Suchmoon, earlier you said you'd post the info explaining how you knew about the big Mississippi data center (its existence and location) as soon as you could get to an acceptable computer. Can you please post that info today?
Please see this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg9544806#msg9544806I have started to collect the pictures but it's slow going. It has the ones with EXIF data so it should give you what you're looking for. There were some others that showed electric installation work being done inside and outside, and also ones with Bitmain hardware. I hope to add those soon (TM). Thanks!

This is really interesting.... AnimoEsto
You are a new account, you have only posted in THIS THREAD, and you're leaking emails from josh garza. You also have a cloud mining startup in your signature.
You are Josh Garza.
Hell no. I'm Josh Garza, isn't that obvious yet? FWIW, the leak is in GAW/Paybase's interest - it provides the necessary cover to delay as along as possible. This thread is also a cover - you know, a half-dozen internet forum users in one thread, can easily take down a $100M company by posting pictures, memes, snark and silly allegations. Of course. By the gaw logic, the Winklevi should have hired us to take down facebook, would have been a whole lot cheaper. Whether the leak was from GAW, their reps, etc., I can't say - I just think it doesn't hurt them as much as it helps them by buying time. See - CONFIRMED!

Looks like interest is beginning to die off about PayCoin

"PayBase has investigated these spurious allegations and confirmed that they are false." See...that is the part that is a dead giveaway here. How do they investigate and confirm that Coin Fire did not receive leaked documents? Obviously the SEC is not officially declaring whether or not they have an open investigation, as they responded to a FOIA request with a long winded,"No Comment" GAW, and it's legal team, could certainly be aware of an ongoing investigation, as the SEC may be demanding documents, records, etc. from the company, but that still would not tell them how many pages the investigation file contains, nor if a SEC insider leaked those documents.

I would guess, as others said in that thread, that what they're going to say is that only Gaw is being investigated and the lie they claim is that paybase is being investigated.

You can't state that you investigated the own allegations against yourself and confirm that they are false. That's like going to court over and saying to the judge you have confirmed that the defense is lying.

It's not like the coinfire article had any more proof.

I go away from it all for just two days and all hell breaks loose...
Coinfire, proven right... by GAW. Cashtakers, taking cash... Josh, leaking emails to give a path towards escape... XPY, further down the sewer... Apparently it finished swirling the bowl and is now floating on down the sewers.
Best part honestly is coinfire... they took hit after hit off their "attacks" on gaw by those gawlets it wasn't even funny... I'd say almost Shawshank Redemption style there...

Wonder what Mizz van Cleef is going to feel like, with her big and serious law firm, her big and serious affiliation to BTC, to having this rinky-dink client splattering her emails all over the internetz. Wasn't the previous lawyer representing him, the legal council to BTC Foundation ostracized to the point he no longer represents this altcoin wunderkind Homero?
More hypocrisy [below] by those who believe and even go as far as telling me "we are on the same side" and "we want the same for the industry"... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Yes, I am a little bitter. However, I do find some solace in the fact that the wave of enforcement is imminent. Scott-

Lawyers represent clients and we have as our first and most important ethical obligation to zealously represent our clients (within the boundaries of what is legal). Good lawyers, and especially the best lawyers, take on difficult clients. That is the nature of the beast. It does not mean that Van Cleef is unethical, so long as she is not assisting in ongoing fraud and is advising her client on what he should be doing going forward... in other words, there is nothing wrong with bringing in a lawyer to help clean up the mess and you should not blame Van Cleef for doing so IMHO. It really does sound to me like someone brought the legal team in to clean up the mess, and I doubt very much that Van Cleef would be involved if she thought that there was ongoing fraud or illegality (truthfully, she could not be involved ethically if that were the case).

Yes, but you are assuming Van Cleef has all of the facts and truths of Garza's actual internal practices. I think it is safe to assume that she may not. A perpetual liar does not know how to discriminate when lying. He is likely not wise enough to "come clean", even with his own attorneys who might help him right his wrongs. He has likely convinced even himself that he's done nothing wrong.
