally things are progressing and I've returned to my boat.
@pirateat40 | It's going to get better to some, I promise.
@pirateat40 | That's all for now, back to your regularly scheduled trolling.

I do feel like shit now Smiley

Agreed.  Thanks PayB.TC. </sarcasm>

Lets not forget that pirateat40 " are clear" is meaningless until you have proof that people got the BTC + interest.

Did pirate give his lawyer's details, as he said he would on "Friday"?

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

True, so far noone even confirmed the newest 11 payments, pirate stated that he payed.

All I read here is hot air. are "clear" ? clear for what? not being payed? waiting at least another 4 weeks? and what is progressing? does this mean we can expect paymets soon? When will those payments be made? Will those cover the full amount or only a part? ... I mean srsly, if aguy is talking without saying anything, then its him!

Besides pirate didnt mention why he needs those informations? Why is it not possible to pay the full PPTs out? ...

Im only waiting that some US lawyer opens a thread for a class action lawsuit... I would put 50% of my 500 BTC invested in pirate in this lawsuit just to see pirate getting ripped into pieces...

If I would owe people over a million, i would answer every single question ... but this guy ... is just making stupid comments about being pirate and his stupid ship like a 12 years old boy sitting at home, not taking this matter serious.

Looks like he's hoping to misdirect the attention and shift the blame to others, the PPT OPs aren't to blame here, he is. He had absolutely no problem taking money from payb.tc, goat, and others, but now he has a problem with giving them back?

"Sorry guys I tried to give you your money back but evil PPT and GLBSE wouldn't let me, so you can blame any further delays on them"

This probably isn't even BitcoinMax, other true PPT's were not wanting to release info either.

This is why all of the larger Passthrough OPs need to get together, compare stories and catch Trendon in yet ANOTHER lie.

He seems to continuously amaze me, each time he decides to post or release so-called 'information'.

theft - possessing and/or controlling property that belongs to another without their consent and against their wishes

The only thing required of anyone is for the liar and thief who knows a few words from a Jimmy Buffett song to make good on his obligations.

He is a con man who is shifting your attention away from his failure to pay so you will focus on paybtc. Do you really believe he has paid anything to anyone except maybe some chump change? There is no proof.

I wonder if the 22/23 accounts paid are just the same ones from a couple weeks ago, think there was like 800 paid out to a few minor accounts

I seem to have missed a few things here.. but from what I can gather, payb.tc didn't give pirate any information. So even if there is any chance of pirate paying anything out, we won't be getting anything back. Is that correct?

I don't think it's been said anywhere that we wont get paid, just that it's going to take a while longer:

No, that's not correct. If Pirate is going to pay anything back, he can just as easily (actually much more easily) send a single large payment to payb.tc and let him split it among the sub accounts. Don't be an idiot. The ONLY plausible motivation Pirate would have for making these demands would be to spark more finger pointing and infighting. Please don't play into his hands. Think for yourself to try to figure out what's going on here.

Pirate's demands make no sense. He refused to answer questions even when Goat called his bluff about the lawyer because Pirate knows his demands won't stand up to even superficial scrutiny. If you get paid anything, it will be because he has some money left over and wants to pay. Whether or not payb.tc bends over for him on command is immaterial.

This is just a bunch of guessing.

I think that payb.tc has a responsibility to listen to the people who are invested in his trust, but I've already said that.

What's done is done, now it looks like we are all up for more waiting (and here is my guess; for now, it looks like we'll be waiting longer than everyone else, cept' maybe goat).

the bitcoinmax  spreadsheet should be sent over to pirate@40

hes going to use it as reason to not pay out  over a million dollars

his reasons for even asking are highly suspect anyway ,i think most would assume
hes been buying up the reduced  priced debt anyway and getting the account specifics
will help him pay more bitcoins to accounts he controls and haircut everyone else

it doesnt mean payb.tc can walk away from the whole mess either ,he has a duty of everyone who invested to help get their coins back

he was happy to take a cut when it was paying every monday so he should at least be seen to be helping  people get their coins back out of his failed investment

if that means voluntary details sent to pirate ,i think people with coins at stake should be allowed the option to apply to get them back
