The QR code is invisible on some browsers but the text of the code is on the screen just manually add it. Make sure you have a copy of that code in case you lose phone or w/e device you have it on.

This might of already been answered but what miners fee did you include with your transaction? If you include no fee then it won't confirm at all. If you included the min fee then it will take a few days to confirm.

Withdrawals don't have to mean that his account has been compromised. The deposit address is unique for each user, but the funds land in hot wallet and can be transferred to cold wallet or be used for other users' withdrawals.

I am having the same issue. I am currently showing 8 confirmations on my deposit, but when I click Deposit on the site, safedice is showing the deposit as "Unconfirmed deposit". I can provide TX ID and Wallet address if needed. Kinda freaking out here as my BTC is in limbo.
