I was getting used to kickass.so after TPB was taken down, and now kickass is taken down. I switched back to TPB for downloading stuff. Let's hope it stays online now. Isn't there a way to have a domain that can't get seized by any party? KickAss has a new domain which is working fine for me for last several months: http://kickass.to/Also, IsoHunt has made a clone of old piratebay site and has released the code to GitHub so that anyone can now run his own copy of the piratebay. https://oldpiratebay.org/https://github.com/isohuntto/openbayAnd the real piratebay is also UP again! https://thepiratebay.se/thank you already exist one TOR link to access KickAss? Not sure what you're asking. You're asking for an .onion link to KickAss which can be accessed using TOR? I don't think it exists.

I can confirm that the wallet works fine on Windows 8.1 The installer still asks for admin rights, but I can change the installation folder to standard user location and can run everything fine as standard user after installation is done. So not a big issue. I think the only problem during my all previous attempts was that NEOS services were running when I tried to install a newer version. This was taken care of by help from syntaks, by running following commands as admin in a command prompt: sc stop neosd sc stop neosui sc delete neosd sc delete neosui I'm on version 2.0.2 now and the wallet works great!

[....] Are you around by chance today to verify a new installer build I just put together that it doesn't request admin first? [...]
Hey, I can test this now. From where I should download the installer that runs without admin rights? I downloaded from official site but it doesn't look new. http://www.neoscoin.com/windows should be the same one from the site. If you run it, you'll see a different installation path now. Best regards, syntaks Sent you a PM I can confirm that the wallet works fine on Windows 8.1 The installer still asks for admin rights, but I can change the installation folder to standard user location and can run everything fine as standard user after installation is done. ...and where and by whom I obtained them from. I just felt it was in bad taste, but may consider selling them on a need-to-have basis.
Who is J.D. ? And how much you'll sell them for? Is there a sample to look at? Maybe, but the stripper pole may block a body part or two in any samplings provided. That's fine, but who is J.D. ?

That's OK, we're not really interested in the reward. We're doing this because THIS IS FUN! (0.01 BTC isn't really a huge reward anyway)

Today I found an interesting blog entry about the Bitmonero launch and the initial slow hash version of the miner that came from Bytecoin. Quite interesting to know how a few made a killing from private optimizations in the Bitmonero mining for months where more than the 50% of the network. http://da-data.blogspot.com.es/2014/08/minting-money-with-monero-and-cpu.htmlThis only reinforces my opinion that there few to none fair launchs in the cryptocoin world. I don't follow Bitmonero thread and this may be a very old story but thought someone in the Bytecoin community could be interested. Wow... Someone was mining Monero with 100 times faster mining program than the rest of the miners? And controlled 60% of the network hash rate at some point?
