Update!
We have upgraded our web application and you won't experience no more errors.
Looks good! I came to know about this via another thread on this forum. I was looking for something similar to sell some of my own music, so this might come in handy. I can put preview of music file for open streaming and then redirect the purchase of complete version to your site.

???hi everybody i am here with yet another one of my newbies questions. i thank you all for responding to me well whenever someone asks how to get some BTC there is this common answer to joins some sig. camp. so How exactly does signature campaigns work? you just put the link they give you inside you sig. area and do your usual postings? or you have to post about them, i mean like advertising? Your assumption is pretty close. There is a space below your posts where you can put anything as a signature. This signature will be visible to all forum members whenever you post. Some services 'rent' your signature space. They place their advertisement in that space. The more you post, the more this advertisement will be visible to people, so they pay you BTC per post. The more you post, the more BTC you earn. But of course, spamming the forum with useless posts is not allowed and may even lead to banning. See here for all active signature campaigns: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

Hello,
What is the best way to use a coin mixer? How shall I proceed to avoid most stupid mistakes? Is it working? Did you try it? In short, I don't know anything about the mixing services, and was looking for some recommendations... btw it's for 0.01 btc, is it possible, with the fees and co? thank you a lot for your sharing help.
You're not the one holding the BitStamp coins, are you?

Do you think 1.00 BTC will worth more than $10,000.00 USD at any time in 2015?
Bitcoin is such an asset that the future price of Bitcoin can only be predicted accurately if you own a crystal ball that shows future. Unfortunately nobody on this forum possesses such a crystal ball (except dank), we're all in dark as much as you. But if I had to assume, i would tend to think that the price will reach $10,000 in a couple of years, if not in this year - or so I wish

Finally got my own smartphone. What apps would you recommend? Already got the one for the forum. I don't use any wallets (I never make a Bitcoin purchase through my smartphone anyway), but I use this regularly: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobnetic.coinguardian&hl=enThat keeps me updated about prices of the coins I hold. Other than that I use a couple of apps that let me place buy/sell order for alt-coins on exchanges like Cryptsy and HitBTC. Based on the exchanges you use to trade, you can search similar apps.

What exchanges can one trust these days? Just yesterday I thought that Bitstamp is reliable At least they didn't run away with user money deliberately, like Mintpal. It was a hack and they've promised user funds are safe in cold storage. I see no reason to panic. BitStamp is not running away. But I've come across Fiat withdrawal problems on HitBTC.com and they're forcing users to convert their fiat to crypto.

I am a Full Member.Would anyone pay me 0.05 BTC per month for my full signature space for minimum 200 posts or more?
This is an inquiry.
What's wrong with your current campaign? Bit-X is offering generous payouts.

If I were the hacker, I wouldn't try to sell the tumbled coins on an exchange (with KYC) for quite some time, too risky. Instead, I would send them to multiple altcoin exchanges (that have no KYC) and pump up some less traceable alts. Another possibility is to sell some of the tumbled BTC to fences on localbitcoins.
Correct. If I had that many hacked coins, I would sell no more than 10 coins a day, and would prefer to sell them offline or use localbitcoins.com

... Haha.. BitStamp must have blacklisted them by now and they must be tracking each and every address where these coins go. There is no easy escape for the thief.
I hope you are right. I had no funds (by chance) on Bitstamp when this shit happened, but I still feel worried. Can they follow the coins even if they get tumbled? Are miners and tumbling services willing to help Bitstamp? I believe mixing services will not want to help BitStamp. That's how their business model sustains; if they don't accept tainted coins, they lose the larger portion of their income. During the MooPay scam, BitStamp actively watched the stolen coins so that they could not be sold through BitStamp ( http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2js0py/bitstamp_tweets_that_they_are_watching_for_the/). Now I will love seeing same supportive attitude from other exchanges to help BitStamp.

I am ready to buy cheap coins if they dump them. Let's hope they will dump in btc-e and all my bids get filled. Or maybe bitstamp, have orders there too. Imagine Bitstamp buying back these same bitcoins Haha.. BitStamp must have blacklisted them by now and they must be tracking each and every address where these coins go. There is no easy escape for the thief.

You can also spend your Neos over at http://superhot.link =) We'll keep adding new community-owned stores to our merchant line-up as much as possible. After the release of 2.0.2 - expect to see a lot of new Neos-centric projects surface related to usability and commerce. It's all been part of the plan all along as I've said many times over - I'm just humbled that it's coming together and couldn't feel more proud. Best regards, syntaks Nice! I just visited the site and looks like they're accepting a lot of other crypto currencies as well: See the irony: They have a 'What is PayPal?' button but no button for 'What is Bitcoin'

Tried the demo. Looks better than other similar services I'm using.
However couldn't find INR under the listed currencies. Since the service is based in India, I was hoping for INR.
+1. I also need INR. You can use API from fiat currency converters' and then convert USD or other currency to INR - a simple suggestion. ~~MZ~~ Good suggestion, though there is considerable difference between the convert price and the trading price indian exchanges are operating on. This task is high on priority. Keep watching the thread , I will post an update soon Unocoin is one of the leading exchanges in India and they also have a price ticker API. https://www.unocoin.com/tickerapiYou might be able to fetch data from them.

But what about the CPU mining? I've heard Magi is a promising new coin?
i stop mining Magi no profit What the community has gathered from experience is that more than 90% of new and 'promising' alt-coins do not last very long. Every now and then a new alt-coin enters with a new and unique feature that gets attention of the community and people start mining with high profits. But if you look at the same coin after 2-3 months, it fades into darkness with no profits, no community support and no future development.

Then what I did was, I imported all private keys into BitcoinQT Core wallet and then imported the wallet.dat file into CLAM wallet. Worked fine.
Good idea but synching the whole BTC blockchain..? You don't need the blockchain to import and export wallets. Run with "-connect=127.0.0.1" to avoid connecting to any peers and you'll save yourself some network traffic. Correct. I took even easier path. While importing keys into Bitcoin core wallet, I disconnected from internet. No blockchain sync!

CLAM surprising again, price-wise... Good to see this coin alive The price is relatively high at 0.0056 when it has been trading at 0.003 just 4 days ago. It seems like a good time to sell to buy again at 0.003 in 4 days I sold some CLAM at price of 0.0045 BTC just yesterday. Now the price is at 0.0065 BTC. Surprising indeed.

Yeah, someone made a stupid joke It would be particularly clever to sign with the real name but use bitmessage. Obviously someone faking it. I just Googled the name and it belongs to a Senior Hezbollah member, who was killed in 2013 http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=dd7_1384692467

My dad works in the UK police departament where this guy owner of Bitstramp call an theft over 100$ so this mean that also cold wallet was stolen.
What I can gather from your post: 1. Your dad works in UK police department, but your username sounds Russian 2. Your dad busted BitStamp owner over a $100 theft (I was hoping this figure would be in Pounds instead of Dollars since it was UK) 3. You are saying that point #1 & 2 given true, there is high possibility that BitStamp's cold wallet was hacked. I want to smoke what you're smoking.

They say this is only a small fraction of their Bitcoin holdings:
"This breach represents a small fraction of Bitstamp’s total bitcoin reserves, the overwhelming majority of which are held in secure offline cold storage systems."
Doesn't matter. What's relevant is the amount lost and how are they going to repay that. Both cold and hot wallets are customers' deposit, BitStamp just holds those on their behalf and cannot dispose such funds at free will. They should repay. Given the clean record of the exchange until now, I would be tend to believe that they'll pay all lost BTC of their customers from their own pocket. After all, they must have earned a lot more from their operational profits until now. Or at least that's what they should do.
