2541  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoinchain.com is it a dead website? on: July 10, 2018, 06:21:48 PM
Hi all,

Unfortunately, yes.
The project was abandoned for reasons beyond our control.
Now it's alive again and we are planning to maintain and develop it actively and issue release notes on a timely basis.

Stay in touch!

It would be better to publish a proper announcement for this e.g. create an article, post in any of your SNS (if you have one) so that if people search if your site is dead or not, something will show up in google and also for the purpose that you need to market it again.
2542  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: We must create a petition in change.org to (Hashflare Company) on: July 10, 2018, 05:25:00 PM
There's already a few number of petitions about this in change.org and you would need huge amount of signs from people if you want to be noticed. Hence there's no need to create another one, just sign what's already there to contribute to the numbers.

While there's nothing wrong with this idea, I do not recommend it at least if you're solely relying on it. I mean it could take years (or more than that) gathering signs especially if the topic is not very popular with most people. If you have money to spend in consulting lawyers, that would great.

Next time, realize there's something wrong "before" not "after"
2543  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Want to help all for trading on: July 10, 2018, 04:15:38 PM
Binance for crypto to crypto trading
and bitstamp for crypto to fiat (and vice versa) trading

But still experience varies for every person so always proceed with caution. I recommend reading their lengthy terms, privacy policy, FAQ's or anything that involves you, just to make sure you know what you're getting into first.
2544  Economy / Marketplace / Re: hitbtc removes coins from trading without announcement? on: July 09, 2018, 03:03:41 PM
Not sure about you guys, but I'm actually used to this type of delisting. Don't use HitBTC but I've fallen foul of this type of sudden delistings on Bittrex and Poloniex. The funny thing is, I get email messages about delistings for Bittrex (or used to anyway), but I've had a couple of coins that I only found out were delisted because I checked my wallets (next to them they'll show a date for delisting). If I recall most recently, this happened to 1stblood (yes, shitcoin I know but forgive my gaming notions). Liquidated with 2 days to spare.

Can I ask, does that happen a lot on shitcoins? or it's plainly random?

I checked bitair and found something interesting. Additionally, it seems devs have already abandoned the project

'Bitair' is a SCAM! Stay away!

2545  Economy / Marketplace / Re: hitbtc removes coins from trading without announcement? on: July 09, 2018, 02:32:06 PM
Yea there should be an announcement. I looked it up (blog, twitter, fb, telegram) and there's nothing about delisting btca. But they truly did closed deposits (last is on 2018-07-05 23:54) and halted trading (See here: https://hitbtc.com/system-health). So I'm not sure what is going on however I do think it's not delisting - at least for now, but more of a maintenance or somewhere along the lines. Nevertheless they should let their users know the reason behind their actions and continuously update them, whether it's halting deposits/withdrawals/trading - particularly if it's been days or anything major.

You could ask their support about this and either wait for their reply or announcement on SNS.
2546  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone know best and reliable bitcoin mixer? on: July 09, 2018, 01:43:41 PM
I do not know what you mean by the word best, but there are very good reliable mixers with a small commission.
For example, I use www[SCAM]helix-grams[SCAM]com, so far there have been no problems.
Good luck!

Yea yea whatever. Take your scam site elsewhere.

Seems like you can only access it via TOR but it's of no use now since they're out of service.

Grams ceased operations on December 16, 2017 (PGP signed verification by gramsadmin). Any site claiming to be operating the Helix Light mixing or tumbling service is a fake and you will be scammed out of any money you put into it.

Remember, whatever review it is, you guys should always evaluate it's credibility.
2547  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Helix Light - Grams Transaction Never Went Through on: July 09, 2018, 01:13:51 PM
I understand that the issue has been over a year. There are many fakes in the network. Can someone help me to find the original one?

If you need a mixer, take a look at this list: 2018 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites.
But If I were to recommend a mixer, it would be chipmixer (check my signature). It's reputable and offers unique and effective way of mixing.

2549  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Amazix Rude Management. on: July 06, 2018, 09:02:11 PM
I do not like services of amazix, They banned me from all their bounty programs just because of asking why my article rejected for XYO. They just want to create their monopoly. They blacklisted me from all their compagins. All my efforts wasted. I almost messaged everyone but no one answered. They are very rude and my friends also had a bad experience with them. They should learn customer relationship and do not make everything personal. If i asked about article they should give favourable response, why banned me from all programs and why stolen my all stakes just because of one program. I told them i will post on bitcointalk.

From the way I see things, you are not only asking for a mere "reason", you are pushing them to accept your article because if not, you wouldn't spam the hell out of them.
You do realize your behavior affects your work right? Maybe if you didn't show such behavior, they wouldn't invalidate your stakes from other bounties.

Recently they started codex ico and they replied one of my friend like this https://imgur.com/a/HRGyq3k.

Aye same as Oilacris, I don't see anything rude. And in fact he did the right thing, people like your friend needs it otherwise he won't get anything.

I had very bad experience with amazix never any other bounty manger banned me or did something inappropriate like amazix. They should learn how to talk with community. They only pay few selective members for article which they know and reject most of the members by giving false reasons and if you ask in thier telegram group they will blacklist u.

That's how things are, people don't pay everyone just because they applied. How did you determine it was false reason? so they did give out reasons?
2550  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do not send USDT to poloniex on: July 06, 2018, 07:37:13 PM
Nothing you could do except to contact their support: How do I open a support ticket? What information should I include?

They're known for their turtle-like support so brace yourself. On top of that, it should be hectic there like a lot than usual since verifications for legacy accounts are now enforced. I suggest following that guideline though, giving all necessary info should help.

You're not on the right thread. This should be on Exchanges. There's a move topic option in your bottom left.
2551  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] RightBTC - Advancing Since 2014, USD/BTC/ETH/Tokens on: July 05, 2018, 10:10:38 PM
Creating an ANN thread is good but leaving and never coming back after that is not. That said, will you be extending your support here?  Assisting users whenever they have problems/inquiry.
2552  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: A girl-fraudster and Youtube blogger cheated on $500! Shock! on: July 05, 2018, 07:48:37 PM
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible making it impossible to get your money back unless the youtuber herself sends it back to you.

Could you also post your conversation screenshot(s)?

Oh yea this should be on Scam Accusations. Move this thread there using the "move topic" button in your bottom left.
And follow the correct format: Scam Report Format

EDIT: Quoting Op for pictures

Hi, everyone!
We 'd like to share with you a story of how a girl, the author of the channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCavTvSwEoRABvnPtLg0e6LQ) deceived us

On (03.12.18) we appealed to her (Telegram: @hheidiann, Instagram: @hheidiann ) with a request to make an advertising video for our project.
After discussing the terms and the price of the video, we made prepayment of $500 (her btc-wallet: 1KNqEbYUMVLjC7Aec4CUUcZcpHXCYejVw6)
After receiving money, she promised to release the video for several times, but then she stopped responding to messages and we did not get any promotional video.
She ignores us everywhere.  It 's strongly recommended not to follow this blogger and to send complaints on her so that this girl- fraudster could not deceive someone else. If anyone can help get the money back - we will be very grateful! Thanks for sharing!

2553  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do you trust your Bitcoin exchange? on: July 05, 2018, 07:17:53 PM
It isn't really hard to choose up an exchange yet we can easily make a research about exchangers and we would able to spot out which one is on the top and we can already presume that they are really good when it comes to security but as being said its not a guarantee but you will able to build confidence. Risk management should always be followed.

I agree that people do trust out because of that "reimburse" thing but those are just applicable for exchange on top which they will definitely do because they do need to protect their ranking and they know they can able to break even when people do still use up their service.

Before I give my opinion, can you clarify something first? What do you mean by the word "top" in both of your statements? Is it in terms of volume or what?
2554  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Will we ever have a bitcoin debit card that works worldwide again? on: July 05, 2018, 05:33:00 PM
Monaco is testing their cards right now. See their twitter for videos.

I watched it and holy shi--- they're in asian countries (hong kong, singapore, taiwan), glad to see that since I'm from asia. I'm hoping it won't be too long before they release the cards.

That aside, I'm not that familiar with monaco, guess I'll dig up information for now. It's nice that the founders are the ones who tested it though.
2555  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do you trust your Bitcoin exchange? on: July 05, 2018, 04:12:52 PM
The only thing I don't like is how people nowadays just assume that an exchange wil reimburse them in case there is a hack or other forms of coin loss. It's almost seen as a form of insurance.

The last few exchanges that were hacked are planning to do the same as far as I know, and that comforts people too much. It's great that exchanges do this and it's the only right way, but it's not guaranteed to happen.

You said it! It's one of the reasons why some people are using exchanges in a laid back attitude, like nothing can go wrong. This is not hacking but coinsmarkets.com run away with their user's money, apparently despite being new (registered in 2017-03-09) people still deposited huge amounts of money. Risk assessment/precautionary measures shouldn't be optional but obligatory.

There must be a better way or strategy to reduce the risk for people to lose large amounts of money, when these exchanges gets hacked.  Huh

Others have already suggested some of it which is surprisingly what I do too but I believe the most crucial part of these is picking an exchange, it starts with that.
Before we assume the hacking, let's first assess the odds of it happening first. Pick an exchange where there's a low chance; competent.

Then again these measures isn't something that guarantees your fund's safety, it will only alleviate risks.
2556  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! on: July 04, 2018, 09:41:25 PM
Celebrity endorsements aren't a red flag as long as you could verify that it's genuine. One way for that is to check their SNS where announcements are made.
2557  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to improve my position on: July 04, 2018, 08:54:49 PM
If it's posting photo's, another option would be to have a higher member (Jr. member++) quote it for you. As long as it's not sketchy, you can easily find someone to do that for free, don't entertain anyone who ask for a fee.

Maybe your problem have nothing to do with Tidex. Maybe the network on the token you are withdrawing is clogged or having some problems. Try to look for an update. But I agree that Tidex should answer your ticket to clear the situation.

The transaction hash should still show up in block explorers though, if that's the case.

No news is good news, we haven't heard about op since then, the problem must have been solved most likely
2559  Economy / Speculation / Re: HOLIDAY RUSH on: July 03, 2018, 06:47:58 PM
I doubt bitcoin rised to several folds last year just because "it is holiday". I get that people save money for that date thus can buy bitcoin for themselves or for presents to whoever but that's it, how can it move the market enough for people to take notice? Even if people hype it, they won't bite especially those who do not have any idea what bitcoin is because if it doesn't have any "backing", it'll be empty words.

Although I'm not sure what will happen at the end of the year, with worries and excitement on my shoulders, I'm looking forward to it.
2560  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange Listing Request] ERC20 token on: July 03, 2018, 02:18:04 PM
Uhhhh I don't understand why do they have to contact you first when you can just do it yourself? Every exchange has their how-to-list-your-coin guide on their site, you just have to follow what's stated in there; they will either ask you to fill up a form or email them directly.

Oh and let me just tell you, exchanges which do have an account here are either dead or only replies to threads which do have their exchange name on its title. There's a low chance of getting a PM from from them unless it's from a new exchange with unknown background.
