I say safedice is a scam. They stole 6$ plus they having not been giving me commission for a referral. To me this is the worst dice site along with fair bets
contact admin he will fix it. I did and still nothing. Been over a month. Not cool |

Lol only $6. There are other dice sites where people lost their entire Bitcoins or more. This site isn't a scam, just email the admin and he will fix everything for you. |

Makes sense. But seriously, if you emailed them and got no response then shame on them, but you should just try again. Are you sure the fault is not on your end? Is the deposit address shown on your account the same as the one you used to send those $6? Maybe you just created new account after depositing, that could happen if you haven't set up proper username and password the first time. Can you post your username and tx id? And what kind of issues are you having with referral commission? You won't earn anything if the users referred only bet few sats each bet (but you would see them in your referral list). |

Unless your admin i won't divulge names. What's is the email directly for admin? My referral has a lot of volume and at first I would receive the commission. Once the user busted balance an additional deposit was made. Immediately after that depo the account was inaccessible. Shortly thereafter the user was able to access the account but the depo that displayed successful before lockout vanished. Then every bet made was no longer being added to my referral. I've used many dice sites and this one IS THE ONLY ONE to give me this issue. I agree 6$ is not a lot but my referral commission as well... Then no response from the admin tells me that this site is untrustworthy by a long shot. All I want is what's owed as advertised. Not to deal with misrepresentation. |

The lack of customer support from SafeDice seems to be really poor. It's like as if somebody just pops on here once a week and then goes missing again. Is it always like this?  |

The first email was sent to the exact one you provided along with two other emails sent for 9/7. And 10/16.
Wet are now going into November so at least one and a half months have passed with no reply.
I won't be able to fish out a tx code because the money was gone after betting and depo.
I remember the account made a few bets that I got commission for to the volume go about .55 btc
After that the counter stopped while the referral account became inaccessible. The user did not bust the account for that money to be gone. Only a few bets were made in a way that only grew it from the .01 deposit. The referred user could not remember the exact amount but only that before they were unable to access the balance was above .01 btc
So the issue is the refund of that .01 btc and the volume that account has bet thus far for commission which I have not done the may on but is well more than .55 volume btc bets.
username this has happened too will be provided one admin mails me @ this account here pm. I will try to do the same on mine.

I have received several emails from safedice in the past and i really hope that things can be resolved fast. So far, they have been quite sincere and kind in their email. Looking forward to the moment that we can get this over with.
