2081  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to translate a bounty thread on: November 17, 2017, 03:17:38 PM
How to translate bounty thread, ANN page
Have any video tutorial or artical with screenshot how to translate & how to submit this???

I think the best way of translating a ANN/ Bounty is learning by doing. Just experiment and try different things to achieve what you want to. There is no general guide doing this, because every ANN/ Bounty thread is different from the others, so you have to improve your method every time. Its important to get familiar with forum posts and how to alter the contents of your posts though.
2082  Economy / Economics / Re: Which country will be the first to legalize Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2017, 03:14:25 PM
As far as I know Bitcoin is already a legally accepted currency in some countries. Didnt Japan make bitcoin an official currency at beginning of this year? As for other countries, I think Switzerland is very crypto-friendly and will likely find regulatory ways to help cryptocurrencies emerge.
2083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still buy Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2017, 03:12:19 PM
Thats always the question, and most of the times when you think: yeah I will wait for it to go down a bit. Then it surges even higher. And when you decide to buy, it dips some time later and you wished you would have waited some time longer to buy. At least thats my experience. But after all, if you are planning to hold long term, it should not make a big difference when you buy!

2086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: November 17, 2017, 02:55:55 PM
There have been several reports/ documentations about cryptocurrency and specifically bitcoin in my country. This sure grows attention, although I dont think that this will lead the way for wider acceptance in general. Regulations will accelerate it much more. Lets see what ways Crypto will find in the future!
2087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has anyone been through a KYC? on: November 17, 2017, 02:53:40 PM
Hello there, I dont know about this ICO, but I have been through a KYC once. It more or less was just like verifying your account on an exchange to get higher trading and withdrawal limits. I had to submit residential documents, copy of ID/ Passport and so on. It sure can be a hassle, but sometimes you got to undergo such things. As for the time window, I would suggest contacting them and ask them directly if they will be able to process it in time. Could also be that only the submitting date counts.
2088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low circulating supply? on: November 17, 2017, 01:55:36 PM
I think low-circulating suppy can be an indicator for investing, but also increases the risk of investing in the coin. Always monitor the trading volume, if its very low the coin is likely to die. It all depends on the roi you are looking for and the risk you are willing to take. Always remember, only invest what you are willing to loose.
2089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think bitcoin has role to play in the future? on: November 17, 2017, 01:35:35 PM
In my opinion Bitcoin already plays a big role in the world, and its impact will become bigger and bigger with time passing by. I can also imagine that another currency with more advanced tech takes over in the future, but crypto in general will have a very important stand in the world of tomorrow!
2090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ETHLend - Decentralized Lending on Ethereum Network on: November 17, 2017, 01:33:44 PM
ETHLend is a project with really good ambitions, but what do you think about the general feeling towards micro-loans? As far as I know micro-loans are seen as a big failure. Hopefully ETHLend will change the status quo and make them a success again!
2091  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto and Switzerland on: November 17, 2017, 01:30:30 PM
As far as I know Switzerland is a very crypto-friendly country, but there are still taxation laws that will need you to pay taxes on you crypto earnings. So it is advisable there too, as for every other country,  to always keep track of the trades you make in case you one day will need them for the authorities.

2093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: November 17, 2017, 02:55:35 AM
My Binance wallet for Bitcoin Gold is showing as "suspended" what does that mean ? This is the first time I've seen this on Binance, is it like other exchanges where the wallet is "in maintenance" ?

I've also not seen that yet on Binance, but it mostly likely will mean this. Maybe its because they havent opened Bitcoin Gold trading until now? Or maybe there are still some fixes to be done to the Bitcoin Gold wallet as it is a new fork.
2094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think for AirDrops ? on: November 17, 2017, 02:53:06 AM
I would personally feel odd if I saw a token in my wallet that I did not buy. To me, it seems that the team is trying too hard to attract any attention they can.

That happens to me every other day, but without participating in airdrops. It just somehow happens because I'm holding some other tokens that make me eligible for some other tokens and so on...
2095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Electroneum a SCAM??? on: November 17, 2017, 02:19:16 AM
I dont think Electroneum is a scam. Sure its price has suffered since the ICO, nobody can deny that. Its the same as with many other ICO's, you just cant know if this will happen or not, investing in ICO's stands for a big gamble. But from what my impression is, Electroneum has a good future and price will recover eventually. They are also not trading on big exchanges yet, so this should also change things.
2096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to detect a scam ICO? on: November 17, 2017, 01:19:39 AM
There is this thread explaining some ICO filters that everyone should be applying in my opinion before buying into an ICO. These guidelines really help to detect a scam. I will link the thread here.: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2243157.0 Definitely recommended to read this thread! Not only for newbies to ICO investing, everybody can learn something new!
2097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: StakeIt Token (STAKE) on: November 17, 2017, 12:59:47 AM
Looks interesting on the first glimpse. I will be happy to read the whitepaper soon and then judge. As I understand it, this can only work out if there are many people adopting it, so if there isnt a strong community around STAKE, it wont succeed.
2098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be quick PLC at etherdelta is 1/4 of its live ico price on: November 17, 2017, 12:12:44 AM
I have been looking at this ico for some days, but it did not raised my attention because it seems to be one of those shady icos that are only trying to rise as much money as they can before their ico ends.
Once that they get listed on the exchange, the dev team is going to dump their coins for sure, i can see it coming, just like it always will happen to all those newbie icos who their devs have no history about ico's, or ipo's. It is a waste of time and money, and it envolves a lot of risk, i dont suggest anyone to join in there.

You hit the nail right on the head. Sadly but true, this is just the way so many ICO's are being conducted nowadays. Its a pity for the investors that are not aware of this and just naively put their hard earned money in these ICO's, while some lazy people get rich off their backs. Its a shame. I hope that there will be mechanism to overcome this kind of schemes in the near future.
2099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: November 17, 2017, 12:08:10 AM
Binance has become my favourite exchange. From the first day I signed up on it I loved it. The user experience is great and really convenient for everybody. I also love BNB, as you really have a token that is useful for once. Besides of covering the trading fees with BNB, I also hold it long term and am sure that it will appreciate in value quite nicely. Nevertheless I am a bit scared as Binance is still a chinese exchange and if they ban exchanges once and for all it will likely be the end of Binance too. Hopefully they manage to transform Binance into a decentralized exchange by this time. If so no government could shut it down anymore, am I right, or am I missing something here?
