1561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: November 30, 2017, 07:35:54 PM
I read something today that Monero cant provide fully anonymous transactions, because its leaking IP-addresses somehow. I dont want to spread fud or anything, this just interests me and you maybe can give me a clear answer here if this is the case or not?!

It's not leaking anything. That is by design for all nodes to be able to find each other on a decentralized platform. It has only been an issue the last year for fudders and alot of "Anon" coins are looking at changing that and XMR is one of them with the best solution which is IP2 where the shitcoins are using TOR which is compromised. BTW you have always been able to run XMR through TOR (well for as long as I can remember).

Alright, good to know that. Thats why I was asking. I am currently looking for the best anonymous coin out there, and found this fud about monero not being fully anonymous. Therefore thanks for the explanation. I guess sticking with monero is the best choice as it is already far in development compared to other anon coins.
1562  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Rather than being something to fear, AI has the potential to deliver significant on: November 30, 2017, 07:29:11 PM
Exactly this. Its not just AI though, its the whole trend towards AI, automatization, digitalization and robotics. As you said, sooner or later all jobs, even the specialized ones will become obsolete. I mean even cooks are going to be replaced by machines, sounds weird, but its true, this field is highly endangered already as I read recently. The only jobs that will stay are the ones that are in need of human empathy. Doctors, Nursing staff and so on. Those will not likely be replaced by machines that easily.
1563  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: November 30, 2017, 07:23:08 PM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.

True indeed. One needs to fail in every way and accept this failure until he will be able to master something. This goes for trading as well as for most aspects in life.
1564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ViMarket - Shop VIRTUALLY, Save In Reality - Disruption of Retail Marketing on: November 30, 2017, 07:20:28 PM
Im new to this whole VR stuff but it interests me, from reading the ANN I couldnt properly understand what you are going to do. Could you maybe explain in simple terms to someone that has no idea of this space, what your business is all about? Would much appreciate it.
1565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]TravelChain |TokenSale starts DEC 10| SMART-DATA FOR THE TRAVEL MARKET on: November 30, 2017, 07:14:43 PM
Interesting project, but could you elaborate why you need a blockchain for this kind of business? Couldnt you provide this data without blockchain in the same manner?
1566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HydroMining | Green Mining, environmentally friendly and profitable on: November 30, 2017, 06:20:41 PM
What are the advantages from hydrominer compared to accelerator network or envion? I hear a lot of fud about this project, so maybe you can tell me if its legit and has a solid concept or if some of the fudding is true. Would appreciate.
1567  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Diamon is TRADING at yobit now! on: November 30, 2017, 06:18:22 PM
If you dont want to get scammed by this forks with no use at all, DONT BUY THEM. Why would you buy a fork that is just abusing Bitcoins name in the first place? I would never spend any money on this kind of stuff. Enough that its spamming my wallet.
1568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Bitclave - Decentralized Search ★ November 29 ICO ★ on: November 30, 2017, 06:15:52 PM
I hear the date has finally been announced and it will be the 29th of November which means it's started yesterday. I wish success to this project.

Presale raised almost 22,000,000, so to reach the hardcap there were only about 3,000,0000 left. So the mainsale was sold out in some minutes after it opened up.
1569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CVC] CIVIC Tokensale Successfully Completed on: November 30, 2017, 06:13:20 PM
Will civic expect to allow us to SELL our data, potentially?  Is this on the roadmap?  I was just contacted by a new ICO to do just that but it seems like civic would be the best place for it should have thought of that already

What kind of data are you referring to? Personal data like browsing preferences, browser history, search engine usage etc? I have not heard of such a feature from civic. But same as you I have read about two projects by now that are aiming at this.
1570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VERGE is going down? on: November 30, 2017, 06:09:19 PM
I dont think so. What I read recently was that Verge will release a new feature that will make it fully anonymous and that is likely to go up in Q1 2018. Im not invested in Verge but I watch it and would buy if I get a good shot. Do you think now is a good time to buy?
1571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MONA] Monacoin LAUNCHING 2014/01/01 0:00 GMT on: November 30, 2017, 05:30:40 PM
Hi Guys,
I am a pure trader of stocks since 20 years, a classical tape reader that analyzes the order history and action, filtering out where the better informed investors (who always win the game) are putting their bets.
I know that Altcoins will have a huge revival in the upcoming months, Funds are waiting in line to get into crypto space, BTC is in correction mode.
After screening, analyzing and observing the tapes of more than 600 Coins in the last 3 months I can only state that MONA has the biggest potential in my point of view.
Just wanted to let you know my thoughts.....strong hands.

Thank you for this.
2018 will be very interesting. With institutional money flowing into crypto, I assume that the following fundamentals will matter most:
- tech
- ecosystem
- liquidity

That's why I think many alts will fall vs BTC while MONA has a strong ecosystem.

Hello my friend, good to read this, maybe we see it already now, while the whole market is undergoing a correction, Mona keeps on steady and in the green. Great to see this and happy that I invested my money in Mona few days back, if I had put in another coin, I might have regrets now, but not with Mona!
1572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO]🔥🔥🔥 PlusCoin by DS PLUS - THE FIRST PEOPLE'S CRYPTO MONEY 🔥🔥🔥 on: November 30, 2017, 04:43:55 PM

Previously we couldn't send the goods because it was impossible to commit the payment for them. We've unlocked the smart-contract on the 10th of November. All previously reserved products were finaly purchased in the next few days. Their delivery will happen within 30-60 days after the payment. They also will receive a tracking number to watch the delivery status starting from December, 1.

People who ordered the goods today will also recieve their products within 30-60 days.

There will not be any taxes or additional price for shipping.

What about the products that were bought on the november black friday? Will there also be a delay in purchasing the products or is that being done right away? Looking forward to an answer, thank you.
1573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a bubble? on: November 30, 2017, 04:00:35 PM
Right now almost everything is built or happening around Ethereum. It is one of few things I could envision to outperform Bitcoin in 2018. Maybe also Raiden. They had a good start. Some of the use cases might see good traction like wabi or powerledger but difficult to predict their market position.

Most say this is the time for blockchains and protocols.

Second that. I think Ethereum is no bubble, its actually way less a bubble than many other projects around, because a whole ecosystem of projects is evolving around and being built upon ethereum. If a coin deserves value, than it is ETH.
1574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Tax? on: November 30, 2017, 03:51:38 PM
Many countries have no proper regulations on Crypto taxation so far. But I guess one can rest assured that at the very latest, even in countries with zero regulations about it, if one converts his money to fiat and suddenly gets a big fat transaction to his bank account, than somebody will come and ask questions and want their share of the cake. But in countries that already regulated it, you have to pay taxes for bitcoin gains according to the local law.
1575  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Best countries to live in for BTC holders on: November 30, 2017, 03:34:28 PM
I think there are still many countries where a bitcoiner can live well and dont be ripped off by authorities for his gains, examples I heard about are: Holland, Qatar, Dubai, Cypris. But there are a lot more I guess.
1576  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the Bitcoin Bubble Will Pop on: November 30, 2017, 03:31:19 PM
1 BTC is a 1 BTC, what can happen is a bubble in fiat currency, this is a problem only for those who want to hold and then exchange for fiat.

Thats true, but as bitcoin is highly associated with the fiat value and therefore all other coins that are traded against bitcoin are also measured in value by the value bitcoin is given through fiat trading, this whole ecosystem will collapse if we see the fiat bubble burst. Just my opinion.
1577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: November 30, 2017, 03:27:58 PM
I dont know what coins you traded, but in most cases if you traded alts, what is likely on Bittrex, you lost capital in regards to initial bitcoin value. So this is origninating from the unstoppable price surge of Bitcoin and is the case for most people that traded alts, or held alts. While Bitcoin is getting more expensive every day, your altportfolio looses value. I for example only held some different altcoins and they all underperformed in comparison to BTC, means that my portfolio also diminished more than half. But I keep hodling on, alts will recover.
1578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ACT] Achain - A smart contract platform for enterprise-class DAPP on: November 30, 2017, 03:23:13 PM
Hello, guys, do you have some special bonuses for $50k+ investors?

ICO was over some time ago if Im not mistaken. But Im bullish too on ACT, now is not the best time to buy though, will wait for the correction to hit the lowest level. Can someone tell me the ICO price of ACT?
1579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Terracoin (TRC) - Est 2012 on: November 30, 2017, 02:33:24 PM
TRC should come on etherdelta too. Great project.
Etherdelta can only handle ERC-20 tokens.

Indeed. But there will be other decentralised exchanges like lykke or bitshares that will be able to support other coins than ERC20 and therefore also Terracoin, if Im not mistaken. This will be the future, when we finanlly dont have to trust these shady little exchanges anymore. Looking forward to this day.
1580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: November 30, 2017, 02:30:16 PM
Afaik this issue was already solved several months ago... but maybe I got something wrong about that.
There was no such issue, some guy on twitter thought it would be a good way to spread fud by parsing netstat output and posting it on twitter for some reason.

So this was all FUD again. Thanks for clearing this up. Im sick of all this Fud that is spread around in the crypto space. If this was really just one freakin guy on twitter and this fake news had such large waves in the space. Crazy. Poor crypto. Anyway thanks for letting me know.
