first link is gone edit: spoke too soon, both links AWOL That's the point. The announcement was deleted, and the rules page was deleted, and yet Vlad expects that the prize will actually be awarded. Or he claims to believe that. From the kinds of things he says it's hard to tell whether he's joking, or just extremely gullible.

Ran out of emails to leak? If they were legit (and I'm still on the fence on that), everything was from back in December/January right? Has he/she leaked anything more recent? They were legit. The DKIM checked out, and pointed directly back to btc.com and geniusesatwork.com. DKIM uses RSA-Sha256, which is pretty much impossible to fake, and I've received emails directly from Josh Garza using the same domain and selector (which refers to a specific private / public key pair). Yes, they were from November - January, and the November ones werent DKIM signed...but that is consistent as well. Emails I have from GAW in November or earlier did not include a DKIM signature, but December and on do. The dates are not important. The content is what matters. Some of those emails were absolutely atrocious.

@Paul Revere - Thought you might want to help this poor soul out with a little of your patented technical analysis:
Man, I bought 2 more BTC worth of XPY around .00400. Now I'm in for 6 BTC. Now I'm down but my average is still slightly below $1 so I feel good. That 50% jump in price a few days ago was me showing up on the scene and killing the trolls. haha, no, it was the news by Garza that there is something big coming in about 2 weeks, but I like my version better.

The dates aren't important in the grand scheme. Did this person sit on the emails for longer than they should have? Possibly. Or, maybe they were scared of posting them until they knew they could do it in a way that wasn't traced back to them. It truly does not matter. The content of the emails is damning, and can be provably linked back to geniusesatwork.com and btc.com.

I gotta disagree with this. Why would someone sit on such important emails, if they are indeed legit? It implies that they were either implicit in these alleged wrongdoings or they were hoping to get paid which means they are extortionists. Or of course - the other possibility, the emails have been altered or totally faked. There is no doubt XPY has been attacked by someone from day one. Part of it might have been deserved but I've never seen such a concerted attack against a coin or a dev like what has happened against Garza and XPY. There is more to all of this than meets the eye and the XPY volume and price proves [in part] this possibility. So I at least entertain the possibility that someone has a lot to gain by seeing XPY fail. If you eliminate any potential possibilities then you will run the chance that you will miss what's really happening. Many did this with Bitcoin back in November 2013.

This is on topic since anything related to Bitcoin will directly affect all crypto.
Barry Silbert's BIT just got Finra's approval.
This is HUGE news cause it means in about 30 days the masses and mutual funds/pension funds, etc, will have instant access and the legal ability to buy into a liquid Bitcoin market.
No more need for a wallet or worries of getting hacked. Anyone with an Ameritrade account can buy Bitcoin.
Of course the real Bitcoin ETF, COIN, will be the big one, the one taking Bitcojn over $10,000+ this year, then then much higher. And that should be at most 6 months away.
So my advice to everyone is buy buy buy Bitcoin and your favorite alt-coins and do NOT sell. The next boom is gonna be much bigger than the last one and that one was bigger than anyone expected at the time.
And you are buying Shitcoin? You are a fucking idiot!

As if anyone still paid you any attention, your blatant disregard for cryptographically signed evidence seals the deal that you're a moron. On top of that, you have no idea when I obtained these emails. I could've released them minutes after getting them, so I guess that deflates your other half-thought-out argument. Move on, kiddo.

No, I'm not buying ShitCoin, I launched ShitCoin in 2013, I'm the proud founder and I did it to mock all the coming ShitCoins. haha. Big difference. And yes, that makes me an expert on ShitCoins. haha I have asked a lot of relevant questions regarding many aspects of XPY had Garza and most have gone unanswered. When I can't get answers to simple questions that tells me there is more to a coin than people are trolling about.

Man, I bought 2 more BTC worth of XPY around .00400.
And at the moment it's broken below .00300. Look at how much the volume slowed after withdrawals were blocked. That gives you an indication of how much selling volume was from people dumping what they got from hashtakers. What do you think happens when all of those accumulated coins hit the markets if they allow withdrawals again? The longer they delay, the worse it's going to be. Josh did announce something that he said would revolutionize the industry (this from someone who so far has only managed to launch a broken peercoin clone) and the pattern is that the price jumps when he announces something, then crashes when he doesn't deliver. At .004 you were buying at the peak of the bump off of that announcement. What do you think happens as we get closer to the alleged beta, now less than two weeks away, and nothing happens? The whole buyback thing would be a bad idea if they actually do it, but all the evidence says they don't have the cash to do it anyway. But he said recently that the payouts would be ahead of schedule, which means before April 1. But they haven't even let anyone register and deposit money yet. The buyback is one of the big promises that the faithful have clung to. As it sinks in that the "honor program" isn't going to happen, what do you expect will happen to the price? The significance of the DKIM-signed emails is just now washing over HT. Read the article that was just posted. There's some brutal stuff in there. Good timing, dude.
