Tag me any way you like and please remember to give me that awesome avatar if possible.

Well TBH I don't give a shit anyway about no damn scammer tag.

Just give me that caution tag already, please !
Make your mind up.

I don't deserve the scammer tag.

Plain and simple.

I want it removed or at least give me a caution tag ( compromise ).
1082  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 29, 2012, 07:25:34 PM
It's been proven that bulanula was overpaid, so he's ethically obligated to return the extra BTC (minus a few percent for the inconvenience, perhaps).

I admit that "scammer" might not be the most accurate term, but creating a new tag would be inconvenient and "scammer" is close enough.

So is getting new forum software, I see !

Why not give me this caution tag here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77802.20 Huh

This was in no way a scam.

Guy overpaid, I refuse to give refund to assholes that attack me publicly and can't read numbers properly, I give him service instead of money back.

There still is no scam. Maybe the 25 BTC was a donation for all I care. I did not force him to send me anything. I may be an asshole but he started it.

I am not a scammer and the scammer tag is bull. I am not even trying to sell anything anyway. I am sure that if I do then people will point others to this thread.

Just give me that caution tag already, please !
1083  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 10:04:14 PM
Bulanula, I got a deal for you.

You pay 22.5 BTC and your scammer tag gets removed.

This is a great opportunity!

Quite funny. So my reputation ( totally thrashed ) and my 10 hours or so dealing with this issue and my BTC-E account is worth only 2.5 BTC ?

I would have thought it was negative by now or worth 0 at the most Cheesy

Find it quite funny that all the donators and VIPs are on smart1985's side and some of the other "normal" people are saying not a scammer.

When do I get that avatar ? It would be cool if the scammer tag could float around my posts just when the Cosby exploit was here Grin

1084  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 09:28:24 PM
I deleted a bunch of off topic replies in other meta threads that were just "im not a scammer' with a link to this thread. Spammy, annoying, off topic. No need to bump a bunch of other threads that are completely unrelated.

I think me asking for a caution tag was very relevant in this thread :

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=77802.0

I am not mad ... yet Wink
1085  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 09:25:27 PM
Seems that they are now also deleting all of my posts outside of this thread. Very nice !
Who are "they"?

I have no idea.

Maybe theymos. Maybe smart1985. Maybe other moderators but still it is damn strange ...

Just shows censorship here is tighter than in North Korea Cheesy

I don't even get the thing about the scammer tag anyway.

I am not trying to sell ANYTHING to ANYBODY ! I am not the one running rigged gambling sites and ponzis.

Tag me any way you like and please remember to give me that awesome avatar if possible.

The real scammers get away while somebody like me ( registered since May 10 2011 and 1800+ posts and did deals of 100 BTC worth on here perfectly ) gets humiliated for not giving a damn refund and censored like a good comrade Angry
1086  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 09:15:25 PM
bulanula, you did a scam! You had a public aggreement with smart1985.
He sent you 25 BTC instead of 2.5. AFAIK, it was a typo. Send it back!
If I'll walk beside you and accidentally drop my wallet, and you'll take it
but will not give it to me - it will be a theft. So you robbed smart1985.

Nice analogy. Totally comparable with what happened !

Explain how you drop the coins in BTC world Huh

Seems that they are now also deleting all of my posts outside of this thread. Very nice !

When do I get the new avatar, please !
1087  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 09:09:31 PM
I want my Coins back.   1PpfNWARwRuU5t8ZkgsU9wpyXyRxRKNxQq

After them you can get your Account on BTC-E back and we try to delete your Scam Flag here ...

Nice to see you have changed your attitude. Too late after I am the joke of the forum ...

When are you going to try and hack into my computer and take the BTC ?

When are you going to try and compute the private key ?

When are you hiring the hitman ?

Can I have that avatar, at least ?

When is the DDOSing stopping ?
1088  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 08:42:41 PM
I don't give refunds to customers that call me scammer and abuse my reputation PUBLICLY without consulting me first in private.

You forget something or ?
http://www.vms1.de/img/bu1.png ( read from Down to Top ) ( time stamp 8.04 16:16:30 http://cryptocoin.info/log.php )

We talk before the block was found about this mistake and we talk about payback and You are a thief ...

I go t the public after you break your word ! Dont forget it

I can see you know how to use PHOTOSHOP my friend ...

Why the decision to come out here again Huh

When are you going to get theymos to give me this avatar :
1089  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 08:32:41 PM
Not taking sides here, but has anyone overpaid a Cell Phone company before? I have. The 'bastards' didn't give back my $700 dollars, they gave me a 'credit'.

They however, should've given back my overpayment. Maybe keep a few bucks for processing.

It is a well known fact that cell phone companies ( just like me ) are complete thieves and should be in prison.

I am surprised you did not know that.

I am just hoping that now Bubba will accept BTC and not only cigarettes while I am there Tongue

What I did was completely OK and not a scam. I gave him the damn product what he paid for. Coins still damn there.

I don't give refunds to customers that call me scammer and abuse my reputation PUBLICLY without consulting me first in private.

You don't like my no BTC refund policy ? Don't send me 10 000 BTCs

Whoever still cannot see this is confused.
1090  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 08:27:54 PM
I mistakenly paid twice for coffee (same address.)  I sent a private E-mail and said that if I got the over payment back or if I got double the product, I would be a happy customer.

I was a happy customer. Always use a fresh address for payments.  Then there would be less confusion.  You should want to have happy customers because they will say things like:

http://bitbrew.net/
is a very reputable website!!!

Well two differences in my case :

-the guy was not happy with double the product

-the guy started attacking me and claiming I am scammer, theif, liar PUBLICLY

Result : I sure as hell won't give him no damn refund for a customer that is stupid and does not know how to handle his own damn mistake and stupidity !
1091  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 08:10:52 PM
Both casascius and copumpkin are obviously just part of the nepotism since they donated to the forums! Angry

and gigavps, and Matthew, and …

… Oh.

Funny you should mention that.

I did not notice that myself ...

It still is bullshit.

I don't deserve this scammer tag.

I did not tell him to give me anything.

This is not USD or real life. This is a forum and BTC.

In BTC there are no refunds. It is meant to be irreversible. I was not asking for USD.

You make a mistake you face up to it. There is no chargeback or some other crap.

You delete the wallet the coins are lost etc.
1092  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 06:28:42 PM
smart was being an asshole. In my books assholes don't get refunds.

In the rest of ours, they do.  That is why you have a scammer tag.  Thanks for demonstrating so clearly it is justified.

Well TBH I don't give a shit anyway about no damn scammer tag.

It is not like I am trying to sell some bullshit on here anyway.

He is the one setting up doctored gambling sites ( BTC-PLAY.COM ) and a classical HYIP ( MYBITCOINTRADE.COM ).

Peace, trolls !
1093  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 06:24:06 PM
Did I tell that smart1985 to give me anything ?
Am I a scammer ?
The answer to both questions is NO.
and if someone accidently drops a coin paying at the cash desk you'll put your foot on it claiming it yours, because you didn't asked for it! fits to your factitious character. but this is much too personal for you, face to face isn't your favor. it's like a step in the back then running with the money. you've deserved a sound trashing not just a scammertag. take a deep look in the mirror and feel what constitutes you, nothing.

Analogy fail.

This is BTC. This is not USD. This is not a scam ! I don't do refunds for asshats that start attacking me and DDOSing me.

If somebody gave you 1 000 USD through the post anonymously how do you return it ?

Analogy fail.

smart claimed the btc with proof

smart was being an asshole. In my books assholes don't get refunds.

Plain and simple.

Service was offered ( as was there until theymos removed it ). Coins still in address not moved. He made the damn mistake he pays for it.

Scammer my ass. VIP preferential treatment and trolls is the reason for my scammer tag.

Ah. And your attacks on btc-e and other places in response to this haven't gone unnoticed.

Script kiddie should be added to the list next to scammer.

WTF are you talking about Huh

Script kiddie Huh

Why don't you stop repeating yourself and start addressing some of the real questions people have posted?

Indeed. I am sure that if I send you 10 000 BTC right now I will instantly have it back great honourable sir terrytibbs !

Yes, you would.

How very reassuring !

A former scammer giving assurance for another former scammer.

I guess that now I am in the "club"

Have you considered joining the insurance business Cheesy ?
I remember both of them did reimburse their former victims a long time ago. Did you do anything of the sort yet?

Did I tell that smart1985 to give me anything ?

Am I a scammer ?

The answer to both questions is NO.

Seems I am under heavy DDOS right now. I am sure it has nothing to do with smart1985 at all.

I am the scammer, remember ? The REAL bad guy. I am trying to sell you snake oil, remember and when you don't send me all the BTC in your wallet I will send the boogeyman to get ya !

I am not the admin of gambling sites and a probable HYIP scheme and being accused of doctored systems ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=45502.msg849876#msg849876 )

That guy is impeccable and should be given the "GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY, I AM 100% TRUSTFUL" tag.

I did not give the forum 50 BTC and should be given the big scammer tag !

He goes to attack then why should I not do the same Huh

1100  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: April 28, 2012, 04:41:06 PM
I really am surprised that they ( theymos + smart1985 VIP big boss ) did not change my avatar to one of these :

and write under my signature : SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER

and change my username to : bulaSCAMnula

and try and hack into my comp to get my BTC.

After seeing smart1985 and his 100% flawless ethics I would be surprised if that did not happen.

The fact I have a scammer tag shows loads about this forum. Anybody reading this whole story clearly can see this is NOT a scam. Where is the evidence ? Where is the scam ? Where did I tell that guy to send me millions of BTC ?

Other real scammers like a1bitcoinpool took two weeks and tons of evidence to get scammer tag but I get scammer tag instantly for doing nothing at all.

Sad
