Hello from Ukraine!

I am not entirely sure if I am breaking any rules by posting this information in this thread, but if I am, I apologize and ask the administrators to move this post to the appropriate thread.

I represent the team of military volunteers "Sho Ti Dyadya" who provide support to our army. We are from Zaporizhia, which is only 40 kilometers away from the front line. We are the ones who help our servicemen to reclaim our lands with minimal losses. We have donors from the cryptocurrency community, and perhaps others might want to support our work and fight.

https://uafree.org is the website of our foundation, which displays the intermediate results of our work. It is available in Ukrainian, English, German and Polish.

https://www.facebook.com/shotidyadya is our Facebook page (unfortunately, only in Ukrainian) with daily reports on the funds raised and the work done.

I have been a member of this forum for over 5 years and I believe that there are people in our community who can support our fight for survival.

Thank you in advance.

Perhaps this is not exactly the right place to ask for donations. I can already tell you that you would need to provide quite a bit of a proof that is legit, since this does not seem any of the accounts officially published by the Ukrainian government many months ago.

On the war itself, it seems that Ukraine is claiming that a Patriot stopped a Kinzhal. To be honest, the missile is an air launched version of the Ishkander and can reach hypersonic speeds. However the true hypersonic capability requires a very high degree of manoeuvrability, which makes it very difficult to intercept, very difficult to know where it is heading and thus a real threat. Russia is claiming that capability, but it is simply not there.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/05/06/russia-ukraine-war-patriot-kinzhal/ba39c340-ebeb-11ed-869e-986dd5713bc8_story.html

Quote
Air Force commander Mykola Oleshchuk said in a Telegram post that the Kinzhal-type ballistic missile had been intercepted in an overnight attack on the Ukrainian capital earlier in the week. It was also the first time Ukraine is known to have used the Patriot defence systems.

“Yes, we shot down the ‘unique’ Kinzhal,” Oleshchuk wrote. “It happened during the night time attack on May 4 in the skies of the Kyiv region.”

The information is always to be taken with a pinch of salt, but what I have read about this missile... welll, it is very fast as it would be very fast a ICBM warhead falling, but not undetectable and certainly subject to being intercepted.

I am also thinking that the US was reluctant to provide Patriots to Ukraine precisely because they tend to play the opposite game: the US army not claim capabilities that they do know they have and provide limited information about the test. I am sure the US would rather have the RF not being sure about the Patriot capabilities. The RF instead speaks above what is factual and then find themselves believing their own shit.

Also, it there is some photo evidence that the Orcs are using banned weapons in Bakhmut such as Phosporous / Termite munitions. A dangerous path to follow.

On the Wagner Butcher in Chief... OMG... they guy appears in full cammo with 8 machinegun magazines over his chest like if he did any of the fighting... super-lame.

The RF is "evacuating" people massively from Zapo, we are talking more than ten localities. I wonder why? ... Nah, I do not wonder why to be honest.

Part of the RF troops (oh, what the heck... ORCS) positioned in the south near Zaporilla have been moved to cover the banks along the Dniper after the attempts (may I say fake attemps?) of crossing the river and establishing a bridgehead. This stretches the troops and the reserves in the area a forces a longer logistics chain.

To simplify, the Ukrainians seem to be creating openings in the line before committing to a more decisive action. It is also happening in the delta of Dniper, obviously, under a heavy contested environment - nothing is going to be easy. Hoever, stretching the RF troops in a longer line is better, and moving them around responding to minor attacks is a way of making then waste valuable fuel.

Also, recent attacks on fuel depots in Crimea and other locations, along with the damaged McPutin's Kerch Bridge will make the fleet in the Black Sea less able to support from the sea. Overall, I would say that some preparation is taking place, yet I would expect to see much more over the next two weeks.

Happy 9th of May! And do not forget to look to the sky from time to time... just in case you know.

I think that the air battle should be balanced by providing Ukraine with a longer range missile. The RF airborne orcs have too much advantage. A few Swedish Grippen with Meteor missiles would come very handy. Maybe Putin can do something, like pushing Sweden harder to join NATO?
1164  Economy / Gambling / Re: STARTING OWN CRYPTO GAMBLING SITE on: May 04, 2023, 11:38:12 PM
-snip-
Yes, gamblers want to have unrestrained fun, but that would lead to disaster, so we need to exercise our self-control to avoid that outcome, but by doing so we are no longer unrestrained, so gamblers need to strike a balance which can be difficult for many of them to get it right and in fact many never do, which is why we see some people out there becoming addicted to gambling, as even if they want they fail to restrain themselves when they gamble.
Yes, I already understand what you mean and indeed most gamblers play for fun without any restrictions and self-control.
But there are also many gamblers who have become addicts and have lost many rights because they forgot about this.
But actually we don't need to think too much about those who are already addicts because at least we have tried to keep reminding and giving directions so they can become responsible gamblers.
For your opinion on this one, I totally agree, friend, and from your statement, it is indeed from what is happening to many gamblers in this era.
There is a way to Play with all the Debauchery and all the Self-control that you Want, and yes, it is very possible without becoming Addicted, and it is First to choose the amount of Money that you Want to lose, after them, for Example,if the Person wants To lose 200usd,from there it cannot be Passed, and that deposit is given Free rein to the casino and when it is done they can play with all the Auto-Control and the Question that I will be in that Once that Money has Been spent either losing, Because it is the Law that no type of deposit is Made because what he was Willing to lose was Spent,if he Played and did not take Advantage of it, it is Already the player's Problem.

Yes, allocating a budget of maximum loses is really essential for nearly every player, as there is always a good reason to do more, play more and be more ambitious during the gameplaying. However, many times people indulge despite having set those limits for themselves so I usually would recommend to have someone having a look at what you are doing to help you with the addition.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: May 04, 2023, 11:35:55 PM
No one can complete a wagering requirement that is so high only by being patient but they need to be extremely lucky in order to reach that threshold since they will need to win significantly high amounts in order to keep playing different games and even if they keep losing, some of their balance will still remain that they can withdraw after the requirements have been met.
Wagering of $5k is very high so it is very difficult for a small and nonprofessional gambler to fulfill it. because if the luck is bad and a gambler keeps losing gambling then he has to lose huge amount of funds to make up this wagering. this is a really unfair wagering requirement. Wagering requirement without any kind of deposit bonus means forcing it on someone so such gambling site can never be a good and reputable casino site.
Even a professional gambler won't be able to fulfill requirements that are too high since gambling is not about professionalism and even a professional gambler has to go through losses and streaks of losses. So someone who is in the process of trying to complete a wagering requirement is most likely to lose all their bankroll or most of it in between the process.

So it is outright unfair if a casino has a wagering requirement of more than 1x for a deposited amount, if they are giving a bonus with the deposit and have the wagering requirements on that, that's understandable.

That may be by design, that is, intended. The site may want players that certainly loose more than win and they are not as confident in their site, system and security as to leave that to the good fortune, but rather implement a withdrawal requisite that makes sure that no matter what, they always have the winning side or else the money stays there.
1166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: May 04, 2023, 11:33:03 PM
Reading another post, it crossed my mind that AIs and particularly ChatGPT could potentially be trained with a large samples of games played by poker champions and then put it to auto-play with amateur on-line players. If this is successful, it could mean the end of human on-line poker playing except perhaps for the world masters and the like. Has anyone tried? Would it be possible??
No, I've tried playing cards/poker with the GPT Chatbot/Chat service, damn the robot is only programmed to answer what humans have entered, AI technology really can't guess and answer something that hasn't happened in the future, that's the weakness, I think GPT Chat is not a real threat to poker gambling or other games.

In my experience, using Chat GPT in poker, I asked about the opponent's card, what type of card was in the opponent's hand. Al answered, club and spade, ehh it turns out that the opponents issued diamond and heart cards, since then I no longer trust GPT Chat and don't want to have anything to do with this technology, he answered but lied.

I think you are asking the wrong question to be honest. The AI has no more ability to detect what is in the opponents hand than you or a cat or a dog. The right question to ask is what decision will most likely achieve better results under a given scenario. Best players use a lot of tactics and statistically based gameplaying, something that the AI can learn,
1167  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: May 04, 2023, 11:28:31 PM
I think that AI coming to the gambling industry can do a lot, considering that we also don't know what the development of AI will be like in the future. If AI is developed in other businesses and receives attention from many businesses, AI will be developed for the gambling business. Especially with the many creative ideas that can emerge after the development of AI in other businesses has progressed rapidly. The application of AI for each business depends on the business owner. If AI can be more profitable for business owners, they will try to apply it while asking for customer suggestions and criticism.
For a gambling business, maybe Al is currently only used to assist them in a customer service or customer service chat where later Al will answer all complaints or questions from customers.
But it seems that we really don't know how Al will develop in the future but expecting more and relying too much on Al is not a good thing.
If it is said that it is profitable for casino business people, it seems that it is indeed profitable because it can be more helpful and saves work that must be done by the service team, it's just that the team still has to monitor and sort out what kind of problems must be solved because Al certainly can't solve all problems which exists.
I've seen some AI on YouTube from some youtubers who are curious but they can't really determine what they want, the AI they've posted tell them that they can't make predictions, but I think they're asking the wrong questions, because the AI makes many Get an idea that things can go on a perfect path and win or achieve what you want, but AIs do not have the ability to bet and win, but that is for now, what an AI can do is a lot Beyond what is a simple casino game, that for an AI should be nothing.

I guess it would be possible to ask an AI to decipher the code of a slot machine and to be honest, I have met some Chinese guys who kind of get some partial success at doing it manually, so I do not see why an AI correctly programmed could not, with a sufficient number of parameters and information, achieve also a degree of success at breaking the codes.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: May 04, 2023, 11:23:45 PM

Like you said, the casinos aren't to blame, whether it be for addiction or whatever, like other businesses out there, the casinos owners are also running their business, and who ever chooses to create an account and gamble on a particular casino did so on his or her own freewill, he or she was not forced, and whoever is gambling should be matured enough to know how to control him or herself from getting addicted.

And again, promotion is very legal for every legitimate business out there, the fact casinos run promotion has nothing to do with gamblers getting addicted, addiction is majorly a fruit of lack of self control, not a fruit of promotion ran by the casino.
It would be very strange if a company didn't do promotions, including casinos. How do you tell people they exist when they're not promoting anything? lol
I can't deny that there are still pros and cons in certain circles. But it all comes back to our own assessment, I also won't blame people who in the end they get addicted to gambling, because of course there are causes and effects. But again and again I will say that there is no compulsion here.
We can ask gamblers directly, did they come of their own volition or by force.
The casinos will always seek the way to attract people to do many things, among those things is to play and play, I cannot say that the bonuses sometimes harm us, but they do harm if you only want to get money from a casino, but if you want to play regardless of whether you win or not, then it is the best option you can have, because that is how you can play more, because the bonuses are more money, but not the withdrawable money, but for the player to have fun,so that depends on The way the player sees it, if he sees it that way to have fun, it is the best casino in the world with the best promotions, but if the player just Wants to win, he will see it as taking his money.

Yes, casinos will try to get players playing as much as possible, just as food manufacturers keep increasing the sugar content of the food to make us junkies of it. It is thus for everyone to decide if they can really deal with game in a responsible manner or they would need to do something more radical, like stop playing for a while or play socially to make sure they do not loose it.
1169  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: May 04, 2023, 09:39:35 AM
The drone attack if it was not an inside job is a clear message to all the people in Russia, you are not safe with such government and you should wake up against them.

Sure, if putin explained it then no questions and discussions are already a priori needed.

Now let's wait for him to explain the situation with his "attempted murder". This, however, will take time, because he needs to figure out how to explain the fact that the invulnerable russian air defense missed the drones directly to the residence of the president (who, oh, how convenient, of course, was not there).

https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/05/03/world/russia-ukraine-news

That's epic. Never expected such thing to happen. When there was talks about Ukraine attack on kremlin and Red Square, I saw it more like memes and attempts to tease Russians. First, explosion of Crimea bridge, now drone attack on Kremlin. It doesn't looks like attempt to make much damage or serious attempt to kill Putin. It's more showing how vulnerable Russia is that even their symbols can hit by simple drone and their glorious air defense systems can't protect from it. And seems that Russians is really butthurt about it. It looks even more epic when now Red Square is in preparations for Victory Day parade.

.

It seems to me it was an inside job in order to justify further action. Perhaps they are preparing to change tactics, so they need an explanation and justification for why they are changing it. Here, they say, look, we are already being attacked, we have no other choice but to continue to "defend ourselves." Also, such internal provocations can be done in order to frighten their own population and thus force them to take a more active part in the mobilization (allegedly go to the military registration and enlistment office on their own, and not avoid it).

It could be a false flag, but I am not sure this is the best moment and I am not sure it gives Putin something he did not have before. Basically, you have the "victory parade" in a few days, you can even see the tribune there under the building "attacked" so I would say that people attending may be a bit more "concerned" about attending it. Putin has now a hard choice: show himself and other high rankers in there, knowing that it is possible to get "droned" or cancel the event and look week. If you think it for a second... if someone wanted to make sure the parade goes ahead, would have done exactly this. He cannot really cancel now.

Regardless, the real war is happening in Zapo and in the Delta of the Dniper river, while minimal counterattacks happen in Bakhmut and nearby places just to make sure the RF army keeps busy dying there
1170  Other / Politics & Society / Re: South Africa tells Putin -"If you come, you will be arrested" on: May 03, 2023, 11:11:30 PM
Some people would say that the International Court of  Huh order to arrest Putin does not make any difference. However, it seems that it actually does in international terms. A large part of any diplomatic negotiation happens behind the scenes, if informal networking and talks happen in the corridors, not over the table. Putin's out of it now and that is going to create problems - mostly for the RF.

Quote
South Africa’s authorities have asked Russian President Vladimir Putin not to come to the country to participate in the upcoming BRICS Summit, Sunday Times reports, citing sources.

Putin was given the option of joining the summit using Zoom. I thought the union between these nations is so tight that not even the ICC can break it. But it seems the West still has great influence over some of these nations and all the news of a common currency is just media hype targeted are threatening the West. South Africa decided to abide by the Rome Statute than welcome an economic partner. This might be proof of an internal rift between in alliance. But it will be downplayed by the union after all every organization has its challenges. I was just imagining if South Africa didn't give this warning and Putin is arrested and sent to the Hague  Huh

Which is what they wanted to avoid obviously, as they do have to comply with international treaties and at the same time cannot create an international incident in a conflict that probably matters little to SA. It is just diplomacy in action, but it certainly sends the message very clearly: Stay in Russia, China, North Korean and Iran. All the rest... well, at your own risk.

Honestly, arresting Putin would not be a good idea. He has achieved for NATO what they could not ever have dreamed of.

In practical terms I am not sure this is drone attack. There seems to be something exploding above the flag so if it is a drone, it is probably a statement - a message saying "you cannot even keep your capital safe" - rather than something that could potentially kill or cause any real damage other than by mistake.

https://youtu.be/_Hp8YuhzJYY

How possible is it that the thing was a false-flag for the purposes of getting legal authorization for a potential declaration of war against Ukraine?  I would say 'very'.  Would the various Russian governmental apparatus do such a thing?  I would say 'of course'.

I would also say that there will never be a better opportunity for Russia to ensure that ye'ol 'pale of settlement' does not go contiguously from the Baltic sea to the Black sea for the simple reason that it will necessitate sharing of the revenue of transit fees over the Belt-n-Road.

...

Declaration of war? Seriously?

If it is false flag, and given the interpretation of being "an attempt on Putin" the reason would be to justify a political assassination of Zelensky. If you ask me, a veeery bad idea. The war would continue anyway and they would have created a martyr just as they are creating a precedent and something to remember in Bakhmut. Not great ideas any of them.

BTW there seems to be some real action near Zaporilla, yet I would not call that an offensive. More like a "hostile recon". No change in the front.

Interestingly enough, they argue that it is terrorism. They are still trying to confuse their own people about what they have been brought into - in a war, you can be expected your centres of command to be attacked and that includes ministries, government buildings and other key strategic targets, including Generals and even their dictator. All those targets are legitimate, as opposed to a Mall, a hospital and areas with nothing but civilians.

In practical terms I am not sure this is drone attack. There seems to be something exploding above the flag so if it is a drone, it is probably a statement - a message saying "you cannot even keep your capital safe" - rather than something that could potentially kill or cause any real damage other than by mistake.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qS6J-WbTD8

Yes... one could almost feel some sympathy for the old guy when he gives his view of the events. Almost.

He speaks of strong arm tactics, imposing on others and creating a certain order. However, that is exactly what he has aimed for in the RF since he got the slightest power -  a dictatorial regime. As all dictatorial regimes, it is critical to have an outside enemy. If the economy goes badly is because of the US or the traitors or the foreign influence...

But there is something that is not said an is the base of all this discourse and "explanation" (apart for a few lies here and there). All this is based on the "safety" of Russia being above anything else. And if a few hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have to die for it, it is OK, because Russia is more important than Ukraine, Russians more important the Ukrainians and his regime more important than peace.

Why would I think of calling this guy Adolf Putin?

Now, there is only one winner to all this: the US. Putin should have been more proactive in diplomacy with Europe and things would have been quite different. War is the last resource of an incompetent leader.

Now, if you see this from the European perspective, it would have been much better not to have a war, possibly incorporating Ukraine to the European Union or having  preferential treaty (and I believe this is a key, much more than any prospective NATO invasion). Russia would be a commercial partner for Europe which would have been really beneficial to all. However we are where we are and now Europe cannot afford to have a war in Europe in which the RF takes territory by force first in 2014 and now in 2021 and gets away with it. Europe has no option but to play the game with the US.

Has the US forced Putin to war? I could say that is true, but only half true. It is his own incompetence to generate a fair and seductive regime and attract Ukraine by means of commerce, culture and diplomacy that bring the "need" for war as he states it.

As usual, half truths and one-sided arguments - the type that Branko usually likes.
1175  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Zero emission EVs on: May 02, 2023, 10:11:30 PM
I am not a physicist or engineer, so anything I say about physics or engineering (except for quantum information theory) should be taken with a grain of salt.

Landauer's principle is a version of the second law of thermodynamics. We can certainly test how well reversible computation will be at modeling and designing automobiles today since any regular computer can inefficiently emulate a reversible computer. It may work well since the second law of thermodynamics is just a reformulation of the physical reversibility of the universe. But then again, any such computation will likely just be academic research until we get energy efficient reversible computers. While we are perfectly capable of creating good reversible programming languages and software at the moment, we will not be able to make a profit off this software until we get physically reversible hardware for this software to run on. This means that at the moment, most reversible computation software development will just be an unprofitable academic exercise.

It is hard for me to predict whether future reversible computers will need heat sinks or not.

If these reversible computers are built on superconductors, these superconductors will probably need to be cooled at least to liquid nitrogen temperatures. We currently do not have any room temperature superconductors (well, someone supposedly found one, but more research is needed on that), and we certainly do not have any room temperature superconductors that exist at reasonable pressures. This means that any reversible superconducting computer will need to be cooled much more than a regular computer. And energy efficient reversible computers will probably need to be cooled anyways because even though they will be more efficient at computing, they will still generate a substantial amount of heat because they will simply perform an increasing amount of computation.

I do not know what the cars of the future will run on, but I am not a fan of electric vehicles right now nor do I see them replacing internal combustion engines in the near future. But electric vehicles are not my area of expertise, so I will leave the discussion to those who have more to say than I do.

Very interesting and very off topic. Reversible computation matters little on EV.

The current challenges are the following:
- Providing carbon neutral or carbon negative energy in an economic, sustainable and technically viable way.
- Enhancing the electrical grid. It takes very long to add significant capacity to the electric network and connecting it.
- Technical enhancements to battery duration and charging time. It simply takes too long to charge for a long travel.
- Production of EVs, as factories or old vehicles would be basically a loss in financial terms by obsolescence. Many car producers would find themselves with useless factories.
- Creating a charging points infrastructure. A slot for 6 cars takes around 1 MVA. Quite a lot.

You see... you do not need to understand muons for this.

Putin: "Nice one!  Hold my beer."

   Pavlograd detonation
   https://www.bitchute.com/video/Z56MeGhEO34t/

Edit:

Before hearing Dima's theories (or anyone elses' really) I'm going to posit that Ukraine had had it's rocket fuel plant running there and/or were salvaging chemicals from ICBMs which may or may not have been being decommisioned.  Deep underground (like the place where the NATO command is probably still buried.)  I'm going to guess that the same basic weapon was used to do some mining, and they hit pay-dirt.  Big time.

All talk, no sources, no confirmation. As usual, disinformation - not that I was expecting anything else.

"Chemical for ICBMs", I am sure this raises an alarm for anyone that does not understand what is an ICBM. ICBM come with their own "chemicals" included in the pack.

Lol.  You forgot to snip or edit my actual words before changing them to try to make a straw-man argument.  Even the argument you tried to make is pretty meaningless especially since I went out of my way to stipulate that these where my best-guesses.

Here's some other info/conjectures/whatever which were proposed since my post:

  https://archive.md/Dj3GA

Seems that Ukraine had the great idea to (not very speedily) decommission soviet era ICBM's in a small city.  Also in the same city, produce more rocket fuel for newer weapons.  Then transfer all manner of weapons and ammo through the city to prosecute a war with a fairly near-by adversary who can touch any part of the country at will.  Then apparently allow the transported weapons to log-jam in the city.  Gee, what could go wrong?

Thank God that there were some actual adult leaders back when the Soviet Union fell apart and most of the nuclear warheads were taken away from these apes.
...

Then, I should read all you said as "your best guess" and a "conjecture". Which pretty much means you are just inventing whatever you say. Thanks, good to know,

See, the problem is that there are no "old nuclear warheads" or "old ICMBs" anywhere in Ukraine. The case is that not "most of them were taken", but an agreement for which ALL nuclear weapons were passed to the RF.

https://www.icanw.org/did_ukraine_give_up_nuclear_weapons?locale=en#:~:text=In%201992%2C%20Ukraine%20signed%20the,and%20all%20launch%20silos%20decommissioned.

Quote
In 1992, Ukraine signed the Lisbon Protocol and it joined the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty as a non-nuclear weapon state in 1994. The transfer of all nuclear material took some time, but by 2001, all nuclear weapons had been transferred to Russia to be dismantled and all launch silos decommissioned

Next time you go high and start imagining things, please let us know again, so that we give your "best guesses" all the attention they really deserve - that is - a comment from someone who has not bothered to get even the most basic information about this war.

In general, the Russian occupiers are behaving extremely undemocratic. Instead of bringing the bright rainbow light of true LGBT values to the natives and exchanging oil and gold for fashionable glass beads, Russians, wherever they invaded around the world, immediately begin to build - hospitals, schools, houses, factories, and confuse the immature minds of the local population with social payments. They also kidnap children, take them to their sanatoriums and feed them five times a day for free, without following a vegan diet. Barbarians in one word. Grin
...

No, they do kidnap children, but they do not take them to sanatoriums.

Somehow the people of Russia are finding your theory unconvincing. Russia has been bleeding population for decades and the projections are even worse. I guess in a way you are right, there is not much of a fight to have a place in Russia. The invasion of Ukraine however shows that there quite of a fight to stay well away from the "sun of Russia" and its "vast territories". If you like to have plenty of room for yourself... you are in the right place.
Yep, i know.
Apart from that, most the RF territory is just too unhospitable, unless you are a deer.
All hope for global warming. Grin

After the Scottish independence referendum, the population of the UK may also decline. And if you return the occupied territories to Ireland, then even more so. But don't worry, quality is more important than quantity.

You? Meaning who?

Sorry to break this to you, but Scotland already had a referendum and decided to be part of the UK. You see, that is where people decide what they want - you probably do not understand this, look it up in Wikipedia. If they choose to have a new one, they certainly can, no problem.

Oh, BTW, quality wise, people leaving the RF are precisely the professionals that can do it - the "quality" people, with proper education, resources and ability to make other countries better.

....

It is finally time Russia starts experiencing what they have been doing against Ukraine for more than one year now.Belgorod and Sevastopol are just the start,it will go much deeper in the heart of Russia and hopefully this will start and awake the "zombies" as this is what Russians citizens are, they will go into protests as they will risk their own life. All those meetings Ukraine had with the Western powers I am sure they have gotten much longer range weapons capable of striking deep into Russia and I don't believe much in nuclear rhetoric because they know well if they use them,by international law they will be eradicated from earth soon after and I don't think Russians are stupid.

They just do not get it. They just send drones to try to destroy the civilian infrastructure, such as cities electrical supply, with very limited success. However one attack like this, right to the war critical infrastructure is beyond their understanding and yet 100 times more effective.

And they think this is about a punch exchange... no no... this is about taking the war into the occupied territory that Putin thought as "safe" and even in the RF territory properly said. Much more to come.

Hey be.open, do you smoke? It seems that someone has been smoking in Sevastopol - once again near fuel tanks. Since the Ukrainian offensive is all bluff and fake, it must be someone smoking so please print this, cut it and send it over to all fuel depots around. That would help your country much more than propagandising here and throwing a few "nazis" to the soup at night.

Imagine getting yourself an Electric vehicle, you happy about it since it is your first new vehicle.
You are having a wonderful day and decide to go for groceries, when you coming back with the load of candies and other supplies, you find your new EV being completely consumed by flames because either you had a faulty battery or someone parked next did.

Reminds me a bit the scandal Samsung had to face when their phones started to explode and burn by their own, because their batteries back some years ago.

i did not know that those cars were more dangerous when set ablaze than regular gas ones, one truly learns something new each day.

For each of the fires in an EV that this Brexiter pro-Boris old plonker from probably Essex show, I can supply 10 of people burned in a conventional fuel car.

The future has to be clean and CO2 neutral, there is no way you are going to have a life as you know it unless you can achieve it. One way of doing so is decarbonising the energy generation and the using electricity is a way forward, since it is easier to de-carbonise the generation at large scale. There are many challenges to it, but certainly vehicles burning are not the main ones.

That is the only good thing left in Russia, people still love families and degeneration is not as en mass as is in the West. However this does not justify at all going to invade another country just for the sake of it and blaming it on NATO expansion, this was the first reason they started this war after all and now they have failed that objective miserably as they just added 1300 km of borders with NATO as Finland join NATO exactly because of this Russian aggression out of nowhere.

I don't think Russia is in a position to call itself lucky nor their citizens unless they agree to be at least 30-40 years back in technology advancement. The sanctions clearly prohibit Russia advanced chips and they are now looking to buy them from India and China which suck compared to Western quality.
Not the only one. I can also attribute to the advantages of Russia its vast territory. There is no need to especially fight for a place under the sun, because there is plenty of space for everyone.

Even if people in the west have gone mad, it doesn’t change the problematic situation in russia. You can not confident yourself and your position as a better one only because you think that somebody else has worse conditions, which you don’t wish for yourself. Maybe you don’t have “parent #1 and #2”, but it doesn’t mean at all that russian families are healthier or happier, considering a lot of cases of incomplete families and domestic violence, the inability to provide for their children, and so on.
...

The gender discussion is senseless.  Allowing people to decide about their lives is not "degeneration". Killing them is.
