If I see a payment on that address. Waiting for the famous Blockchain bleep. How can I calculate how much 1 divend per share will be?
How many shares does Havelock hold?

Divide by ~400,000.  Havelock holds 24115 shares in AM1 and 3205 in AM100
Not following you. If havelock hols 24115 + 3205 = 26320. Should I divide the blockchain address by 26320?
Isn't that Havelocks address only? Havelock doesn't distribute to the other direct shares right?

The address linked above is the address friedcat historically has moved all coins to, and then from that address he pays out divs to all 400,000 shares.  Havelock does not manage all shares, just a small fraction.

Yes, TAT made a post here in this thread somewhere of what Havelock's address is when he handed over control.  I can't be bothered to look it up because it does not matter to me.

What we can get from those specs:
15 PH/s seems to be an independent data center, i.e. they bought the chips, if they're using AM chips for the datacenter, as well. Good!
They have the 'new' package form factor of 8x8mm. Initially they were 9x9mm but intended to switch to 8x8mm. Although it remains unknown whether the die already got bigger (presumed 'gen 3.1')

This is an interesting update.  Another company with AM chips
