All these early investors with 10k+ coins, allready millionaires, holding to try their chances at becoming billionaires are seeing their dreams of big houses and Lamborghinis melt away don't want to risk going home empty handed so I think there will be a few more very large sell offs while the price is still reasonable.
I think we will see single digits within a 24 hours.

I picked up a few coins at 60 and a few more at 55, but the goxlag makes this a very hard game to play, not to mention mtgox.com returning 'Bad Gateway' from time to time.

as often proclaimed, it's not good to have more than 50% of marketshare stashed at mt. gox.
too centralised. mt gox is like the pendant to any central bank for fiat.
more decentralisation!!!

i wonder what the big players will do after the big sellout.
perhaps start investing the coins they bought cheap with their freshly printed cash
in developement of a centralised controlled market.

i agree that a little more diversification to other exchanges is healthy for bitcoin, but mtgox having >50% of trading volume has nothing to do with bitcoin security.
