1661  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Dutch first to propose money laundering laws over crypto and cash limits on: July 02, 2019, 07:53:43 PM
Them being the home of the International Court of Justice shows that they want to be a good example when it comes to abiding the orders from a international body, but there's nothing final yet and I believe that it's just the Dutch minister's proposal to implement such regulations. If the proposal will push through with their country I will be nothing more compared to what other countries have now and that is KYCs as well as establishments such as banks being required to share information from their suspicious clients. The way I see it is there is really nothing to worry about.
1662  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Secure Email - looking for investors or clients on: July 02, 2019, 07:09:09 PM
For a business/investment proposal I would say that your sales pitch is leaning more into a scam proposal rather than a real investment opportunity. Instead of explaining more in detail of what your email solution should be you are instead forcing people who are interested to talk privately more about it. Why not explain your email solution more in your thread? Like explain how it's better compared to outlook as a benchmark for a lot of companies now.
1663  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: July 02, 2019, 06:05:39 PM
And just by holding it at least 3 years from 2015 to 2017 your 651$ should have grown at least 2918% or 19,000$ during BTC's all time high in December 2017. You don't even have to be a knowledgeable trader back then just to have that kind of massive profit so long as you have hodled it from a good starting price. I can even say the same thing for people who have bought BTC during its worst time in the bear market, positioning here is really the key for people to have profit in the market.
1664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 01, 2019, 08:00:11 PM
Liliard contract is expensive so are Murray, Harris, and Middleton. Klay finally getting all the money he deserves.
Liliard had one great season and he now is getting that much. Harris and Middleton are not even regular starters and also getting a lot. A lot of these overpaid guys will turn into divas soon.

Maybe we aren't just used to the new salary cap increase that has happened with the NBA. It has begun ever since NBA had struck that media coverage money way back 2015 that has made salary cap increases inevitable that is why we have seen players at that time have some crazy deals like Mike Conley receiving a 5 year/152 million contract with the Memphis. It may seem crazy back then but we will begin to see that max contracts are far more crazier than what we are seeing now.
1665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: July 01, 2019, 07:28:09 PM
Most posts I have seen in this thread are rather one dimensional rather than thinking of the situation as a whole. To begin with investing is something that can't be done without you saving anything some folks call it the 50/30/20 (others have their own way of dividing their own earnings) rule where 50% goes to your necessities and the 30 percent goes to your wants the rest of it goes to your financial goals. You cannot really put all your money in to investing because that wouldn't be even called investing in the first place as you are just risking your entire future for it.
1666  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [ Copper Membership ] Finally, I'm one with the copper! on: July 01, 2019, 06:40:28 PM
Its amazing what Bitcoin can do! I want to know how I can make the best out of this copper membership?

If you aren't really posting any images on each post then there is no sense for you on buying a copper membership. Might as well wait to become a Jr. Member by waiting for at least 30 days and receiving 1 merit to have the privilege of posting images in the forum. People who buy copper memberships are mostly newbie accounts who are creating ANN threads with images from their post. The only other exception is your counter has been reduced to just 90 seconds before doing the next action but if you think there are other exceptions beyond that then you just have wasted your BTC for nothing.
1667  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Masternode Fund (MNF) Claiming to be both a Stellar/ERC-20 Token / No Team on: July 01, 2019, 06:06:37 PM

Just an update it seems like they just have deleted their thread and is now pulling off an exit. Also the value of MNF coin insanely dropped to .003 XLM per token which is around 90% of its original value from .03 XLM/token. I just hope that no one in the forum got victimized by this scam coin. I wished that I have found out their ANN thread a little bit earlier.
1668  Local / Pamilihan / Re: May naka bili na ba ng GPUs/any product sa shopee with coins.ph? on: June 30, 2019, 08:52:48 PM
On point yung sinabi ni bL4nkcode madami na din gumagamit ng coins.ph as a mode of payment but they are just indirectly using it because ginagamit pa din yung dragonpay to settle the real payment to shopee. Kumbaga gagamitin mo lang yung coins.ph wallet mo to pay once dragonpay has sent you the payment address and the exact BTC amount equal to the worth of what you are buying. Keep in mind lang yung choice mo for paying from your PHP and BTC wallet inside Coins.ph.
1669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 30, 2019, 08:13:26 PM
Free Agency News/Rumors

1. Durant will be announcing his decision tonight using this IG page. Only known offer is GSW's 5 year 221 million dollar contract so this might be it.
2. D'angelo Russell named Timberwolves as his top destination
3. Kemba Walker to Boston 4 yr/141 million $
4. Kyrie likely headed to BKN with a similar contract to Kemba.
5. Dame Lillard agrees to a four year/ 196 million $ extension with the Blazers.

A lot of deals going around especially when its not even allowed to happen before the start of the free agency. One thing to note that with Kyrie headed to Brooklyn the nets might just renounce Dlo's RFA status so he could move freely to any team he wants.
1670  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-06-29] CNBC-shilled cryptocurrency exchange Bitsane pulls exit scam on: June 30, 2019, 07:14:37 PM
Worrying about the money their users are reportedly loss is one thing thinking what they will do to their users KYC is another. Bitsane pulling an exit scam did not just take their user's money out from them they also have taken their precious KYC information for "AML" purposes as well. So something must be done quickly by the authorities to catch them and I think they have a good chance of doing so. Bitsane is a registered company in U.K. and tracking them down won't be hard as it seems compared to tracking online scams without any digital footprints leaving behind.
1671  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calculate how much is Bitcoin? on: June 30, 2019, 06:09:36 PM
The total bitcoin money supply as of December 23, 2018, is 17,436,737 BTC. Each outlet gives a capitalization of 10,316 ounces of gold, respectively. It turns out 14,125 points give a total bitcoin capitalization of 145,971,400 ounces of gold. We divide this amount by the number of bitcoins and we get one bitcoin equal to 8.37 ounces of gold. Or 10,347 dollars, respectively.

I read your article on how you predicted that it will go above 10,000$ (10,347$ to be exact) but something still bugs me and it's on top of my head. Where did you come up the value of each outlet/establishment is worth 10,316 oz of gold? Did you just come up with that number on your own? Or how did you simply value it like that?

Don't hate me with this one but I'll be disapproving your way of analyzing the price for BTC. Outlets that accept Bitcoin cannot really be a good factor on at least looking for the fair value of it, they just simply accept Bitcoin but it doesn't directly correlate to it being a demand for them. It's not like they are buying them from you they are just accepting it as a mode of payment. Even if you say it counts as a real world use we cannot guarantee anything that BTC payments is something that they receive almost half of the time they open and close their business daily. Yeah sure a lot of outlets are accepting Bitcoin but does that mean its their number one or two received payments in their business?
1672  Economy / Scam Accusations / Masternode Fund (MNF) Claiming to be both a Stellar/ERC-20 Token / No Team on: June 30, 2019, 02:47:26 PM
What happened:: Masternode Fund (MNF) Coin with their cheaply built website and whitepaper said two different statements claiming to be both a Stellar-based token as well as an Ethereum-based token.

Scammers Profile Link: MNFcoin

Reference Link:

ANN Thread [Archived]
Website [Archived]
Whitepaper [Archived]

Additional Notes:

Note # 1 : On their website MNF coin has claimed to be a Stellar token but on their whitepaper they have stated that they are a Ethereum token.

Website

Whitepaper

Even though their lame whitepaper is just a one pager without really any new content and was just directly taken from their coin's description on their website they still made a mistake on making it a Ethereum token, surely the whitepaper was rushed to commit a bad mistake like this. This Stellar based token if not a scam is a pump and dump coin to say the least.

Note # 2 : No Team

With a bold project on creating Masternodes for other cryptocurrency projects out there they have not mention of any names part of their team covering their own project. A project like this one to be even trusted by other projects should show who will be managing and creating their token's masternode, but you won't have it with MNF. Their website really contains no information whatsoever and just like their whitepaper all of their info is fitted into that one page they have, clicking the tabs they have will just redirect you to that section found in that one page.

Note # 3 : Surely a pump and dump/ exit coin

Prices started at .03 XLM = 1 MNF coin for its pre-sale price but with just 24 hours of its existence the price go down to just .01 XLM = 1 MNF (.01 XLM is just 9 satoshis) or 60% of its pre-sale value. No more trade activity can be seen after that big drop.
1673  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: June 30, 2019, 12:58:12 PM

How can I deposit my coin?

It's easier than buying an ice-cream, to be true. Firstly, you will need to register, though ^^

After registering you will be in the same homepage like this one and to deposit you will just need to click on your username in the upper right corner which in picture is highlighted in yellow, you then need to click "balance" to be redirected in your account's balance page where you will see what cryptocurrencies can you deposit in FJ. Clicking the button for "deposit" is what you need and I think that you can manage yourself from that point on.
1674  Other / Off-topic / Re: Kleiman v. Wright case 6/28/19 (show cause) hearing likely open... follow 'live' on: June 29, 2019, 09:49:42 PM
Sounds like Craigh Wright is getting shred into pieces in the courtroom and he is clearly falling apart. Best possible outcome is that he will cry another time and retract all his statements and just admit to the real truth. The best thing about courtroom battles is that if the other side or even the judge caught you in a lie you know that you are one stop closer in losing this fight and one or two more breakdowns is all it needs for his mouth to slip in another lie.
1675  Other / Meta / Re: Not against the rules/guidelines but feels like it should be - Clickbait Ads on: June 29, 2019, 06:12:54 PM
24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.[9][e]

^ I'm pretty sure they are violating this rule when the are prevalenty promoting their website on each post they make. Even though they are posting those links in their own thread like what you said they are not engaging in any kind of conversation on all the replies so we can see that their main goal is just to promote their website so I think reporting them is the right move to do because it still falls down to illegaly advertising their website.
1676  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New way of scam, be aware on: June 27, 2019, 08:00:49 PM
Probably the website has nothing to do with this whether or not the exchange is a scam. This kinds of scam are purely done by the individual where you are somehow offered “more” by just doing some kind of favor for him but the thing is you won't receive that 1 BTC income but instead lose the 2 BTC he is really aiming for. You really don't need to go far with this especially when he just contacted you through Telegram where a lot of members are being targeted.
1677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 27, 2019, 07:11:58 PM
I think it is the difference of teams success as well. Last season Harden won the MVP and his team was around the same places as this season, so when you look at it harden and rockets didn't do anything out of ordinary for them, it was expected of harden to lead rockets to top of the west conference.

On the other hand, Giannis made bucks a lot better this season (of course coach bud had a lot to do with it) and then bucks became the first seed in the east. Which means giannis both improved himself but also improved his team as well. That is why Giannis got the MVP, not because he was better than Harden but because he was the most "valuable" player, if we gave the award to the best player ever then KD or Lebron would have got all mvp's in the past decade every single year.

I have to disagree with you winning NBA awards is more of politics and personal biases nowadays that is why there are a lot of questionable players winning an award like Rudy Gobert taking away the DPOY from a lot of worthy players not even mentioned in the top 3. Other awars such first, second, and third team all-nba all have very questionable inclusions but we cannot really do anything since unlike the All-star games fans aren't the ones who are voting its all up to the media on who they want and who they think who will win.
1678  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Insurance on: June 27, 2019, 05:46:43 PM
Ever heard the lines “buy at your own risk” or “trade at your own risk”? Well in the world of investment there is no such thing as "compulsory insurance” because we are already warned before buying. Them being an investment vehicle doesn't assure you that their price will be going up they don't dictate where it will go. For scams or fake projects in the other hand the closest thing we can ever get for “insurance” is them being punished by law and a lot of people are already put in justice with this kinds of frauds in the industry.
1679  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-06-27] Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Finally Look Ready for Masses on: June 27, 2019, 04:22:31 PM
Unfortunately the article appears to be true that price plays a bigger role when it comes to mass adoption. If you haven't remembered a lot of companies have pulled the plug on accepting cryptocurrencies when cryptocurrencies start falling down, one if the bjggest names part of it is Steam. Now that prices starts to go up again even normal people are having their eyes set on crypto no to mention Facebook has helped a lot on doing that with their announcement of Libra.
1680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 27, 2019, 09:00:59 AM
Big clubs from Italy like AC Milan did not look active in the transfer market and the news about their club was not as big as the news about Juventus, is the media less interested in giving news about AC Milan?

It's not even the start of the transfer window for some European leagues yet. Expect moves to happen at late July to early August when the rest of teams already know what their options and how much money they will spend to get it. And if you are talking about moves being done in with Serie A clubs you won't get it in ordinary English websites because most of the fresh news out there are in Italian like LaGazetta Dello Sports.
