Thank you for reply. same result, i even switched to another pool. this happens after 20 hours straight mining. Then i must restart the rig. after 20 hours mining miner tries to connect Devfee and it gives this error then all troubles starts. i dont know it something to do with my rig or miner. after restart the rig all ok Devfee connecting but after 20 hours same thing again. show us your commandline please. i have no issues mining 2 days with 5.3b My MH/s drop from 30.8 to 24 on my 4GB RX470.

Mining ETH? your 4GB has not enough Vram to hold the DAG file. You can mine ETH til 27. 12 with 4gb I think, I can still mine it but i lost some MH/s with them. Ofcoure you can mine it, you just need to increase VR ram. It depends on driver, OS and so on. On most of my 4GB rigs, the RX 570 4GB only produce 24mh and raising the virtual ram change nothing. 4GB are not enough to hold the dag, your hashrate decrease with every new epoch dude (every 5 days) Try to switch to another server. Hello, I would like to know why the mining rate is not constant. In the Miners a constant mining rate can be seen. Can anything be done to determine the rate of mining? overclock options: I need to setup some clocks to 2050 or 2060:  AM overclock tool only goes to 2000 at memory:  Can you change this to acept higher values? AM is limited by BIOS of your GPU. So you must change your BIOS first and set a higher mem clock limit. |

how can i set worker name? -worker didn´t work on EtcHash and wallet.worker also didn´t work.

Right now - mine as usual. It`s just the start of ETH 2.0, first stage. 1-2 years later it will be stage 1, then stage 1.5, then stage 2. And only at stage 1.5 your reward will be decreased to minimal. Until that - you can mine as now.
Wrong, you can´t mine ETH2.0. You can mine ETH, but ETH2.0 is the staking chain, and on this chain you can´t mine. This point is important, because Eth and ETH2.0 are not the same coins at the beginning and you cannot change ETH2.0 back to ETH. So let us speak about ETH2.0 in 2 years. |

how can i know the manufacturer of the memories of my sapphire rx480?
I not know if is Hynix, samsung, micron or other.
GPU-Z RX 570 and 580 4gb only 22.3Mh or even less. Cards are bios flashed. Before i was getting 27-30 each . Now is much less. Drivers used Win10-Radeon-Software 20.4.2. I also tried the blockchain drivers and the latest drivers of AMD. Sometimes I even get 8Mh 16mh. Im using 1.16 I tried also 1,12 and 1.15 Lolminer. Compute mode is on. Is it only me who has this problem. Is anybody using other drivers which give more hashrate?

i really donno why you are struggling with windows os when is so simple on linux distros, and there's still no issue with the 4gb dag size at this point
just try it, make an USB, and let it run for a day, than you'll see the difference on your example

And how long you have no problems with your 4gb cards on linux? right around 1 month. So why i should change my OS to linux for 4 weeks? right senseless. Windows is more userfriendly, Windows is stable as Linux, Windows use less electricity and there are much more things. It is a religion question, but i can´t hear this fucking linux guy´s anymore: "linux is the best, stupid windows, we can´t stop windows updates" and so on  And by the way i use windows and linux. |

The power consumption and hashrate may change acording to memory of your GPU.
Micron memory gives better hashrates but eats more energy.
Samsung memory give lower hashrates but eats lower energy.
After uploading professional bios, you have to edit your OC & UV settings.

I hope your motherboard isn't a AMD motherboard? I have a AMD motherboard that is 100% bad for mining with multiple graphics cards, I later find out that the AMD CPU had an integrated GPU that's causing all the drag down, I fixed this by shutting the integrated GPU down through the motherboard bios and my graphics card start showing good hash rates
Thats wrong, the integrated GPU does nothing with your hashrate. Every Intel CPU has iGPU and work. You made something wrong and nothing more. |

Dizzy Mining has made a video on YouTube. The Hashrate is bad ... 65 MH/s with 170 Watts ... that's much bader than a 5700XT at 50 MH/s with 100 Watts. This Card is not made for Mining !
First tests, wait some time and you will see much better hashrates, i think 65mh/s at 120w are possible. Dizzy Mining video is very useless ^^ testing time 8minutes is to short, he change settings and wait 10 sec wow what a test lol |

any news about the ryzen cpu temp? no temps for ryzen 1x00 and ryzen 2x00 cpu´s. Mining software xmrig and srbminer multi.
I've not been able to reproduce this on my Ryzen 3000-series CPU. I have however added additional debug details for the next version to get a better understanding of the issue. Is the case still that you see the CPU temperature (both "Temperature" and "Core Temperature") in the System tab - but nothing on the CPU tab? Phönixminer 5.2c was released.
I've pushed an update with Phoenix Miner 5.2d now. Hi Patrike, i see only temperature in the system tab, core temperature show nothing, but the ryzen 1x00 and 2x00 has only 1 temp sensor. open hardware monitor only show 1 temperature for the hole cpu package, same in Coretemp and hwinfo also. |

Sometimes the pool balance for nanopool xmr calculated wrong:
monero pool balance 0.66 and AM says, it is worth around 20000€.
Phönixminer 5.2c was released.

Anybody using 1070? Two years ago all of the 1070s were pushing a constant 30-32 mh/s. Now, only one (EVGA) of them is pushing 29 mh/s, the rest (AERO MSI) are in the low 22-23 mh/s. I understand the 1070s are affected by the increased DAG size as well as nvidia's drivers. However, how come one of my card still pushes similar numbers to two years ago, is the EVGA using a more efficient memory or what causes this? I've tweaked mem/clock and TDP but nothing. Thanks.

Thats not true. 1070s are NOT affected by DAG size so far. All mine are hashing at 30 Mh/s with no problem. It all depends on your system (power usage, OS, memory, driver...) You are wrong, every Nvidia Pascal Card, reduce the hashrate with every new DAG epoche. It's the same bug as the AMD R9 290x and R9 390 in the past. The reduction is not much, but it will happened, You see it, when you let your miner benchmark in epoch 0 and for example in epoch 300. Test it and you will see it dude;) The user was referring a hashing speed of 22mh/s on a 1070.. and thats not related to DAG size. He has another problem, as i have all my 1070s at almost 30mh/s (@~125w) Yes and 30mh @125 is to low, the 1070 can do 32mh @ 125w in epoch 0, or 30mh @ 100w in epoch 0. So the 1070 is affected by DAG size. Nothing more, test it and don´t call me what your cards do. I see it every day when my rigs change to Zilliqa mining (Ethash Epoche 0) than the hashrate rize from 180 to 190 and back when it switch back to ETH. |
