The global weather is being affected and changing globally because of all our activities.
The worst scenario for people relying on farming is drought followed by heavy rains. The ground is baked hard and when the rains come there is minimal soakage so the water runs off the land to lower areas causing floods.
How farming use the land does not help the cause and the effects of the floods hits the local economy massively from loss of crops, loss of employment and the cost of rescue and rebuilding.
All things that are too much is considered to be bad. Farmers or their plants rather will need a sufficient amount of sunlight and water (rains) so that they can grow their crops healthy but because of what some people are doing (bad things which affect the environment) this breaks the balance of the weather. Sometimes we feel too hot and sometimes too cold or too much rains, which is not good for those who have a farming business. When people starts littering around, that is also the number one cause of floods. Floods are very damaging not only to the farmers or their crops but also the people who are going to be affected with it. As regards farming, what is contributing to the problems is the fact that over 30% of arable land is being used to grow crops for animals which in turn produce a lot of methane/carbon dioxide. Forestry in some parts of the world is being cleared in order to grow more crops to feed even more animals. The whole system is messing with the environment and weather systems and unfortiunately it seems to be the poorest people who are suffering the most. Its also funny that while some countries may be benefiting economically from the over production of animals it is creating economic crises for others. https://www.onegreenplanet.org/environment/livestock-feed-and-habitat-destruction/https://www.greenpeace.org/eu-unit/issues/nature-food/45159/majority-of-european-crops-feeding-animals-and-cars-not-people/ https://www.theguardian.com/business/2022/jun/11/climate-crisis-inflation-economy-climatenomics-bookForget Ukraine, coronavirus, corporate greed and “supply chain issues”, when it comes to inflation the climate crisis is the real, lasting, worry, according to a new book, and one that’s only likely to get worse.

Its Ruud in 3 sets, last one a tiebreak. I missed the first two sets and by what the commentators were saying he was electric in the first two sets with only 4 unforced errors, in the third set though he lost his way a bit but still managed to get the job done. Going by the Tennis live rankings Ruud is now up to 2nd place! " If " he wins the final he will go into 1st, thats unbelievable! I didnt see that coming at all. https://live-tennis.eu/en/atp-live-rankingRafael Nadal - 5810 pts Casper Ruud - 5370 pts Carlos Alcaraz - 5100 pts Ruud will now face either Kyrgios or Khachanov

^ I think all the matches today have the potential to be very entertaining just based on the fact that they are all of similar ability or there isnt a massively wide gap between them, and that means I have no idea what way to bet.
I think I would like to take Berrettini and Sinner on handicaps but I'm not getting them big enough for my liking.

Yea the scoreline really suggests a one sided game. From what I have read, the All Blacks brought their A++ game right from the first whistle and were dominant in all areas of play and pitch. It also sounds like the ref had a slightly different of the breakdown which NZ were able to play on but the Pumas not.
With that performance by the All Blacks it doesnt sound like anyone could have beaten them.
Argentina now have to play South Africa.

|
^
Yes there was indeed some absolutely fabulous shots played by both. Everyone left in the tournament now fancies their chances even more, this win by Tiafoe actually opens up the chances for a lot more players, TBH I feel now that Alcaraz, Sinner, Tiafoe, Ruud, Rublev or Kyrgios could take the title, although Alcaraz or Kyrgios have the greater chances I think.
Interestingly Cilic is the only player left with a GS title!
These are exciting times.
|
|
|
^ I have a handicap bet, conservative enough one on Cilic +7 @1.64. Alcaraz can definitely have lulls in his match which should allow Cilic to cover these bets.
Anyone watching Tiafoe v Nadal?
Frances took the first set 6-4 and I was able to pick up a rare 1.6 bet on Nadal.
I also made an in-play bet on Swiatek to beat Niemeier after she lost the first set.

As you know flood its part of world unfavourable environment. its has bundle of other reaction not in specefic area but around ecosystem. is flood fetching changing in economics? if yes but how!!!!!
Flood is a disaster caused by human activities in the vicinity and it is clearly detrimental to the environment and the economy of the community because every community cannot carry out their activities as usual before the flood begins to recede or disappear. If you have ever experienced flooding in your area, then you must have seen how transportation has stopped and traditional traders have been prevented from selling their goods to the market. It is a disaster that is clearly not desired by everyone including the rich around you. Because no one wants to live in a flooded place and also in a dirty and unhealthy environment.

-snip Medvedev's defeat was unexpected, right?
not really sure, but interesting question, IMO he was not no.1 cappacity, and that could be seen throughout this year, and especially at season beginning, when he needed to win one small tournament to overcome Djokovic and failed multiple times Nadal is back to no.1, at 36 years, what do you think about his chances to win this GS as well? No not sure either. I posted earlier in the thread that the H2H between these two before the match was 3-1 to Kyrgios and obviously extends that lead now. I wanted to bet on that match but didnt know which way to go. Nadal back to No.1 spot....I didnt realise that, its remarkable. I think he has a great chance to take this title. Who is his main challenger left in the tournament? Alcaraz? Krygios? These are the only 2 which I can see realistically able to get past him?

Most rich people have mature financial intelligence, they only save money in banks for their living and business needs, and usually rich people rarely want to hold cash and the money will not be productive if it is in the form of paper money. and they choose to roll back their wealth to continue to multiply by placing their wealth in assets. Examples such as real estate, commodities, stocks, and so on include bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. And they put money into some investment or asset that he understands and also understands the risks because most rich people are smart. and besides they do it to multiply, they know that the money they keep for themselves will continue to shrink over time due to inflation.
Indeed the super rich are super rich because they are financially literate, they know what works and can diversify their investments and can employ top people to help manage all that. I would agree that we will see a time when more and more will add Bitcoin to those portfolios. I would also add that they can manoeuvre their portfolios in order to minimise the effects of inflation.

We go into the business end of the tournament and its nice to see Norrie and Sinner through so far.
Very interesting match up today, Medvedev v Krygios, the last time these two met in Canada Krygios won and wins H2H Kyrgios is 3-1but today Medvedev is favourite.
I would love to do a handicap bet on Nick....but Daniil is in very fine form currently.

Yea I thought that had happened last week Your last two bets came in, well the Raiders are 0-38 ahead in the second half, so thats as good as done. This was a tricky round which I wasnt confident betting on, I had that very hopeful bet on the Panthers and the Warriors, so I'm 1 from 2. The Panthers had the top spot secured so rolled out the B team pretty much. Rugby UnionThis weekend sees a complete turnaround from last weeks results with NZ hammering Argentina and SA getting the better of Australia. Amazingly after this round all teams have won 2 and lost 2 games but its the points difference which seperates the positions.

Maybe anything that is uber-rare and not necessarily a (loaded) coin.... Items that we have maybe seen only 1 of.. like the Braille Bitcoin Whitepaper book!! Yes, one off items would be top of the list surely What about this legendary coin > You've probably seen this coin in various Bitcoin articles: It was created in 2010 by Bitcoin core developer Nils Schneider (tcatm). I bought it shortly afterward. I believe that it might be the first-ever physical Bitcoin coin. It doesn't have any sort of private key embedded in it or anything, though. It is one-of-a-kind (AFAIK). I'm thinking about maybe selling it. Is anyone interested?

Nadal won against Fognini, in H2H Nadal leads againts Fognini but when I saw himself losing in the first set and Fognini leading 4-2 in the second set I thought he would have a problem here but Nadal could handle that well after the second set he almost has no difficulty getting points and won easy.
It's a 5 setter so there is a good chance to make a huge comeback but I would say that it is somewhat scary for those who back up Nadal to win at ML and pour a lot of money on him. One of my favorite in the women's division has lost already, Fernandez lost in straight sets against Samsonova, ouch. Madison Keys vs Coco Gauff in the 3rd round, two Americans could be a good fight. Thats it exactly, the Grand Slams are different in that way, over 5 sets losing the first and being behind in the second is manageable for those with the experience. Those without the experience would more than likely struggle over 5 sets The best example I can think of is the French open of 2021, Tsitsipas won the first two sets but Djokovic won the next 3 to take the title.

^ nice one, thanks for that.
NRL
I have 2 bets on for this round:
Panthers to beat the Cowboys @ 8.2 - its mad to see the tournament leaders on such high odds.
Raiders to beat the Wests Tigers @ 1.2
RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP
Same as Timelord I'm going with Argentina and Australia to win their games with odds at 5.4 and 1.76 respectively.
I think its highly unlikely New Zealand are going to let anyone beat them twice in a row....

Thats quite a serious bit of research done polymerbit!
I really like the comment "This is not money" comment, I mean if that person was a Numismatist surely they would understand that it is, just like sea shells were at one stage in history.
It would be interesting to see what the reactions would be if the items on display were graded.
Anyway very interesting

But one can also feel sorry for Nick. So many people in the audience bothering him. WTF is wrong with the guy, its all just an act, part of what he does, is it to try and disrupt his opponent or something? He is still able to win though, it doesnt seem to be affecting him that much so what is his problem. He plays Wolf next and should win that.

Received the book, it looks great.
Excellent doblezero!! When you are ready you can reach out to @giammangiato for that postal address or they can contact you beforehand! Best of luck, update us when you have posted it on so we can track it! Also the last thing we want is for it to go missing after members putting effort into it so I would suggest using a tracked postal service ??
