1941  Economy / Economics / Re: The One World Currency: Is it Bitcoin? on: April 12, 2021, 04:02:00 PM
It is said that Bitcoin is the precursor of the "One World Currency" that will be used in a "One World Government". In the past, it has been predicted that a "One World Currency" would come into fruition as the current monetary system collapses in its entirety. It is today where we have Bitcoin, a Peer-to-Peer digital cash system that's decentralized, used globally by many people worldwide. Essentially, Bitcoin is a "One World Currency" although not backed by any government or trusted entity of any kind.

What do you think? Is Bitcoin the "One World Currency"? Or will another currency take its place in the future? If that happens, which currency do you think will become the "One World Currency"? Will it be the US Dollar, the Euro, or the Chinese Yuan? Do you think governments will unanimously agree to use a single currency for everything? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Smiley

That could happen under a global dictatorship, but there will still be one or few Nations/communities that can't be stopped from being independent of the global dictatorship.
By the way, a global dictatorship will prefer a fiat-like currency with little to no decentralization, transparency, immutablity, censorship resistant, privacy etc
1942  Economy / Economics / Re: I think Bitcoin is the biggest bubble and ponzi in the universe or it isn't? on: April 12, 2021, 03:47:00 PM
Have you seen a ponzi scheme that has last this long and remain sustainable?
Bitcoin is a revolutionary and very useful tech/currency. If you remove the deflationary feature it will still be revolutionary and very useful. Fortunately, this feature is as important as other Bitcoin features... It needs to exist along side other features for optimal performance.
1943  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are economic measures effettive to constrast COVID-19 in your country? on: April 12, 2021, 03:38:57 PM
I noticed some weeks ago the media claiming that people were given loans for businesses were I live. I wouldn't doubt that though, because a relative don't have much problem receiving loans from a small bank.
I'm not sure if there is much lockdown here especially for business owners .. they work most times, even without masks or following other strict safety measures... and they look fine, not because they are strong or something. It's just GOD being merciful.
1944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is private and decentralized, ok but what if someone dies? on: April 12, 2021, 03:22:08 PM
I don't think it'll be that difficult to create a decentralized inheritance system that transfers wealth to loved ones when the owner of the wealth dies. It could be automatic or manual system, or both. I believe there are decentralized systems that can be used to do this already. People could even provide such service for fees... and it should be possible to include your love ones for inheritance transfer once you open your decentralized account.
Why not get the ones he trusted most go through his stuff and search for the keys/passwords to his funds? Sorry for your loss
1945  Other / Off-topic / The big problem for those centralizing or trying to centralize crypto on: April 12, 2021, 08:27:58 AM
The big problem for those/developers who aren't sticking to the main principles/ideals of cryptocurrency like Decentralization, Transparency, Immutablity, Censorship resistance, Permissionless/trustlessness, Network consensus-based, based on good rules, security, etc.     ..     You cannot centralize or go against this important principles and expect to be independent of the traditional centralized "system". No, the system will fight you and rule over you . It won't allow you to be free. The ideal system that reflects the true freedom for all network participants has to be created. You don't free yourself from tyranny and evil only to try to rule over your fellow participants in fight for freedom.  All participants must all  have equal opportunity in that network/networks. Don't make things difficult for others or other participants. Make sure they can fully/easily participate under good rules otherwise you can't really be free.

By the way, the Freedom I totally support is the freedom to do what is right/good.
1946  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you believe history repeat itself? Economic wise. on: April 09, 2021, 05:12:33 PM
High inflation driving everybody insane. The guy who is running out of money to keep up with the expenditure are pushing themselve to gambling their cash on everything possible, stock market, crypto, commodity. The cycle can be seen in years of the past. It’s not a untold story.
Food price is surely soaring. Some items in the online store soaring in price too, can’t you ignore it wouldn’t impact your daily routine, the inflation drag everybody down into the rabbit hole, no one can escape this chaos.

I guess by gambling you mean they're riskying too much of their money in stock market, crypto, commodity, etc?

Well, I think you could stop history from repeating itself by getting people to spend/invest wisely and be more productive. I would invest more in businesses led by talented, trustworthy people who are consistently profitable. They have to be good/safe businesses.
1947  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Real Estate - Ethically Combating the Housing System on: April 09, 2021, 04:18:07 PM
One of my preferred models would be to find talented developers that can build low cost housing quickly without compromising on good quality. If you could incentivize them to quickly build as many as homes as possible, that will likely drive down price especially if you encourage healthy competition among the sevelopers. Incentives could be inform of lands, equipments etc
You could create a token for that, and get them to accept it. The token can be printed and given to those who need shelter. This would work best in transparent and Blockchain-friendly manner.
1948  Other / Off-topic / Re: Facebook Data of 533 Million Users Leaked: Why Decentralization is Necessary on: April 09, 2021, 02:50:00 PM
Facebook has been hit by yet another data scandal. This time a user in a low-level hacking forum published the phone numbers and personal data of over 533 million Facebook users from 106 countries. Including records of 32 million users in the US, 11 million in the UK and 6 million in India. The information leaked contains Facebook IDs, phone numbers, locations, birthdays, bios and in some cases the email addresses of users.

You can check out this article for further reading: https://alanjohnn2007.medium.com/facebook-data-of-533-million-users-leaked-why-decentralization-is-necessary-85b5728e5860

Saw another new concerning the hacking few days ago...and wasn't too surprised. Imagine that kind of info(the bolded ones) in the hands of dangerous people... Sensitive data of over 100,000 000 people in the hands of few strangers who could track and harm them.

Alot of people don't seem to see anything wrong in centralized companies holding our private data and valuable assets. In True decentralized platforms, people control their data/assets. And the leak is why privacy/anonymity is very important
1949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People's Expensive NFTs Keep Vanishing. This Is Why on: April 09, 2021, 10:51:03 AM
This partly boils down to not having decentralized/peer-to-peer/shared Censorship resistant, Consensus-driven, Transparent, Permissionless/trustless Patforms that are  based on set of good rules and blockchain principles which participants/users have to agree to in other to trade together. NFT owners/stakeholders should be running their full nodes, by the way... and they should be able to do this easily or without difficulty. This should help them interact peer-to-peer, in well decentralized manner.

Such problems you described will show up when you try mix centralized and decentralized world together. Crypto is a unique case and things have to designed according to its uniqueness.
1950  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: April 09, 2021, 09:58:24 AM
I think this is cancer in many countries. In my own country every year people claim some footballers are getting sold out in specific high rate matches so they make small teams win against bigger teams. Referees are rumored to be fixing match results by giving weird red/yellow cards and random penalties.

I wonder what the football governing bodies do if evidences for accusations of that nature are presented to them? Do they ignore or investigate them thoroughly and transparently?  I strongly believe taking every important complaint of fraud seriously and addressing it satisfactory will certainly help reduce corruption. And it's important to always have witnesses and evidences to support the fraud accusations. A good judge should be able to know the truth and pass judgment that both the accused and accuser can't find fault in.
1951  Other / Off-topic / Which continent do you think is the Poorest/least in the World on: April 09, 2021, 08:32:59 AM
Which Continent do you think has the Poorest people in the world or has people that are least amongst nations?
The full truth about this will help you understand why humanity needs to help protect, guide and cherish them more. GOD will use them to guide humanity out of darkness

I may reply the comments or write another post concerning the topic in the future (depending on the answers/replies from forum members)
1952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchains vs Directed Acrylic Graphs (DAG) on: April 08, 2021, 04:27:54 PM
I think a good cryptocurrency system/tech should achieve those things you mentioned without sacrificing on decentralization, transparency, immutablity, censorship resistant, permissionless/trustlessness, privacy/anonymity, security... The ability of most/all participants to easily download/run full nodes, control their coins and take part in full network consensus shouldn't be denied them.

If DAG meets most of this basic standards, it could well be a better alternative to old Blockchain.
1953  Other / Off-topic / Re: How connected are you to the Matrix? on: April 08, 2021, 03:47:35 PM
Unfortunately I am still using Google which probably the central hub of the matrix
For me the matrix is the Internet with global tech companies being in control. But I do use a VPN, does it help? Or I am still being controlled by the architect?

The control system is both physical and spiritual. The human is used to control the "physical control system" while "evil spiritual entity" controls the spiritual. You can't really hide everything from the entity you serve... Most people serve the entity. If the entity controls you fully, he most likely knows most things you know.
1954  Other / Off-topic / Don't judge people based on 'appearance' on: April 08, 2021, 03:23:37 PM
I believe it's the Will of our CREATOR (GOD) for those who do HIS Will to be here in cryptocurrency space and help develop true crypto to something good and very useful.
Beware that the "enemy" will constantly try to get you feel guilty even if what you do is ok.  If what you post and promote is harmless to people and approved by GOD then don't feel guilty about it. They will always find things bad about what you do no matter where you work. You could start promoting Fruits and Vegetables today and they would get you to start thinking that fruit/veg is evil, or maybe use bad names for the fruits and vegetables.
It is part of their war strategy, so ignore and always ask questions to be sure you are doing what is right.

I don't know much about others, but my main purpose of remaining in Crypto space is to help build the right tech that will help people during the time of serious crisis. So, we need to keep contributing and solving problems. You will know when the "time" comes, and there will be safe and decentralized tech people who listen to us will rely on.
1955  Other / Off-topic / Re: How connected are you to the Matrix? on: April 08, 2021, 02:31:10 PM
I see a way out of this situation - just wake up on your own and try to do what you can do yourself. For everyone, this is something different. And when the Matrix doesn't have power in the form of people who work for this system, the Matrix will disappear, since there will be no sense in it if everyone understands what it is and that no one needs it.

If something is still there (the Matrix), then it is needed for something, nothing happens in vain, everything is for our development (so that we wake up and cultivate all the best in ourselves), which means for our good.

You can't do what is right if you are in darkness. If you could be "cleaned" and made to start afresh, I believe you will keep stumbling/sliding back into darkness and get yourself trapped again.
You have to repent, get cleaned and given Light to do what is right always. You will need the Spirit of the CREATOR (GOD) inside you to give you light and guide you always. And You need to believe in HIS Son JESUS (Our LORD & SAVIOR) to recieve the Light and be part of Kingdom of Light.
1956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT are making more sense on: April 08, 2021, 10:51:48 AM
Yes even outside of crypto and blockchain NFT makes lot of sense, I expected millions if not billions to pump into NFT in coming months but mind you this doesn't stop scammers from taking their own piece of the pie, there are some scam NFT projects out there already and many more are coming

The scams shouldn't be allowed in the first place on any serious decentralized platform.  There should be good rules/standards people should follow while building or creating things, else many will build or create whatever they want whether they are useful/safe or not.

Everyone should be able to build or create whatever good/useful they want, as long as good rules/ideals are followed
1957  Economy / Economics / Re: There must be more banks in the world than number of cryptocurrencies on: April 08, 2021, 10:04:34 AM
Depends on what you define as Bank. A Crypto Bank that is based on the principles/ideals of True Cryptocurrency could be created and licensed to operate if it meet the basic standards that are Just and good for society/people.
Would be great if such banks operate more like certain crypto wallets operate, in ways that allow their customers to control their private keys/funds and just services the customers transactions. Governments will still be able to collect their taxes in this manner.  The users just run their nodes and use the crypto banks for certain transactions, when necessary.

In regards to Bitcoin/crypto stability, I think it needs to be resistant to inflation and devaluation of customers funds

* By the way, I believe advanced smart-contract could enable such bank (crypto bank) access users funds anytime(maybe for investment purposes) , based on list of fair conditions users can accept or/and reject whenever they want. Users should still be able to use the crypto bank services whether they accept or reject the conditions.
1958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: April 08, 2021, 09:34:29 AM
Some used to pacify themselves with the term it is their fate to loss in gambling. Some say it is the lack of control that makes them loss big. Here I'm taking this into discussion relative to the game - Dice.

Same as this some used to mention winning as fate and some term the same as luck. I believe win out of dice is trick, and right exit strategy.

What is the truth in this regard, because users like me are always go lack of control even when luck is on our side. End of the day used to pacify thyself terming it as our fate and move on. Hope you guys don't do this mistake. Cry Cry

I guess you mean some lose gambling in bets or just betting in general?

In regards to the dice game, most people see it as luck-based game... I have my doubts though , I think you'd probably need to be extraordinarily skillful/talented to be able to have strategies that give you consistent winnings/profits in dice. If it's based on luck, then the winners have been predestined to win their games fairly through "luck", assuming the game is really provable fair, and safe too
1959  Other / Off-topic / The kind of rights given to certain people who provide free products/services on the internet on: April 08, 2021, 09:05:28 AM
I noticed how easily people who offer "free" products/services can abuse this privilege. I call it privilege because most people who use the products/services are not aware they are free... In my case, I was aware but was "forced" to accept their offers, inform of pop-ups, to use a popular social media for free. The offers occasionally appeared on the screen of my phone with no way of regecting the offers... better still, there was no button to click on to reject the offers and avoid giving them your consent to use your private information and get the information exposed to dangerous people (or things) intentionally/unintentionally.
I pay for my internet services. So, I don't fully understand why they took over my phone screen and got me to click offers (I never requested for) that get you to use the social media for free?

It's Important to get the consent of people before offering them free products/services.  You don't force it on them. I never had any problems paying for my internet services with money I worked for, and i don't request for free things from people I don't know really well or outside of my family.

1960  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are you thinking now? on: April 07, 2021, 03:36:55 PM
The activities of the one who controls the matrix is known by the CREATOR of Heaven and Earth. This information is occasionally or constantly shared to the children of the CREATOR. So, once you break out of the Matrix, you rule over the one who controls the matrix.
