You never know which is why it's important to use a platform with established track record and offers a buyer protection. Sellix.io doesn't have both of them, hence I do not recommend. In any case, refunds are not processed or handled by Sellix. Sellix offers the processing and gateway for payments to be sent to the seller: this means that Sellix does not hold any of the funds. To request a full refund and/or exchange of any goods or services, it is best to contact the seller directly. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Refunds cannot be processed for any payments made with any cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash. This is due to how crypto currencies are designed, every transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. But then again trading such accounts would probably be a breach of TOS so it most likely won't help either.... even if you bridge their lack of buyer protection by using a payment method which has one.

If maintenance is going on for almost a year with the exchange team showing no signs of solving the situation, that's pretty much hostaging funds. Latest announcement from them about ARRR is the suspension of withdrawals and deposits which was 9 months ago! Due to Node Maintenance,CITEX suspended the deposit and withdrawal services for ARRR. Time for resumtion will be announced separately. and ARRR team has expressed their lack of cooperation The CITEX team initially showed some interest in fixing the ARRR wallet. However, as of late they have been unresponsive to our messages. The last reply from them indicated that their technical team has sorted everything out regarding the wallet and is awaiting other departments before enabling deposits/withdrawals again. The ARRR team will continue to reach out to them. Made a throw away account and more than half has their withdrawals closed, check here https://i.imgur.com/PlM89qb.jpeg --imgur has compressed the long screenshot hard but you can still see those grayed out 'withdraw/deposit' buttons I'd stay away from them : ) Best option imo is to get your funds out of there fast, convert it to other cryptocoin which withdrawal is available as said by other users.

If they will dont use omni network how can they recover bitcoins with private key..
As long as they have the private key, they have the means to recover your coins and removing support for OMNI doesn't necessarily mean they are discarding those keys. This is the new email which one I got from Poloniex. What they want to say me ? I dont understand.. -snip- "Please be sure to withdraw before this date. If you do not withdraw prior to April 30, 2021, we will not be able to recover your funds. "
I forgot to mention this but the two emails you've received are actually just updates from poloniex in regards to their exchange which is sent to a lot of ppl and is not poloniex's direct reply to your case. This email is basically about poloniex removing the altcoins BAS, DMG and COVER so the "please be sure to withdraw before..." warning is for people who has those coins in their exchange. Anyway, they still haven't touched your coins which is good. When you said you wrote on twitter, did you mean this @PoloSupport? if not, pls also write to them. And to these big subreddits as well. The goal is to gain enough attention for poloniex to notice you. Make a catchy title like "poloniex not responding for almost a month, $25K stuck!" Lastly op, to me it seems our points are getting across well but if english does gets too hard for you, pls do check our local boards (scroll all the way down in the forum's homepage), you might get someone who speaks the same language as you to translate it :' )

I got a email from 22 March from Poloniex, I dont understand what they mean. Because here is have some tech. details. But I want to know this information will affect my process ?
-snip-
USDT sits on several blockchains e.g. OMNI, ETH, TRON which means you can have USDT in either of them. Omni network uses bitcoin blockchain which is why you were able to send BTC to a 'USDT address', because it's essentially a BTC address. The announcement is pretty much poloniex informing they are removing the support of OMNI chain to USDT and that all USDTs will be migrated to a new chain so users doesn't need to do anything. Unless they are completely discarding all OMNI addresses which is least likely to me, I don't think it will greatly affect your case. Archiving could increase the workload but that's about it. And op I see that you sent them the transaction ID, can you paste it in a block explorer like blockchair.com and tell us if your bitcoins moved? if you aren't sure, you can send the transaction ID here

A piece of advice if you ever get rejected (which I very hope not!) is to don't settle for it!
There are more peeps who has done the same mistake so the money pool is much bigger. There is a huge chance that these ppl won't just leave those huge amount of monies in limbo forever, there will come a time where the money pool is gonna be worth more than the workload needed to recover them so just say that you'd wait and monitor your cross-chain sent coins if they moved or not.

It's because as of now, hardware wallets is the only means of getting high security without being too inconvenient, in fact it's user friendly even for beginners so it's a lot more easy for ppl to consider buying. Another reason could be, it is not as marketed as much as hardware wallets, talking about by the company/maker + word of mouth from users particulary as a means of storing. I've no way of verifying whether a physical btc via glaciaer protocol is more secure but if it really is, i don't think a lot of ppl knows this. Maybe this is just me but right now, hardware wallets has an impression of being a 'need' while physical bitcoins are only for collection which isn't a 'need' but a 'for fun' thing. But demand for physical bitcoins is a lot more than you think I agree. Our collectibles board is pretty strong alone, with old peeps still in the field for years and with new ppl still coming in, what if we combine it with other platforms out there? 🤤

@PeaMine, Pretty much everything about tradeogre is unknown like their team, whereabouts, law compliance (are they even legal?) and security. Now these doesn't directly translate to scam but all these red flags makes it easier for them to run away which is why I wouldn't recommend them.
Let's also not forget how serious they are about their exchange cause there's barely any progress in terms of ease of use for years... it's still the same poorly made exchange.

Are you using a VPN op? and was your verification done just recently? Also check if you're part of OFAC's sanctioned/high risk countries cause if you are, it's probably the main cause, check paxful list about it: List of Banned Countries, OFAC Better move this to exchanges too

User’s profile and wallet are considered abandoned if meet at least one of the following conditions: -the user has not accessed his profile or wallet for more than 1 year (365 days); -the user that had been previously successfully verified has no submitted verification requests with at least one valid document for more than 1 year (365 days) from the last date of verified status; -the user has no record of submitting verification requests with at least one valid document for more than 3 months (90 days) . And if you have a balance in your account, you'll be charged each day which is over the top and sleazy for me. The fee will be applied to each abandoned wallet with prior email notification to the user in the amount of 1% of the wallet whole remaining balance per day. Scam or not, better avoid them if they have a much higher standard than most exchanges. CEX are already holding us in a high standard when their services ranges to crappy to so-so 🙄, for example, look at the amount of shitcoin this STEX have. I wouldn't wanna put more weight on my shoulders.

Users who have their dms open to non-friends are prone to such scam offers, this is me speaking from experience lol. Better close it @op, go to settings > privacy & safety > disable 'allow direct messages from server members'.
There's also whitelisting a server if you have one with trusted peeps or if you dabble with bots since some sends captcha thru dms. Same process but with privacy settings on the particular server's menu, either right click 'em or use the drop down menu next to its name.

Doesn't even surprise me that the team is fake and is merely a stock photo. As per hugeblack, it doesn't look like a lot of effort was made in making the website, and effort conveys how serious a business is hence why such websites are a huge red flag. ( archived) ( istock link) and avoid any obscure/newly created exchanges such as this ( 128 days old), they aren't established and don't have a good track record for you to trust your money to them.

Anyone who offers guaranteed profits are scam and these guys knows it's impossible but still sends signals that will make users think it's not the case for them to attract clients 🙄🙄🙄 If that's not a scam move, I don't know what is. Performance is unpredictable, and past performance is no guarantee of future returns. You have nothing to do but invest. We exploit these opportunities for you, and you pocket 80% of the profits. How about doubling your money (and even more) in 2021?

There's barely any get it for free's today, most of what you see has a catch where you're giving more than the reward they're offering and therefore isn't actually 'free' which applies in your case. Be very careful with them or even better, avoid them. Are you an EEA citizen op? If you are, some GDPR data protection rights might apply to you. You can get your case investigated thru these means: What should I do if I think that my personal data protection rights haven’t been respected? Why did you fall into this kind of unknown exchange in the first place? I didn't dig more regarding them because I'm not interested but as I can see in the screenshot, it's a little bit you're being arrogant to them, whatever the reason for blocking you from their group is we don't know the whole story. I'm once a moderator of the Telegram group before, most cases of blocking members were that insulting the admin and being arrogant or harassing the admin.
Arrogant in which part? it honestly didn't even occur to me and op's message in the group was even put nicely, or are you talking about the 'Ucha' person? 'cause i don't think that's op, from the start, screenshots were from their account hence why messages are on the right side. The most likely scenario is op got banned bc of asking valid questions that might damage their image.

Great, feel free to email me direct LoyceV if you ever find a pressing Blockchain.com related issue appear on the forum and you think we should log in and take a look.
Hopefully in the near future we will have ringfenced resource specifically for offering support on social and forum platforms like this.
Until then, you can reach me any time via email.
Rather than waiting for someone to email you, a much better approach would be to take a look at as much thread as you can and provide some help. Although urgency varies, most of what I've read here are pressing enough for your attention. After all, this is people's money we're talking about and users most likely resort to platforms like this because the main support isn't responding/working for them which I think is an enough reason for you guys to take a look, there is definitely a desperation mixed in. In any case, it's good that blockchain.com is slowly trying to establish their presence in the forum.

The main problem is not in HitBTC exchange but scam cryptocurrencies that HitBTC listed. Many people register with it due to insane rises in a particular shitcoin, so the person tries to register on the platform to achieve quick profits.
That's also on hitbtc for listing whatever coin that makes them profit hence, both parties are accountable. From what I've seen tho, it's is usually account related problems like frozen funds, KYC not being accepted, asking for way too much documents etc.... like what the barrage of complaints in their subreddit says rn ( https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/). and that's also on hitbtc for not having the capacity to accommodate the surge of users which they should've expected and for their shady practices If anyone has time you can report hitbtc to CMC too with their subreddit/BCT threads and account as proof--preferably recent. If they have received enough reports, maybe we could see a warning sign like what they did to Extstock. The problem is we might need more amount than usual as I think they are a lot more lax to established exchanges.

I had expected scummy answers but this one looks viable. If you perhaps have a money stuck there @op, you can try this. It is basically just turning your funds into a redeemable code and having a gate.io user buy it from you. But considering that the thread is 2 years old, they may not be allowing code withdrawals from an unverified account anymore so keep that in mind. But trying won't hurt! if you succeed, you pay 0 fee and you can redeem the code for yourself, tutorial: What is gate.io code, how can I use it? When transacting with a buyer make sure to use an escrow ( escrow list) to minimize the chances of getting scammed.

I did not see an official response from Bithumb to the fate of the blocked accounts, but messages began to appear in their telegram channel, at least what I came across, of such content(although it can be anything): "Hi everyone - I think I'm blocked from my account. After receiving the error message “login error, please contact us”, I contacted the support service, but so far without success. It's been over 12 hours. Any advice?" https://t.me/bithumbglobal_EN/383600I'm afraid that's unrelated as that's from bithumb global which is managed by a diff corporation (treat it like binance and binance.US) therefore what you see in their telegram are mostly outside of bithumb south korea. @hopenotlate, I'd drop the interest as they have been hacked a lot of times and I don't see any worth in joining there if you're not entering the KRW markets which most likely would require you to verify.

Did someone ever order a miner from this Hong Kong based website? How was your experience?
Not me but the negative reviews from cryptocompare looks real ( https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/miner-bros/). If you wanna go further, you can try to get in touch with them, ask for proofs, make them to write it here or something. The reason why is they don't follow the patterns of the fake positive reviews there. Take a look and and they are either a combination of first name+last name or first name+last name+numbers and all their pictures are blurred. Now that can't be just a huge coincidence.
