1441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Genesis Vision - Decentralized platform for the trust management on: December 03, 2017, 01:40:33 AM
I bought again on the dip. It is good to see it dont drop below $5. It is a good base for the next jump. Next stop .... $10 imo

I also dont think we will see GVT below $5 again. Actually I would be happy to buy some more below $5, but its pretty unlikely, so I will rather just buy now before we hit higher levels.
1442  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any exchanges with no ID requirement if no fiat involved? on: December 03, 2017, 12:57:41 AM
As previously mentioned Binance, Bitfinex and HitBTC are working fine. I am also registered at Liqui without kyc.

Unfortunately none of the above mentioned exchanges allow costum transaction fees when withdrawing.

As you said: Tether is mostly used to hedge against corrections or dips and events such as forks.

1443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How could Chinese people trade cryptocurrency after it is banned by Gov? on: December 03, 2017, 12:51:10 AM
I honestly think that China will not make the silly move to ban cryptocurrency trading in general. They would cut their own flesh and hence loose money. I think what they intended while closing down the exchanges was more to show the chinese people that they are still controlling everything and that they are the ones in charge.
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BitBay OFFICIAL BITBAY Thread Smart Contracts Decentralized Markets Rolling Peg on: December 02, 2017, 05:55:00 PM

Anything smart contracts can be used for

futures, any kind of betting, savings bonds,  imagine  a will even - say you were rich and dying and had 3 children you could divide your capital by 3 and send it to their bitbay addresses and time it so it is gradually locked/released to them over the course of their life time. So they would have consistent funds coming to them. Or lock in in a bitbay bond and just have  interest send out to those addresses over time...

I mean bitbay as an ebay replacement is HUGE but it is just one of 1000's or millions of possible uses for DDE and the peg and the timed locking and savings bonds. I mean you name it bay can be adapted to be involved with it Im sure.

I mean I know david has the capability to build in atomic trading if he so wished  too and a fiat in fiat out (whilst there is even a need for fiat)... so really bitbay will become a complete end to end trustless way to buy sell swap gamble earn on anything you can imagine. I mean specifics will have to be thrashed out by 1000s of dev teams that will eventually come to build on bitbay core.

I love the fact and I mean love that fact that david has essentially said a big fuck off to copy and paste scammers too whom have no talents at all other than pressing copy and paste whilst other devs have been scared to do so.  Why should he work and spend years of his life developing software for others to take and try and use that against him by out marketing him and crushing the investment every other bitbay believer that has put their faith in the project. Heavy marketing teams with no real crypto skillset are here now and they would love to scam bitbayer out of years of davids hard work.

The only room for improvement bay can make is to adapt to fads and things of the moment people want so long as they are not detrimental to the core in anyway. Capitalising on these during "their moment" is key to playing the crypto game. Having the best tech is not enough in the realm consisting of mostly handwavers and marketeers. Once we master that too bay will crush all in our way to the top 5 -10 and possibly.....

Hey Cryptohunter, thanks again for this detailed answer, appreciate it very much. BitBay is definitely a next-gen platform. I become more and more aware how great it is. So many usecases for it. I hope that people will realize its potential finally in 2018 and that it will become at least a top 25 crypto!
1445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 02, 2017, 03:49:11 PM

This coin is not slowing down, its unbelievable already. It already caught the attention of an old timer here, one day MNX will also be noticed by big exchanges like bittrex. The price I think kept rising is because only few are being sold in the market and everyone seem to be parking MNX.

I think too that this is the main reason. But its totally understandable, why would you trade a coin that is rising in value constantly and that has even a guaranteed roi? I hold my MINEX, so glad to have bought. Still overlooked the project for too long, but Im happy to be here now.
1446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★[ANN] [NAV] NAV COIN - NAVTECH NOW DECENTRALIZED! on: December 02, 2017, 03:46:19 PM
Finally got into NAV, after a lot of research for a good anonymous coin, I came to the conclusion that NAV is definitely undervalued and got so many nice features to offer that it attracted me the most, besides of just a huge growth potential. Happy to be a NAV hodler now!
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: «Envion» Highest ROI crypto infrastructure | $2M Bounty available! on: December 02, 2017, 02:52:46 PM
why some People post their activity in this forum,

I have asked that too few days ago. I dont know with these people, there's a form to fill up but still they're posting it here.

Thats the issue with some people, they just dont want to read the rules so they spam the threads with these posts. This limits on topic conversation imho.

It looks kinda that some people try to manipulate the Telegram bounty.

If I just have a small look at the subs from the last few days - there are a hundreds that share some interesting same data in their profiles.

Good observations, you should make the bounty managers aware of this. There are always so many people trying to cheat on telegram bounties. Hopefully there will be measures in place to ban cheaters.
1448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Big Bitcoin Crash raising money to start the website up on: December 02, 2017, 02:47:27 PM
This is a neat idea, although we all dont want this to happen! You could also integrate some stops inbetween, maybe dates like 31.12.2018, 31.12.2019 and people could bet on the opposit, like how high will bitcoin be at this dates in value. Would maybe drive more people to join if there is the chance to win some amount of money at this time (besides of the main purpose of the website). Badly formulated, but I hope you get what I mean. Good idea, cheers!
1449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][500K COMPLETED] Wi-Fi Global - dec. WiFi | Monetize your router on: December 02, 2017, 02:25:01 PM
Nobody received it? I did not so far and am still waiting. Maybe they meant that 100k tokens were distributed and not TO 100k participants. But maybe I also misunderstood that. I keep waiting, if something comes around, nice, if not, I dont care much.
1450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ¤ DMD Diamond 3.0 | Scarce ¤ Valuable ¤ Secure | PoS 3.0 | Masternodes 65% on: December 02, 2017, 02:22:33 PM
Cool to have found this Diamond of a project (hehe). Is development still undergoing? Where can one buy those diamonds? I like projects with scarcity of coins, got a lot more growth potential.
1451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Xwin – CryptoBet betting platform based on blockchain on: December 02, 2017, 02:17:06 PM

I'm wondering about that. This is an important information. it would be very nice if it would be a profit sharing.

Totally agree, I mean profitsharing makes betting or gamble/ dice projects interesting for investors. Because the market is so huge, one can really profit good from it (if one holds a big enough amount of tokens that is).
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a scam on: December 02, 2017, 02:13:47 PM
The best strategy is not to invest in ICOs. You can always invest later once it is available for trading and/or once the project proves itself.

Totally agree here, if the ICO turns out to be a scam you saved yourself a big loss, if its not, than you can still buy on exchanges. Most of the ICO's dump in price anyways after coming to the exchanges. Its mostly marketing created fomo that make people invest early in ICO's.

I dont know about the ICO you are asking, but I can tell you one thing: nowadays many ICO's are disguised scams, the act really professional so that even people that did their due dilligence fall for it. Be careful!
1453  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I only have 200$ per month ! on: December 02, 2017, 02:11:12 PM
After a month of hard work I have to pay quite a lot of things. I just got one about 200$ to invest in bitcoin. Should or should not. Please help me !  Lips sealed

Thats not that much to invest, I agree with you, but its way better than nothing. I would do it and also started with this little money. Everybody got to start small. Also if you constantly put in $200 dollar every month it is really a good strategy in my opinion.
1454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] VLB - The Ultimate Blockchain Fuel for the Vehicle Lifecycle Industry on: December 02, 2017, 01:54:28 PM
Lets see where this journey is heading. I see there is a lot of traction for VLB, so many people are interested, meaning there is a demand for this in the society. Hopefully you will have a successful ICO!
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: WCX Exchange Looks Like a Scam on: December 02, 2017, 01:48:56 PM
I dont know much about WCX, and I admit I once visited their website and also thought that it was not really professional (judging on the real bad translation to my language they had put up), but I never checked their WP. The question about the Token is simple, as for example Binance is successfully doing, an exchange can have a token to incentivice users to pay trading fees with it. At binance this reduces the fees of your trades by 50%, this is a real good deal. Actually a token for a exchange is actually bringing a real utility for the token, thats something rare. Cant judge about WCX though. Gonna keep an eye on them.
1456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Xwin – CryptoBet betting platform based on blockchain on: December 02, 2017, 01:08:57 PM
Betting market is huge and its the perfect use case for the blockchain in my opinion. Will the inhouse profits be shared with token holders in your project? If so at which rate? Thanks for the info an advance.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SwissBorg | The Blockchain Era of Swiss Wealth Management on: December 02, 2017, 12:44:58 PM
A blockchain bank owned by the community, thats a really interesting project. I dont like banks that much, but I understand that there will be a rethinking of the whole concept needed to be sustainable in the future. I like that you are doing that as it seems.
1458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it good time to buy. on: December 02, 2017, 12:42:44 PM
It is only good time to buy bitcoin if you are planning to hold it for at least half a year orso otherwise it's not worth it, there is no short term gain.

I would say yes thats true, holding for half a year or longer will be rewarding. But on the other hand I have to disagree with the shortterm gains, because as we have witnessed for the last months/ weeks, there were huge shortterm gains, so I think BTC can still bring good shortterm gains. But nobody can predict the market, neighter you, nor me.
1459  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: December 02, 2017, 12:40:42 PM
I've learned that the best way to motivate someone is being exactly what you want the person you motivate to become. Eg if you want that a person starts a carreer and works hard. Work hard, achieve something and let the person be a part of your success. Its best to always keep in mind to try everyday to become the best version of yourself, this attitude will affect the people around you.
1460  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: December 02, 2017, 12:32:19 PM
We can earn a lot if we will work hard, what's important also is we have to learned how to save bitcoin as it's going to be our best investment.
People like us are lucky because we are earning and we do not need to risk anything to earn, so let's take this opportunity in a positive way.

I would say the opposit is the case with Bitcoin: we are risking a lot in these volatile crypto markets. But what I agree with is the fact that we are lucky. We are lucky to be here now, while so many people will learn about crypto in a later stage or they will only have enough courage to dive in when it is not profitable anymore compared to right now. So yes indeed, we are very lucky.
