Roll back a little... do I understand correctly those three previous accounts [four if we include your forgotten one] were permanently self-excluded? So, to put it out chronologically, you created mrperun on 24 April 2021, asked for permanent self exclusion at one point, granted and got your account disabled, and then, with that older account considered inactive, created set2323 on 30 July 2021, realized your addiction is kicking back in, and asked for self exclusion, and they complied. Same thing happened to account fishermansj and tetaeridanus?
Hello sir, I am getting only bullied here and like the other poster said I never insulted anybody I don't understand the hate on me. I can send you documents everything you want about the case. Yes they have been excluded before, the fact that I have been outlining un kyc is they let me open new account because they weren't doing kyc procedures while I was depositing 100.000s. Casinos should have their exclusion policies strict to have these licenses. However it seems like they don't care and thinks that I and people like me will shut up. I won't shut up until everyone knows the truth.

[snipped the rest to maintain relevance]

edit: I think there is a misunderstanding here; I don't use previous self exclusion as excuse. I AM self excluded while this is happening on the account tetaeridanus. If like you said, it was previous; you would be correct.

I want to begin that I am not against you or trying to support Stake, I am trying to always be neutral and see from as many perspective as I can. On this matter and from the point established above, I'm afraid I have to give you a pill that'll be quite hard to swallow, namely... Casino Guru has a right stance and understanding on this matter.

Their final ruling [which didn't favor you] was,

Quote
[...]
The protection for self-excluded players, that detects them closely after registration or does not allow future registration, is a key part of proper self-exclusion. If the player informs the casino about the gambling problem. The account should be closed asap, and the player should not be allowed to create an account with the same or similar credentials. That is the acceptable minimum that can be done.

Based on the information provided by the casino team, all the accounts you created contained different information filled in as credentials. Therefore, the block could not work properly, and they could not prohibit your gameplay. More specifically, only dates of birth used in the first and disputed accounts were the same. The rest was slightly adjusted or completely different.
[...]

Granted, their explanation could probably be a bit hard to understand, and from the postscript you added through edit, I take it that you probably understood them wrongly.

If I may try to better explain the situation, your self-exclusion on tetaeridanus didn't take full effect and prevent you from betting on casino is because you permanently self-exclude your other accounts before. It is a two pronged situation.

The casino should take the self-exclusion and give their best to protect you by immediately closing your account and prevent any credential related to that account from opening other accounts in the future. This means, from the "inside", the existing account were "bricked" by rendered unable to place any bet, and at the same time, from the "outside", the owner should not be able to create another account with the same credentials.

If I may throw a wild guess, their registration prevention probably try to read and stop you by reading the "analog" data like email address, username, name, DoB, nationality, and the likes, while their self-exclusion prevention within the account itself utilize parameters a platform usually use to detect multi-acc like your IP, screen resolution, geolocation, device data, etc.

This is how the self-exclusion work and the keypoint that CG tried to explain [I marked in blue] and how they honor the responsible gaming duty: by blacklisting the credentials to prevent future re-registration and bricking the account at the same time.

But, because you use other credentials to create other accounts, these "external" attempts to protect you through self-exclusion by denying you to create another accounts are bypassed because their database didn't match the newly inputted entry with the old ones that's on their exclusion list. This explains why you could create three [or four] other accounts from the first one you created and submitted self-exclusion.

Now, focusing and applying this on the tetaeridanus account, as I previously mentioned, it's a two pronged situation.

From the "outside", they can't prevent you from creating another account because you use different credential from fishermansj [your latest one prior to tetaeridanus], their system to automatically reject your account trying to sign up were bypassed by these differences on database. While from the "inside", or the second prong, the why your self exclusion for tetaeridanus were not effective by taking the self exclusion permanently, is because their system which responsible to "brick" your account read different data, thus crashed with each other.

Previously, for instance, they detected the entries [IP address, screen resolution, browser version, etc.] belonged to mrperun, or ready2323, and has to be denied, yet at the same time, these entries were belonged to fishermansj, and at some point, were yet to request self-exclusion, thus the database crashed. Same thing happened with tetaeridanus. They read that the entries are for ready2323, or other accounts, yet it also belonged to the newly created account under the name tetaeridanus that's yet to request self-exclusion, and they crashed again. And this is why the permanent self-exclusion couldn't lock itself on its place.

Of course this is only a hypothesis I get from reading the narratives of your case from the available resources [the casino guru's description and yours here]. I hope you can understand what I am trying to explain here.

Hey there again,

No , that's all good you can ask for more details as well; I am feeling better because people like you who at listen to details instead of looking at cases in biased way. Yes this three as I remember; if there was a fourth one; that is my email which I changed numbers and don't have access since 2020. Yes you are correct all of these were self-excluded permanently well before tetaeridanus, no other was active during or after tetaeridanus; even some time before. This three accounts are the accounts that were active until each of them were self excluded. I never asked for the refunds of my deposits or anything; If that was the case they could maybe blame TOS or etc. The problem is in the very same account, which both saddens me and makes me feel hurt and scammed. I am deep neck in debt because of my addiction and this was the last bullet to the head. When I see stake name I feel like killing myself or puking. I hate what they have done to me; and at last scamming me.

Thank you for trying to look in a perspective, if any of you guys have contact to stake's high level people, I hope we can make a good closure on this (I hope) systematical bug.

Best with respect;

Tetaeridanus.

1303  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 16, 2023, 10:13:36 AM
Hello, holydarkness

1. Not exactly.
Simplified version is  :
a) i deposited 50K
b) i played and ended up doing an all-in at the roulette and winning
c) i tried to withdraw and refused to do so.
d) accused me of opposite betting and multi account
e) remooved the funds from my balance
f) i proved that i only had 1 account.
g) agreed with me
h) Still refuse to return my funds since i have broken their "TOS"

2. Yes i played from a banned region but this doesn't allow them to still my money.
They are currently in contract with French Streamers to promote their casino.

This only matter in the sens that i have no legal recourse against them. They perfectly know it and abuse it to steal my money. It has never been mention by them that beeing "French" was a breach of their "tos" during our exchange in emails.

I hope you are satisfied with my reply.

Thank you for the more detailed-yet-still-simplified chronology. I understand they never give any explanation of what ToS --other the multi-acc-- you breached? Usually [if not most likely] a casino will at least narrowed things down to one or two clause on their ToS that you breached; for example [and this is literally an example for illustratory purpose, not a real clause on any ToS of any platform]:

"According to our system, you breached one of the terms you agreed upon signing up, specifically terms described on point number 13.1,

13.1. You are not allowed to enroll to a bet near the end of a live match.

for this reason, we believe..."

And I understand you are yet to heard from Stake after Symphonized's last reply to inform you implying he'll forward this matter to Stake team?

Just my 2 cents on this matter about region and so on.
Being from a banned region can't be the cause here, 100% not.
I am from Germany ( also banned) , there are hundreds or thousands German players at stake ( you can see in the stake chat as well). If you registered a while ago it's ok to play from a "banned" region, you just won't be able to make a new account from these areas.
I know it sounds strange and doesn't make any sense but that's how stake handles this matter.

My account is verified with a German address, even though I live in Japan but that doesn't matter, and I never had any problem with that.

That's... an interesting two cents. If I may ask for more context, did you register while you're still in German [thus registered within the prohibited jurisdiction], or did you register after living in Japan?
1304  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake Scammed me off apx. 20.000 USDT!I want my hard earned money back!Help Pls! on: September 15, 2023, 07:19:50 PM

Hello again sir,

Thanks for your reply, no account was created after tetaeridanus, in the intent of freerolling as the other poster said some people are doing to apply for bigger refunds. Tetaeridanus is my only real account which was kycd. No other accounts were previously kyc-d. CG and Stake's said breach of TOS is false since none of them were kyc'd in the first place so I didn't try to breach any rule. If it was happened I wouldn't have loss more than 300.000$ tp this site.

I will post the images for you, thanks for your sincere words.

Tetaeridanus

Here you go sir;

Original image link: [https://ibb.co/pX6nmJB] [https://ibb.co/VY6Q8zM] [https://ibb.co/dMjV8Cc]

Tetaeridanus is the last account I owned, none of these were multi-accounting. Never had a problem or complaint with stake.com until this bug that occured which is the site's fault only. The fact that they threw these account names is a game to distract the topic on how they allowed a permanent banned account play blackjack; If the case was I opened a new account during exclusion and bypassed everything, lost money and wanted refund; that would be idiotic on my side, that's my fault. Look how idiotic this seems, however none of this happened so TOS and bla bla is just distraction. Tetaeridanus shouldn't be able to bet on casino games at the time of the screenshots were taken, since it was excluded permanently 4 months prior.

Thanks for reading CG and trying to give an insight. Sorry about the rollercoaster you have been thru as well, I suffer from ADHD and issues. Sorry if it took too long.

With respect,

Tetaeridanus.

edit: 3 previous accounts tetaeridanus.

Thank you for taking time digging those emails. I didn't mean to sound so demanding, just wanted to be through and through, I thought there are four accounts prior to tetaridanus? Can you perhaps provide us with the last one? Just to be sure we covered every ground.

And to be sure, none of those accounts are being used during the self-exclusion, or if I may phrase to an even better question, none of the accounts are active [in sense that you've asked to deactivate them] prior to tetaridanus?
1305  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake LOCK my account after WINNING 100K on: September 15, 2023, 06:14:40 PM
OP, my initial appearance here was to... tell someone to edit their post to prevent a scammer taking advantage of the situation. I only had a chance to read your case just now.

Do I understand correctly about two things as below:

1. Simplified the chronology was, you deposited, went all-in, you won, they confiscated the fund under multi-acc accusation, proven to be wrong, returned your fund, but block your withdrawal?

2. [you've acknowledge this yourself, so this is kinda just a formal confirmation] you're from France, which is a prohibited teritory and violation of such allows them to sanction your account?

5. YOUR WARRANTIES
5.1 Prior to your use of the Service and on an ongoing basis you represent, warrant, covenant and agree that:
[...]
Jurisdiction
e) You are accessing stake.com from a jurisdiction in which it is legal to do so;
f) You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the placing and/or accepting of bets online and/or playing casino and/or live games;
[...]
5.2 In case of a breach of any of the representations, warrants or covenants mentioned in 5.1, Stake reserves the right to close or suspend Your Stake account at its own discretion and void any bets to the extent applicable by law.

[...]

14.3 Persons located in or reside in Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Portugal, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any persons located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or Restricted Jurisdiction, is a breach of this Agreement. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by Stake to identify your location and providing Stake with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.

14.4 The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.

1306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits Scam Alert: Unveiling the Illusion of "The Most Rewarding Casino" on: September 15, 2023, 05:28:19 PM
What Happened:

My journey with Duelbits began with a rocky start. They flagged my Trustpilot review for verification, which caused initial skepticism.

Just right from here you should have known that something is already wrong and that has to do with you and not duelbit, am not a campaign participants to this gambling organization but i can tell they have a well and recognizable reputation not on this forum alone but on all it's users, when you made mention of using a trust pilot review and they kicked against it, have you taken your time to discover maybe if such is against their ToS, some of the problem we gave in using these gambling platforms are from us but we think that the casinos aren't fare enough to our Justice.

Sorry but... am I understand correctly that you proposing the possibility that OP violated one of duelbit's ToS by writing a review, and thus got him into all of these trouble? In other words, duelbits prohibit their users to write a negative review about them? Why don't you do us a favor by doing two things; one, dig through their ToS and unearth this clause that became the basis and main point of your post, and two, a simpler thing [and this should be the first thing you do, as well as this is more a favor to yourself than to us], read through the thread, it was not that long, less than one page, with relatively small amount of screenshots of evidence, and give yourself a summary of what duelbit explained from their side regarding this situation.

Here is the last mail from Casino Guru, which after they have talked with Stake.com. This is against all laws and If I go to court I will also sue Casino Guru as well. This is the most ridiculous reply I have seen. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance sir.

Edit: I can't seem to find a way to show the pictures of the links. Mind anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Tetaeridanus

I initially wanted to start with telling you how sorry I am with your addiction, and the seeking for help speech, but I am quite sure you have enough of that. So I'll stop that topic here, know that you have my sympathy and I am not looking at your case with prejudice of a gambling addict.

On to your case, I managed to dig your complaint to CasinoGuru, read through all of it [such a rollercoaster of reading, if I may give my personal opinion] and would like to establish the precise timeline here.

Do I understand correctly that prior to having Tetaeridanus account, you have four different accounts, which the two of them are "set2323" and "mrperun", or is there any that created after Tetaeridanus?

In reference to this findings by CG,

Quote
More specifically, only dates of birth used in the first and disputed accounts were the same. The rest was slightly adjusted or completely different.

I'd like to take some precaution by asking you to provide a backing evidence to your answer. I assume correctly that Stake send a confirmation email after an account sign up? So, everything is well documented, up to the date and time, when were these five accounts are created? Can you please provide screenshots for these emails timestamping the registration date of each accounts [please censor every sensitive information]? I will quote your image for visibility, like the last one you made.
1308  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits Scam Alert: Unveiling the Illusion of "The Most Rewarding Casino" on: September 15, 2023, 11:00:36 AM
I’m not updated anymore on your case but your consistent budgering on the support about the case they already gave you a define answer might be the reason for deleting your chat history.

Can you still use the chat support to inquire new queries? Because you might be blocked on using the chat that’s why you can’t see anymore your previous message. Are you still arguing about your missing bonus that you are being accused that you unsubscribed? I suggest that you should move forward your case on askgambler so that you will have a better chance to ask them about proof since Askgambler can look on data that was meant for private.

Expect a lot of criticism here since you are sending a negative feedback on a brand that is known trusted here.

It's on OP's uploaded video within the post you quoted, OP got blocked by them, he can't send any chat to live support. Though I agree that it's probably because OP kept pestering duelbits for "trivial" matter, I have to say it's a poor choice to deescalate the issue with OP, especially if they didn't warn OP prior to it, that if OP kept bugging them and hindering other complainants's case to be addressed by the team, he will be blocked.

As for escalating to AG [this part of my post also addressed OP's reply above mine], it is almost a certain situation that AG will not address this, because there is no basis for the situation to be escalated and intermediated. As duelbit's representatives explained, all of the inconvenience happened to OP was not made deliberately, it's system-based, they've broken down how the bonus are distributed and based on what, and there's no scam or any suffering from lost funds here. This is what will also likely happen to OP's complaint if it's escalated to other ADR or even to their licensor. Arbitrators will most likely see this as a non-issue and dismissed it.

Again, OP, I am not trying to water down your situation here, I know you're frustrated, perhaps even angry, but they did not scam you, and the best resolution for this situation, as I've said above, as well as being suggested by AG, is to walk away from the platform, agree to disagree and part ways.
1309  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: September 14, 2023, 08:59:20 PM
[...]

A follow up question. When betnomi.com went offline without any explanations, was betnomi.bet accessible and live at all times or was there a period when the .bet version was also down? I am asking because if it went offline and came back, maybe there is a plan to try and revive the brand in the future through the .bet site.

Not sure if it ever has a down period, but one thing we can be sure of is that it was accessible when the .com went offline months ago. This fact was [in a way] unearthed by CasinoGuru's mediator on a case against them from the earlier phase of their houdini act.

But yes, I am inclined toward agreement with decodx that the site never goes offline, though I think [again, much like decodx think] it's more because the site was never meant to be a live site, thus it's kinda overlooked; "abandoned", if you may.

If we suppose that they will come back at one point through the .bet site, though, I'll say they can try all they want to do that, but the record here is already pretty much extensive to tell the future users about anything related to betnomi, so I think we shouldn't lose sleep over it, and they're more likely to create a completely brand new site instead of re-using their old name and site.
1310  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: September 14, 2023, 05:00:25 PM
Did Betnomi always have two working domains at the same time or how exactly did they operate? Their betnomi.com site is still down with a random error message. But betnomi.bet is now working. According to whois, that domain has been available since 2021.Their Twitter page meanwhile, still points to the old site. I am sure that I had betnomi.com in my casino withdrawal fees thread before I removed them for being scammers.

betnomi[dot]bet was their "older" domain before they move to [dot]com, and I think somewhere on the [multiple] threads about betnomi, it's been explained that the [dot]bet was used to keep the platform running while they overhaul the [dot]com, and users' database was transferred there, thus logging in with [dot]com's credential on [dot]bet will grant you access.

I vaguely recalled someone tried their credential on the [dot]bet and, after gained access, learned that though you can log in, the deposit feature are not available.

Edit: I am thanking ninjastic's date filter so I don't have to comb over 90-something posts. Edited the original post, adding link to the "deposit feature are not available" for reference.

I see that the title changed to resolved and I believe this reflect the current development of your case? If so, I am glad it is solved and appreciate you mark it as solved. I have nothing to hide and I really have no interest in accusing anyone without reason. I am writing here to have a better chance of getting my money and to warn other possible victims.

I had a profit of 1000 USD with 13 bets, and then they blocked me from betting. Therefore, I made a withdrawal of the entire balance (approximately 2000 usdt). Those are probably not big numbers. I repeat, 13 bets were only on the most important ATP, WTA and Premier League events. What needs to be investigated there?

can you please advise me how to create a new topic and how to connect the screen there? I don't know about it

Quite the opposite, bumping old thread is... less effective, IMO. You'll have better chance of [getting your money back aside] warning other possible victim by creating your own thread, if you have enough evidence. As I assume you already know, this board runs on evidence, so please also add proper supporting evidence to back up your story.

yas.bet is scam

how can bitcoitalk help me have my fund in yasbet?

We can't help you get your fund back in the sense of forcing yas to refund you, all we can do here is help overseeing your case and/or tagging the platform if they're proven to be questionable so it can be used as future reference for others who want to try their platform.

You can start by having your own accusation thread, supplied with as much proof as you can provide, submitted with the proper format as written here or as below:

For starters, create a fresh scam accusation like OP did. Follow this scam reporting format. make sure you include all the necessary evidence to make your scam accusation legitmate.

You are also going to keep pestering them until they work on your issue in case of any delay. History has it that they have a habit of taking months to resolves issues, that is if they are to resolve it.

Hello, it seems like they allowed me to send this instead of a utility bill. This is the second time they write this, I send them a file with the movement of funds on the account for the last 6 months in Cyrillic, and they refuse me and again ask for a utility bill, I wrote to them that I cannot provide a utility bill, and now for the second time they write to me about letter of recommendation from the bank. What does it mean? Do I understand correctly that this is a bank statement?

At the same time, they answered me to upload a letter of recommendation from the bank, I uploaded it even before their message, and they are checking it, for some reason I am 100% sure that they will refuse.

I sent them this document. It contains my details, my address. and at the end of the document the bank's seal. This statement is made in the online banking application.

The bank was also able to issue me such a document, which I also sent to the stake. but they don't accept it either for some reason. on the top right, my first name, last name, address. there is a seal and signature here, I do not know what they do not like that they do not accept these documents.

yes i have made numrous deposit and withdrawls.

They have always been doing sketchy things but not there a pure scam. They used bonuses and other promos to lure people into scam. Its very simple they will scam you for 50 cents if they cant amount does not matter they will look for every way to scam you

You seem like a rival attempting to discredit the casino in question. You made a new account, claimed to be a diamond player on the said casino, claimed their fees are high, and yet you've been depositing and withdrawing numerous times, and all you've been doing is writing and copy pasting your own posts everywhere on the gambling board without a single drip of evidence to back up your accusations.

You're nothing more than a troll at this point, and the moderator will eventually nuke you. Give us some proof or go fuck yourself. Sounds rude? Yeah fuck it !

it looks like he is, wasn't coming back online for more than one and a half year, with the only posts were concentrated in one week after he registered, complaining without proof, and then never have any follow-ups with his "case".

I managed to win about a thousand euros on sports bets. When I wanted to withdraw my money, the transaction did not go through. It has been in "on hold" status for three weeks. They answer my questions "we are investigating, you still have to wait".

Please note that my bets were only on the most prestigious world sports events and my account is fully verified (ID, address verification documents). There is not the slightest reason to investigate.

I am considering legal action.

You are more than welcome to file a legal suit against them, but I'll recommend you to try to solve it through mediation first. You can create your scam accusation thread with proofs and see if their officials will address your situation and solve it. Less hassle, if you asked me.

I sent them confirmation of funds, they confirmed and now they are asking for a bank statement in Cyrillic, I sent them all this, they still refuse and ask for a utility bill, but it contains someone else’s name and surname.
I wrote to them by email that it would not be possible to send a utility bill, they asked for a bank statement, I sent it to them, 2 days passed, and they again asked for a utility bill, as if I had never told them anything, about the fact that it was impossible to send them a utility bill , because my parents’ first and last names are there.

I'm glad you brought this matter about surname up, because I've been wondering about it ever since I read your case. I understand that the apartment is under your parents' name? And they're your biological/legal parents? Which means you shared the same surname as them? Would this still be a problem?

And by the way, I will really appreciate if you can answer my questions so I can get a better understanding of your real situation. And while we're at it, it'll be very nice if you can provide us the email screenshot of them refusing bank statement as a SoW.
