1241  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: August 14, 2020, 12:07:16 PM
Almost all states are already positive about the creation of their own digital currencies, as they are convinced that such digital currencies open up a lot of advantages for using national money. They become very fast, much more cost-effective. Therefore, about 80 percent of all states are already working on the creation of national stable coins, that is, their digitalized currencies.
For a decentralized cryptocurrency, in my opinion, this is both good and bad. It is good in the sense that this process will simultaneously arouse general interest in cryptocurrency, and on the other hand, stable coins of states will compete with cryptocurrencies when used as a means of payment.
Yes, because they see it for their own personal desires and I doubt that they will make it for the betterment of the economy so, therefore, I considered it as a threat. Yes, it's an advantage for the economy but the only people that will benefit a lot are those who invested on creating digital currencies for the country.

The only advantage of it for the people is like what you've said, for transactions and payment.
1242  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to become a millionaire, here is the secret formula on: August 14, 2020, 11:43:53 AM
its hard to sell products at a high price but its easy to sell products at cheap but you will need to produce more products .  cheap products is equals to cheap capital or cheap production cost , you will only need patience and energy .

there was a random post before that said if you want to be a millionaire sell ice water or ice  , it sounds funny but that can maybe possible because the capital is cheap , only water and ice wrapper .  ice and ice water is indemand on hot countries
Sounds funny but it works if you have the ability to create a lot of ice water in a short period of time and if you're using a refrigerator that didn't cost you a lot of power consumption. There's nothing wrong with this kind of mindset but if you are really targetting for a huge profit, you should think about the other factors that might affect your business. There's nothing wrong with the idea, but on how to implement it, it will cost you a lot.
1243  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to become a millionaire, here is the secret formula on: August 14, 2020, 11:19:13 AM
Ohh basic math, it's easy to imagine if you will think like that but it's not easy as that, you need to consider different factors on selling a product.

Are you sure that your product will be sold instantly?

Any capitals? For sure there are capitals on making a business.

Is it guaranteed that the product is good?

How many products can you make per year? Can you make millions of those in just 1 year? Absolutely not. It will take a lot of time before you became a millionaire.
1244  Economy / Economics / Re: Pray for Our World (Pray for Lebanon) Another Economic Crisis on: August 14, 2020, 10:49:18 AM
Its really hard for Lebanon to face this kind of tragic explosion in the middle of covid-19 battle. My prayers are with them to survive and rise up after this terrible blast off. Its good to know that despite of this pandemic, where the whole world is struggling, still a lot of kindhearted countries sent help and aid to Lebanon. Indeed, this pandemic is not a hindrance to reach out each countries that really needed help. For sure, i know Lebanese people will get through this and their economy will rise again.
The explosion is going to have long lasting effects in the economy of Lebanon, let's suppose that you are interested in investing in the country are you going to do it after what happened? Do you really trust in the government when it is clear as day that a huge level of corruption has taken over it? There is probably going to be social instability because of it and when you add all of that this means that not only a lot of people lost their jobs and their homes probably very little money will come to the country during the next years.
Agree, incidents like this have a huge effect on the economy and It's really hard to recover from it. It will cause a lot in the national economy and it will have an impact also in production efficiency. The current pandemic is already a burden to its economic growth, what more to a situation like this.

I hope all of those people who are affected recover from it and build again their nation.
1245  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump signs executive orders banning TikTok and WeChat on: August 14, 2020, 09:37:21 AM
Looks like Trump just hating everything that connected with China. Who the hell use wechat outside China?
There are still plenty of people who uses WeChat in their country, having connections with China. People are mentioning the word "spy" then, of course, all of the related apps to China should be banned even there are no or few users of it. That's how you implement security measures, there should be no exception and they're currently having a war with China, it's not just about 'hating' them.

Chinese have their goal of conquering all of the nations without implementing military war, and that method is working right now, other nations are aware of it. The current pandemic is also advantage for them, they're freely increasing their economic and showing that they aren't affected of it.
1246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: People are complaining about airdrop/bounty earnings, something more profitable? on: August 14, 2020, 09:23:09 AM
I wonder why they're complaining to airdrop or bounty if they get for free only?

And why does a bounty hunter join to a campaign or bounty that isn't listed in an exchange or the informations aren't credible? Doing proper research before joining a bounty will definitely give you a good reward because you knew they will gain a lot of profit from ICO and such due to it's unique features of their platform.

I don't find this new since I became a bounty hunter when I first started here, maybe 2017-2018? and some of the effort I exerted became waste, and because of that I tried to explore and search the assurance that will make me exert my time and effort doing some bounties.
1247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Rise of Bitcoin on: August 14, 2020, 08:55:46 AM
Well, I think that the current increase in the price of bitcoin is the effect of the halving. Well, I hope that I am right, and the speculation is, the price will pump in 2021 due to the halving effect as happened in previous years. well, if there is any other factor, it would be because people started investing in bitcoin again. I'm pretty sure the bitcoin price will continue to recover to close to $ 15k this year.
Well, the halving that occurs in the past month could be the factor of bitcoin's price increase but it's already Q3 of the year 2020 and it's always increasing at this quarter. Yeah, I hope that bitcoin price right now reaches $15k usd and probably, this will attract more investors and will increase our crypto community.

It will make cryptocurrency at the mainstream again. I'm not hoping for a new ATH this year but I know that soon it will record another new ATH this year or 2021.
1248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a Fake Bitcoin? on: August 14, 2020, 08:35:58 AM
Fake bitcoins are those assets that use the name bitcoin which is obviously a copy cat of BTC and claiming to be the real one.
Everything that is called anything other than Bitcoin is probably a fake bitcoin.

So Ethereum and XRP are considered fake Bitcoin, then?
No they aren't considered as a fake bitcoin, they have their own unique features and use the foundation of chain network to their assets.

They are called alternative cryptocurrency or altcoins so obviously, they aren't considered as fake bitcoins. Innovations are not considered as copy cats or fake things because you made something different than the original doesn't have.
1249  Economy / Economics / Re: Government+cryptocurrencies on: August 13, 2020, 09:32:24 PM
Stop relying on your government to do everything for you, stop looking for who to blame and start searching for what to do and coming up with new ideas on how you can succeed and create job opportunities for others in your community.

I don’t have time to be looking up to the government or waiting for them to do things for me or provide jobs, they can never provide or favor the whole citizens, so I stopped relying on them and created my own business. The government for sure, and if you enter there you’re 90% likely to be corrupted. I have seen who start out good and once they get into politics they start playing all those dirty games.
Agree on that, we should not always rely on the goverment and always make your own move for your own success. But sometimes, during a pandemic like this, relying on a government is very common because it is a difficult situation that no one can handle it by themselves. We are also paying taxes and we should make it sure that it will benefit the country and helps its citizen to grow.
1250  Economy / Economics / Re: What should you learn so you never get affected by a economic crises ? on: August 07, 2020, 09:49:06 PM
As long as we are alive we will definitely be affected by the economic crisis. It is very difficult not to be affected
by the economic crisis. But we can survive by learning to increase income and also manage finances well, by buying
only what is needed. If you do this, even if you are affected by the crisis the economy can recover quickly.
Agree, all of the people are affected in the economic crisis. Another thing that a person should know so they can't be affected by economic crisis is to always grab opportunity until you became successful in life. By that, economic crisis will still affect but not that huge that will destroy your life. So be successful in life so we can be ready on every pandemic we are facing.
1251  Economy / Economics / Re: The Covid19 Curve is Flattening on: August 07, 2020, 08:50:49 PM
The infected cases have been decreasing regularly. Same as the death there is also an increased number of people who have got cured from the virus attack. People who are lacking in immunity is easily affected, and it is truly hard time for the entire world. In my life this is what I'm experiencing in real-time. Earlier several pandemic virus has caused in the world ending with higher life losses than covid-19.
Meanwhile in our country, the death and COVID-19 cases are increasing daily and people right now are panicking. Im thinking that this COVID-19 will gonna destroy our country.
The curve is far way to go to be flattened. Everyday my country is dealing more and more positive cases and its getting worst now. The health department are getting tired and almost give up, because a lot of people here did not follow the safety protocol especially when the Government started to loosen up the community quarantines. It seems that the people already forgot that the virus is still here.
What if the virus will spike again at its very worse? Or what if we might experience a second wave? I can't figure out what will happen next to us. Probably, the starving people will increase and the health system and the economy will totally drop down.
Same, the government can't even handle it anymore and just blaming the citizens. There are many task force and police every corner of the city during quarantine so I wonder why they keep saying that people are not listening to orders.
1252  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest winner during COVID? on: August 07, 2020, 08:24:37 PM
The increasing spread of the coronavirus across countries has prompted many governments to introduce unprecedented measures to contain the epidemic. These measures have led to many businesses being shut down temporarily, widespread restrictions on travel and mobility, financial market turmoil, an erosion of confidence and heighted uncertainty. We will undertsand this effects after.
It is the current unprecedented measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus that seem to me the strangest now, because they clearly and openly cause colossal harm to the economies of all states, and the danger of this coronavirus is too exaggerated and the fear of this virus is deliberately raised. Something strange and grand is happening that has never happened before. Now it is difficult to say who is behind this, but the world is being pushed towards mass poverty and poverty. The winner is somewhere too high, it is not even a separate industry. The real reason for the current events will become visible much later.

I also think the same, this pandemic has been exaggerated too much, so that it makes many people worry and panic, is done on purpose and published continuously every day,

If we want to look at the comparison between the dead and the cured, there are far more people who are cured, which means that actually a pandemic is not as terrible as many people imagine, it's just that information that shouldn't circulate has a bad impact. create panic en masse and there is a situation like now.
Well, the reason why the people is afraid and COVID-19 is too exaggerated is because they knew that the health care system of their country can't handle such things. Some of the countries are lucky that they have good health care system and have good government that can manage things. What about those country who sufferrs a lot on this. Yes, death and recovery counts have a huge gap but it doesn't mean that it's safe and ahouldn't be taken seriously. People are new to this pandemic, of course they will react too much because we are alrwady having a pandemic and some of the governmemt doesn't have a decent plan to handle this.
1253  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: August 07, 2020, 07:37:37 PM
We are in the age where banks have a important role in every economies so basically we cannot live without banks because if there will no banks in this time, there will be another economic crisis or even depression where a lot of people will lose their jobs that can lead to increase of poverty rate.
For the next 10 years I firmly believed that I still needed a bank because I did not believe that the cryptocurrency regulation in my country would be legal as a legal mean of payment. To some extent, cryptocurrency has advantages over fiat in terms of cost and how it work. But I still firmly believe that cryptocurrencies and bank will continue to exist side by side and need each other depending on how the user wants it.
Maybe after 10 years, they will see the advantages and importance of using cryptocurrency so we don't know if they will legalize it. It's true that cryptocurrency has more advantages and we can easily store money in a thing called wallet and wait for the money to grow. But, banks are more reliable sometimes, there are huge differences to it and as of now, they're implementing online banking which will be more reliable to its user. Some of those huge investors are also using the bank to secure their money, digital money as of now is still not 100% secured, there are still flaws in the system unlike banks who are very stable and been used by a lot of people a hundred of years.
1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin replace Gold someday? on: August 07, 2020, 07:21:28 PM
With Gold that is more than 2000 years old I think it is impossible to replace it by Bitcoin. Because Gold definitely has
loyal users, and surely many gold owners have felt the profit. After all, the price of gold is more stable in comparison
Bitcoin has a volatile price, so Gold is more suitable as a safe haven. So until whenever gold cannot be replaced by Bitcoin.
Definitely, gold has a lot of usage in this world, it's a mineral/physical thing that mostly used in electronics. Major companies are still buying it and some rich people think it as one of the greatest luxuries that exist in this world so I doubt that it will be replaced by Bitcoin.

Agree that gold's price is more stable and bitcoin is not because of volatility, so for sure safe haven, gold is the key. And besides, both things have a different function on this world, no one can definitely replace each other because they have unique features that can't dominate each other.
1255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Best Course Of Action? on: August 07, 2020, 07:08:16 PM
I think what some of you don’t understand is that you can be a trader and also an investor, it’s possible Cool. You can HODL your coins and also be engaging in day trading, just divide your portfolio and try to do the work properly. But if you want to just be into HODL, you can still continue to hold your coins, I don’t think that the market is going down anytime soon.

There have even been lots of predictions that the market will likely be hitting another ATH price before it goes down. In the previous month the price of Bitcoin and Eth has been at $9,000 and $2,00 respectively, but it didn’t take long for the prices to move up to a higher price with Bitcoin getting close to $12,000 and Ethereum at almost $4,00. I mean, after your skill, there is one important factor which will be deciding your level of success and that must be luck factors or God's touch.
Up for this, sometimes this is my solution when I don't know what to do in my BTC, I'm very confused if I will hodl it or should have pursued daily trading. At the start, you should invest first and wait for a bitcoin price growth, then once it occurs, trade the half or three-fourths of the BTC and just hodl the rest and wait for another pump. Probably BTC will pump again, just wait for the right time and don't lose hope on it because we are currently on the Q3 of the year 2020, there are still many things that can possibly happen.
1256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which website do you usually go to get your news and casino reviews? on: August 07, 2020, 06:07:33 PM
I am not a full-time gambler but when it comes to reviews for independent feedback and reviews the best source is Bitcointalk because the one sharing their feedbacks and experiences are the one who actually plays here, and if there are issues they are posted or reported here and the administrators of the project are quick to resolve the issues.
Yes, we do not need to go to any site because we can get all the up to date reviews here on bitcointalk. Almost all the gambling sites have their ANN here and admins from those sites respond to the user queries here. Even if you need to ask anything about the site, you can ask  and get instant reply form the team as well a experienced gamblers.
We don't have to go far, right? We already have this forum to let us know about all the news, updates, and reviews about a particular casino. The review is really based on one's personal experience and I must say that it's not biased because it's the fellow members here who experienced the casino first hand. But of course, if one prefer to look for reviews outside this forum, it's totally fine. I just cannot recommend one since I just read reviews here in bitcointalk.

its not biased as long as the review came from high rank members and not for newbie account that created just to make fake review and say  what they experience using the gambling casino website.

There is also other review platform BTC gosu is one of them bur for now they only review known platform and they need more time to review other platform mostly those new platform.
Especially if a high ranking member had a lot of trust in his account, his reviews might be reliable. But sometimes you should check the profile because there are high ranking members that promote money-only sites, particularly if you see a really positive review, that's shady.

A good review by high-ranking members will definitely give a positive and negative side to the casino, which means that it is giving critics to it, and this might be reliable.
1257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: August 07, 2020, 04:45:15 PM
Agreed, in a standard match while there can always be a surprise the player that is on average better ranked should win more often than not, but in a blitz game this is not the case anymore as players keep the game confusing on purpose to try to catch their opponents off guard, so while in a  regular game a player may choose to simplify the position in a blitz game they know their best chance is to keep the game open to all kind of possibilities so the chances your opponent makes a mistake go higher and you can score a win.
True, even a strong opponent can be defeated on a blitz game since the game is a fast phase and we should think quickly. A blitz game is a battle of correct placements, and you shouldn't move any single blunder because if your move is considered as a blunder then the chance of you losing is very high.

That's why I think blitz is very suitable on any tournament that should have bettings.
One of the most important rules in a blitz game is that in a chess match if you touch a piece and you have at least a legal move that you can make with it then you are forced to make that move, this is really important because you can actually see people going for the piece and then having second thoughts midway but they are unable to stop as they can see that will be a bad move but due to inertia they touch the piece and now they are forced to move the piece and lose the game because of it, which is why what I stated above about keeping the game complex is really important in that kind of match.

Well that rules is for any type of chess, also for the long games.

The strangest thing is that you can watch 15 min for a move and when you touch that piece you see in a split second that's a blunder it something like that.
True but that kind of blunder is way more common in a blitz game because you have way less time to think about your movements and for the most part you are acting on reflex, so if your opponent was cunning enough to set up a trap in a position that seems to be harmless then it is way more likely that you are going to fall into that trap, while in a normal game you can decide to take all the time in the world to analyze a position that is complex especially if you think this movement is critical, something that is impossible to do in a blitz game.
Blitz game will definitely silence the game as people are focus on the fast-phase game and requires fast thinking to avoid blunder. If you're mind is on the bad mood, definitely you will lose the game. It requires a lot of mental training for you to be a blitz game master. Traps and decoy are usually common on this type of chess, you will definitely fall without even noticing until the end of the game.

So I guess that this type of chess game will mostly be liked by some of the bettors for its fast-phased feature.
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beirut explosion - Lesson to learn from this. on: August 07, 2020, 04:25:53 PM
I wonder why safe isn't really safe to story and physical things at all? I mean, if there's an explosion, it will definitely act as a safe right? enlighten me.
Also, let's say this is your Private key : L4hVMF5PXJ pyy9w2r3k NvyPiDhaPcbd P5uh2Bp G63cmgp647PZnL   - You can store the section in Bold in different locations without people having access to the sections that are not in Bold, so they can do nothing with those sections. (Only you know how to put the puzzle together when all sections are together)

Uhmm. I already did this in separate locations.

Half of the keys are in my house right now and the other on my aunts and uncle's house. I thought it is an ingenious way of doing it but I guess there are a lot of people here thinking the same. I thought of this a year ago but I am also scared since they have children in their house so that might be gone when I come back.
I guess, it's better if you put those on a place where you always visit, like your home or your rest house, so you can check it and there are no worries. It might be safe because it is separate but do you think will happen if there's a phenomenon occur in the area where the one fourth is located.

I didn't leave my asset unattended nor not in my watch since there are so many thing will happen when we are away so I'd suggest to select always at home anyone can check their balances from time to time compare to those when we.are away and we can't see an updates uf our wallet ifs fine and away from the attack.
True, it's better if we have those always in us or common places we went to, a huge amount of assets when gone will definitely be huge losses in your life.

Therefore, we shouldn't be putting it in some places that aren't common places for you and is very vulnerable to anything that can lose or destroy it. I really don't prefer leaving valuable things attended, as much as possible I bring them with me or in the drawer of my personal desk.
1259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: August 07, 2020, 03:52:33 PM
. Some platforms give free money but in exchange for that, you must do KYC before receiving it.

I think it's not worth to exchange our KYC just to get free money, and I am sure that free money has some condition to meet before you can withdraw it. Isn't it nice if we will support the gambling site which does not require KYC as that's the real purpose of crypto casinos.
It isn't worth it at all.

We don't exchange our KYC for the bonus but if someone's desperate to get that money, he wouldn't think of his identity to be exchanged for the possible bonus that he or she might receive.
Probably, he's too desperate to get money and just wanted to throw his personal identity in a new crypto platform. We should always be afraid of every move we are making on the internet because sometimes it'll lead us to danger so be careful on sending your KYC even there's an exchange for money.
