1701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everything stop on: May 26, 2022, 07:26:52 AM
Todays current situation for Luna all my works just stop and cant belive whats going on with this scenario!!  Lost too much in my life savings!! Now thinking about invest on btc at least there is no chance like 98% dump at least stable coin looking to more risky!!
All your work stop? No way. Not all things in this world revolve only to luna and if luna have stop showing a signs of life then this coin might considered to be dead but not the market or any other work/job. I would believe you more if you will say covid/pandemic because this is the real one that paralyze the jobs/work of the people and it also affect almost everything including the market of cryptos but don't worry because you aren't the only one that lose money on that coin but many people are also saying the same thing that they lose everything, they lose their life savings.

Well, it was your fault guys. How many times it's been said that when we invest, invest only what we can afford to lose. This is the time where people will value btc more. If only you guys realized before that btc is much valuable than any other coins, you won't end up like this.
1702  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC -85% FROM ATH IN NOVEMBER..... on: May 26, 2022, 05:28:41 AM
To me there has only been 3 big bull runs... We are just slipping down from that 3rd one now.

The 2013/2014...... 2017/2018..... and the 2020/21......

The first 2 both lost 85% before reversing upwards.. Can we expect the same now?

We keep hearing "INSTITUTIONAL ADOPTION" and a bunch of other buzzwords but why wouldn't it be similar?

If we are to go 85% down from November ATH we can expect a $10,000 - $12,000 BTC..

Although the flag pole from the obvious bear flag that formed since November 17th takes us to $17/18k BTC..
According to your representation above. We can see that every 4 years there's a bull run that occurs. I am afraid that the next bull run is going to be felt on the year 2024 which could be true? Since the halving is also set on this date.

It's going to be a long wait then (around 2 years) but for someone that can't wait that long, they can still do something. They can set another plan like doing shorter term investing or they can also do trading since our goal is to take advantage of the small pumps or frequent fluctuations. This can be the only way to make a profit during that time frame. Whichever the price you state above comes true, I think people won't have a choice but to accept it. Price can still recover anyway
1703  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Experience of using a cryptorobot on: May 25, 2022, 05:50:20 AM
I talked for some time with algo traders who actively trade through robots and came to the conclusion that the most efficient bot is the one that is written with your own hand for a specific strategy based on statistics or a robot written by some programmer to order, for your strategy. All robots that are purchasable off-the-shelf solutions will not bring long-term success, especially robots that are trying to sell online for a small amount.
Which actually is the whole point of bots that many people do not realize.

Bot is not to magically create strategies for you. That job is your job, to find the strategy that works for your level of time, bankroll and risk,,, bot is simply there to automate those strategies and let you sleep and do other things instead of staring at the screen the whole day Smiley

But I guess people think of bots as 'tricks' to earn.
That's true for some. They miss understand the true use case of these bots. This is why many people create bots and sells them in the market. They then put some description that this bot can work wonders only to fool the newbie and those who looks for easy money. I am not sure but maybe there are communities or forum where people gather and talk about crypto trading bots.

If we are lucky maybe we can find scripts there that we can just download and load it on our own bots, same with what I am doing with gambling bots but they are just a strategy and won't still guarantee that someone can earn unlimited profits without experiencing to lose anything.
1704  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Delta Exchange - Anyone use it? on: May 24, 2022, 02:21:12 PM
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with delta.exchange? The volume seems low but not too low. KYC is required but just a verified phone number.

Is this exchange related to that failed Defi Deltaexchange from 2018?

Please reply if you used or are using this exchange.
It sounds like the late etherdelta and forkdelta but only these two are a decentralized type of exchange while this one we have here is centralized since they ask for a phone number. I don't consider that as a kyc but a kyc to me is when you have been ask by a valid ID cards or passports and also undergone to a live selfie.

This exchange can also be related to that defi exchange that you mentioned because both names are also identical to each other but the only way to find out or to be more sure is to visit them and start comparing them with the other site that you know. You can also message the costumer support directly and ask about this matter.
1705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst odds of winning... on: May 23, 2022, 05:30:20 PM
Tigerwood is a Legend yes, but legends are destined to be replaced by younger bloods or rising star of that field.
I think the legendary of Tigerwood faded earlier than expected that happened exactly when he was at his peak after he had a divorce with his ex wife Elin Nordegren in 2010. The divorce that took so much from wood including their home in Windermere about $110 million and child support for the children. Woods career dwindled after that emotional trauma.

However he has a lot of experience as an experienced professional who can make some surprises. Age may not be on his side compared to the young guys on the game but then they say old wine taste better.
And there's also a saying that age is only just a number. This is true because if we can see there are lots of old aged people but are still looking young and physically fit. They are active and can do things that mostly younger people do. I heard woods have suffered from injuries? This can be the reason why his performance have been affected but if only not because of this, the golf superstar can always perform better. The issue about his relationship had happened long ago so he already have recovered from that.

@BitcoinPanther no way man. Legends are legends and that won't be erased anymore. These younger generations needs to eat more rice before they get on the level of the legends like woods.
1706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade your Bitcoin like Laszlo Hanyecz on: May 23, 2022, 03:28:20 PM
A big lesson
Do you know your Bitcoin asset can worth more than you could ever image in time? Hodl and buy more since price is down and await the future to decide.
 I'm a Bitcoin optimist!
Yes, we already know this but thanks for reminding us once again. It's helpful in case someone is worrying lately due to heavy bears and forgot that they are holding a valuable item (a piece of gem).

Nowadays it's now easy to determine if what cryptos are valuable and can worth more in the future especially if you are an experienced guy in cryptos but back on the days where btc was still new, no one would ever thought that it can rise above to hundred or a thousands of dollars. That is why we have that pizza guy laszlo that confidently spends a whopping of 10k bitcoin only for the two boxes of pizza. Sorry but some of your approach are kinda offensive. You are not respecting the hero or the legend that introduce bitcoin to the world as a legit currency.
1707  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy Trading - experience and tipps on: May 22, 2022, 08:41:17 PM
People who made money from copy trading are the only people who are appears in the advertisements and sponsored influencers, but in real life they got profits but not the success in real life. We should never expect the success in our life comes from the effects of someone else, the rich people can take high risky moves and their one trade maybe good enough to bring few millions to them but this is not applies for an average trader who trades with hundreds.
That's how advertisement works. They need to make sure that they will create a quality content that will surely attract the people to use their service but I think most of us already know this, that ads are totally different from the real experience. If making money is easy as copying others' work then all of us will try it but this is bad because people will become lazy and will only depend on others.

They will not make an effort anymore to learn by themselves. Rich people can risk big and you think this is a good thing? Yes, maybe if the outcome is positive but what if they get unlucky and lose the money that they stake? They will also suffer a huge lose and it can be hard for them to accept it.
1708  Economy / Economics / Re: Constant defamation of crypto on: May 22, 2022, 06:29:39 PM
People defaming it and the governments that are not in support of it are only after the self benefits they get from the use of the fiat currency currently. Many have done research and saw that cryptocurrency is here to stay and take over the centralized means of saving money and that is hard for them to believe because they’re blinded by their corrupt mindset. No one can be forced to do against their will, let those that embrace it enjoy its benefit and those that don’t should stop misleading others that are interested in it.
The future is uncertain. We don't know what awaits with us or to these cryptos but one thing is for sure and that is cryptos cant overcome fiats. As we can see, majority of the countries now are into cryptos but only one to two countries have made cryptos a legal tender but despite of it I think those countries are still using a fiat because fiats on their country are still there.

Some countries and banks are also starting to create their own version of cryptocurrency. That only shows that they are not confident with cryptos to be a fiat replacement but I agree that, if they don't like cryptos then fine but can they please shut their mouth up and we will also stop hating them.
1709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaches maximum, target $80K BTC on: May 21, 2022, 06:34:50 PM
with world economic conditions that are currently not good I think Bitcoin will find it difficult to increase the price to reach the target you mentioned is too high, Bitcoin must wait for the next 3 years to start making price increases because usually the price of bitcoin goes up every 4 years.
What you say is absolutely true because every year there is a price change and every four years there will be another price increase.
Therefore, waiting for the next four years seems very long and people will get bored and change their minds and choose to sell even though the losses they experience are almost half of their funds.
On most years yes, we can see that the increase occurs every 4 years but I think there are years where it wasn't followed because the price already started increasing before the 4th year came in. If waiting for 4 years can give us a guaranteed ATH then I won't never be bored of waiting and what is difficult with hodling our coins?

We can just leave the crypto world for a while and enjoy the outside world because we know that when we comeback there is a huge money waiting for us already. If they can't wait then they are free to transfer in risky pump and dump coins which value can rise easily, IF, they get lucky but the risk that entails with these coins are also high.
1710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luna CEO summoned by lawmakers on: May 21, 2022, 03:40:30 PM
You know I saw on Coinbase youtube that there are several ex employees of Terra who said this guy Do Kwon actually did a very similar scam in 2021. He launched a stablecoin,,, also tied to us dollar, also using minting/burning of two different coins in a loop and also using a reserve fund to peg. That one was launched anonymously but they said he was one of the devs.

20 million lost or something.

Then he did this. And people went crazy for the same shit. Do you know why I do not feel sorry for people?
I think I also saw that info somewhere. That means the guy really mean it. It was not an accident or something but they already plan to scam people right at the start. They only get the people's trust and when many people believes on them and think they are trustworthy, that's the time they will pull off their trick.

If only those poor people did a research about this guy if what is his background, they will know that this guy is not trusted because he already did some shady acts on the past but it was too late for them to realize it. I just hope that they won't repeat the same mistake and never underestimate the power of research next time.
1711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help a newbie choose a better stable coin on: May 21, 2022, 02:36:39 PM
USDT & BUSD! You can use both of those stablecoin if want to make your fund safe from dump during bearish market. No need to worry, bear or bull market doesn’t effect your stable coin. So you Should out of Over tensioned about this matter. Both are most top stablecoin with large marketcap and you can also add USDC in your stablecoin list. As well as Dai, is most suggested and trueusd decentralize stablecoin. Haven’t found any issue yet while using them but recently stablecoin TerraUSD (UST) dump 95%, careful about such shit stablecoin
These two are the biggest ones for sure, but I trust BUSD over USDT very easily, without a doubt. The reality is that we are looking at Tether and Bitfinex, which is not as big as Binance, and it is obvious that Tether could literally go away today and there wouldn't be anything we could do. Whereas Binance can't just go away all together, we are talking about a company that may worth around 500 billion dollars that go away in that case, can you imagine something like that?

It is near impossible and I doubt it. So all in all, BUSD is more preferable and more secure and it will not really change anything for the long run, they will be good one to pick.
1712  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time for me to buy on: May 20, 2022, 09:03:49 PM
I think it's too easy to give everyone who wants to buy bitcoin cheap right now. Yes, many indicators are now showing that bitcoin price is at the bottom, like RSI or fear/greed. But in my opinion the bitcoin price has not collapsed much. At least it seems to me that there might be a short-term collapse and then a recovery. At that time you will need to buy.
When you have the opportunity to buy bitcoin cheaply, why should you wait for recovery before making a purchase? It is true that some people may expect prices to be lower than they are now, which may or may not be the case.

In the end I can say that investing now or not really depends on what our investment goals are. If the investment we are going to make is aimed at making a profit in the long term, then I think it's time to buy and hold because this is the best opportunity to do so.
Some people aren't just contented on what they have now but they want more. Btc was at the lowest price of 26k last time. It's crazy if someone will say that btc didn't collapsed much. What collapsed these people want to see? 3k or lower? LoL that is already overkill for btc and I don't think that was possible on this era. We are talking about btc, not some random coins.

We already know the history of btc so there is no real need for us to verify if it can still recover before we buy because it surely can. Buying when the price recovers or when the price is at the top, is not a popular strategy because it is risky but the best strategy that is taught to us is buy low or buy at the dips.
1713  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you live through the last bear market ? If so, what did you learn ? on: May 20, 2022, 10:26:33 AM
The last bear market was hard actually, that you are not profiting and just sitting back while waiting for the market to recover. This made me realized that the market will always go through its own cycles no matter what so we better lived for it. And keep the patience during bear days because its the only way you will never come into losses. And as much as possible, take time to sell your coins while their prices are at peaks, becaus when the bear season comes, you will only be buying and hodling all the time, and there are no profits coming in.
There are a lot of people who have this problem, whenever the market would be at its peak and increase, they wouldn’t sell their coins to take profits, or at least sell some of their coins to make some profits, they would keep holding it out of greed and expecting the market to keep going up and even believing in  ridiculous predictions that are being made by people who are not even experts,  and at the end they wouldn’t be able to take a profit at all before the market starts going down again. People need to understand that our need for investing is because we want to make profit.
1714  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders paradise on: May 20, 2022, 08:41:51 AM
most beginners only see the sweet side in achieving trading results. if we do not want to know the side of their struggle to the throne at this time, then we will fall into disappointment at the end. digging knowledge about the experience of seniors is very important, especially the mistakes they have made, so that we can avoid those mistakes. and most importantly, experience is needed in trading, and that can be obtained from the stories of seniors, so that our trading practices run more smoothly
The problem with most of these newbies is that they just see that their friends or someone they know is trading and making profit from it, and they would just get home and start thinking of becoming a trader, when they don’t even have any experience at all. Some of them will start trading and they will start losing their money, they wouldn’t know that the reason for this is because they don’t have skills for it at all.

For someone to become a trader, they need to have skills in analyzing the market, and being able to predict the direction that it would move. You need someone to teach you or you can do serious research online to learn all about it.
1715  Economy / Economics / Re: Stop buying from automated producers / businesses, it's making you poor on: May 19, 2022, 09:14:49 PM
Machinery / technology / robotics / ai  is making you poor
Huh? All of them only shows that we are advancing. We shouldn't deny it that we are also liking them as it makes our lives more easier and happier. Maybe you will get poor if you will buy every latest technology that will came out of the market but as long as you know how to save your money and learn how to spend it wisely, all of those names mentioned above cant affect your wealth negatively.

Many businesses are now automated but not totally. There are still a demand for workers (humans) because there are some task that only humans can operate not by robots or machines. If a company uses more machines, they can save a lot and this could also mean that their products will now cost cheaper but I like your initiative about supporting local, handmade products.
1716  Economy / Economics / Re: Taking loan during high inflation? on: May 19, 2022, 12:44:16 PM
Be careful when we take a loan when inflation is high, this is very risky because it can make our debt increase drastically, but the good thing is to use debt for business capital or use it for investments that provide large profits such as cryptocurrencies.
When you are taking a loan in a nation with high inflation, paying the monthly payments could be very difficult on the first month for example, but after a few years it becomes an easy thing. For example, if I sell all of my investments and take a bit of a loan, I would be able to buy a house right now, that is possible, and sell my car too of course, and I would be in so much debt that I wouldn't be able to pay it fairly in the first year, would make bigger debts on credit card to keep it going, I would have to put every single money I make into the loan repayment.

However in 4-5 years, it would be nothing, it would be a very tiny amount to pay, and with high enough inflation the house I buy would be 5x size of my debt.
1717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UST Stable coin depegs from dollar USD may Crash BTC,cause crypto death spiral on: May 19, 2022, 10:03:19 AM
It might not only be that. Before we were very worried about USDT's peg if it can keep it versus USD then now we are presently looking at UST if it can recover and repeg to USDT which also is trying to keep its peg with USD hehehe. This is a comedy show being written in crypto history with algorithmic stablecoins pegging with fractionalized stablecoins that are pegged with a fractionalized fiat currency. The Big Short 2.0 in the making.

Also, it is speculated that a major liquidity provider in the cryptospace has lost much of its equity in UST and Luna. This might cause the whole market to dump lower.
I believe that major liquidity provider may not be true for just one person, or maybe it is true, but the 100% guaranteed truth is that we have a ton of people who got together to be a big liquidity provider, when you consider all of us who got out, that becomes a huge one. So just one whale or all of us, the result is that a ton of liquidity left the market recently.

This allowed only the few that got in, to get out and make the market move a lot. This is why I believe that the end result is the same, the fall was caused by lack of liquidity, and the volatility caused by less than normal amount of money sold but not bought by others.
1718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is everyone that got in late last year in the red now ? How bad is it ? on: May 19, 2022, 08:50:05 AM
I'm still in the green...more than double my initial investment. But then I got in nearly 2 years ago.
Technically yes, people who bought bitcoin at its ATH will be in loss now but this isn't the end the good days will come probably in a year or two they also can able to double their profits if they aren't scared of HODLing the Bitcoin. Good things will come only after the rough patch so no worries and be calm while HODL.
If they can hold their coins then without a doubt they can make some money during the next bull run, however taking into account that most people invested in bitcoin at that price thinking on getting some fast profits then it is difficult to believe they are going to be able to hold their coins for so long when that was not their intention, most likely at some point those people will panic and sell their coins, if they have not done so already.
They do not need to make a lot of profit, they do not need to hold it for a long time. All we needed was people who would take it higher, and people who bought it at a lower price ended up taking it to a higher price and did their work we needed from them. I bought some as well but not a lot. So, now that it is already a bit higher, that means we are going to survive, and that means we can at least say that we went higher, and convince other people to participate now.

The hardest part is to convince people to buy when it's crashing, after it stops crashing and starts to recover, it's easier to find people who wouldn't mind buying more.
1719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: May 18, 2022, 09:58:51 PM
At the Monaco Historic Grand Prix, LecLerc had a very embarrassing mishap, he lost control of Lauda's 1976 Formula 1 Ferrari and slid his rear end into the tyres. The mechanics won't be very happy if the parts are still available or have to be specially made again for the repair, presumably.
That is an unfortunate event but why were they even there? I mean the next GP is Spain right? That shouldn't be too close, why are they there? I get that sometimes they do these type of things but usually they do that before that GP, for example if they are going to do an historic one, then they are going to end up with Spanish historic one, or if they have monaco up next then monaco gp historic one. No idea why we have monaco historic gp during Spanish one week. This is why I believe that we shouldn't have these type of historic stuff.

I really hope that Charles is great and he has nothing, I know he continued and seemed fine but sometimes it gets out a bit later.
1720  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may likely pull back to 35k on: May 18, 2022, 09:06:20 PM
if 25k is the bottom then we already had passed that area right? or we have just take the lowest to 26 k and 1k price to be lessen before we finally take the bullish time again?
But I don't see any below that level , this coin has been pulling down for almost a month now and maybe there might be a good site we can expect in the next couple of weeks or at least in 3rd quarter?
That 25k was a bottom that had a huge support. Which means that if we broke under that, things could have been dangerous and it would have gone terribly wrong from there. Reaching to under 20k could have seen us go under 10k as well and that would have been terrible. This is why we are at a level where it's looking much better right now as it is currently.

This 26k bounce back means that we are going to be not falling anything under 25k for the upcoming period and will be doing much better in the long run as well. This is what I hope of course, maybe we won't rocket back, and we will just crash and go under 25k this time around, but I highly doubt it.
