UFOs are not real, but believing that there would not be aliens out there is just ridiculous.

I'm in the same league as yours.

I dont belive in aliens

From Wikipedia:

Quote
The Fermi paradox or Fermi's paradox, named after Enrico Fermi, is the apparent contradiction between the lack of evidence and high probability estimates, e.g. those given by the Drake equation, for the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations. The basic points of the argument, made by physicists Enrico Fermi (1901–1954) and Michael H. Hart (born 1932), are:

There are billions of stars in the galaxy that are similar to the Sun, many of which are billions of years older than Earth.
With high probability, some of these stars will have Earth-like planets, and if the Earth is typical, some might develop intelligent life.

Some of these civilizations might develop interstellar travel, a step the Earth is investigating now.
Even at the slow pace of currently envisioned interstellar travel, the Milky Way galaxy could be completely traversed in about a million years.
According to this line of thinking, the Earth should have already been visited by extraterrestrial aliens. In an informal conversation, Fermi noted no convincing evidence of this, leading him to ask, "Where is everybody?"

Scientifically, is young blood any different than old blood? Is it proven in any form?
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Incredible stories of Bitcoin millionaires on: August 02, 2016, 07:12:35 AM

I heard another story about this guy who store 1000BTC in a USB and then lost it. Tongue
Just saying LOL about it, hahaha I'm will feeling a die if I losing all of my 1000 BTC just caused by a USB. hahaha, this is very funny sentences. Cheesy but how they can lose it,caused by USB or another factor? like losing usb for his storage.

You would probably do suicide if you lose 1000 BTC  in your USb its either you lost it  or the usb corrupted/reformat. Then it would be the biggest disaster on your life. Thats why  i dont like storing bitcoin in hardwares because the risk  is still there but in online theres a risk also if you got hacked but its  too hard i guess.

It was 7500 BTC stored in an external hard drive. Read the story:

this years the worst movie award goes to 10 cloverfield lane Smiley a touch of a horror suspense drama with a zombie and alien twist and an alien technology that can be easily blown by a pillbox Cheesy watch it and you be the judge...

I actually really enjoyed that movie. Avoiding any spoilers for anyone who might wanna watch it - I do agree that the ending was a little silly, and it was obvious that the producers decided to make the "Cloverfield" link to get more viewers/interest.

But it was an absolutely stellar performance by John Goodman, and the lead girl played the part very well too IMO (I forget her name). The suspense in the bunker really had me on the edge of my seat, and even though the ending was a bit dumb, it was very gripping for me, saw it in a cinema with a pretty good, loud sound system...

I also enjoyed the movie, except the climax. The suspense building was good and the acting was fairly good from everyone. I just hoped for a better ending.

V for Vendetta is the great movie I've seen.

OK great. Since this thread is about the WORST movie you've watched, would you like to share your opinion on that as well?

Holding can be good but its really depending on the upcoming future the bitcoin has, if the halving will be good holding was very good.
Yes i think Holding is a good choice to earn some money in bitcoin, as long the price of bitcoin keep rise so i would recommend to anyone to keep their bitcoin until halving comes.

Price will drop for a correction BEFORE the halving. So f you've purchased some coins and just looking to capitalize on price increase due to halving, don't wait till halving to sell them. Sell them around end of this month, otherwise you'll be where you started.

I installed desktop wallet v1.0.10.1 , but don't see any where issue private key (and import private key). Can anyone help me ?

If you were using an older version of wallet until now, you should have a .wallet file in following folder:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\bytecoin

In new wallet software, go to 'File --> Open Wallet' and choose this file

339  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm All In - Sold My House! on: December 16, 2015, 06:18:42 PM
Well, well, well... I am back for an update.

Originally (in Post #1) sold my house for approximately $400,000 Canadian, and got approximately 648 BTC in the transaction. BTC is currently at approximately $450 US each. This makes my investment worth $291,600 in U.S. Dollars. Now also note that the Canadian Dollar has tanked really hard in the last year and is now at a 12 year low, around .72c US. That makes my Bitcoin currently worth $405,000 Canadian!. I am currently up on my initial investment! I did weather the storm when it sat at $200 for a long time (and crapped my pants from time to time and did a lot of drinking), but now my time has come. For all those that laughed, we will see who is laughing in 2016!

HODL!

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year,

Tay More

Good job on HODLing OP!
