Hi, I loaded my debit card from my btc account yesterday. But it is still pending. Can you check it? my email is jonabay8@europe.com. please, write to support@e-coin.io from your e-mail registered with E-Coin. We have to ensure account related data is only shared with account owners Sent an email. Is it possible to chargeback a transaction? I used my card on Neteller and they froze my account because the card was issued in a different country. usually it is possible. please, raise it to support, too |

This service looks great if would move faster. I have withdraw my PP funds to Wirex CC 3+ days ago and they are not on my CC yet. With my other CC it only takes 48h to hit the CC. If Wirex would load faster the funds we send to CC would be awesome!

I have sent Bitcoins to generated adress you requested (transaction # 377850)
In your system its pending since 2 days with total of 1 confirmation out of 3, which is nonsense.
My bitcoinwallet (blockchain.info) says 255 Confirmations
Please fix this error and add the funds to my wallet

Greetings everyone,
Kindly ask you to let me know who of members have the same problem as I have.
When I try to register in wirexapp through my Ios devise I receive the following error:
Instances cannot be resolved and nested lifetimes cannot be created from this LifetimeScope as it has already been disposed.
What should I do next ?

When i try to sign in with the iOS app i get an error about two factor auth required.
The last time i used the app it worked OK and i have setup the 4 digit PIN code for the app which worked OK.
Fix it.

I got scared since it always worked instantly and now i tried to load 1 BTC on card to pay some urgent bills and it got stuck Best Wishes and thanks for fast response |

They loaded my card manually, but it took almost 4 days. And another case is still unsolved. Hope they will fix their bugs soon. |

Hello , I have some issues with your card . I just deposited Bitcoin and It says Pending 1/3... while my transaction received 3 confirmations according to the blockchain ? so I'm not sure why my balance isn't showing .
