2702  Economy / Lending / Re: Locked keys in car, between jobs, need 1 Btc fast, pay 10% interest. on: January 30, 2014, 11:10:43 PM
Bought it used, no spare. Didn't have the fore thought to fix that before it was too late. Will be my first stop...

That's unlucky but won't a locksmith refuse to open the car because you can't confirm you own the car?

Yes and the call would cost under $100 here.
2703  Other / Off-topic / Re: water heater keeps shutting off on: January 30, 2014, 05:17:15 AM
How long do the elements usually last, we replaced them about 8 months ago.  Will check valve tomorrow when I get home.

Usually for years but if deposits start building up, it won't take long to have a problem.
2704  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] positive trust for BTC 0.002 on: January 30, 2014, 04:26:16 AM
I currently have negative trust because of some troll who downmodded me without cause. If all my deals had been trusted rightly I would have 2 positives and one negative. I could only get one of the sellers who had a positive experience with me to leave positive trust. The only true negative being because I lacked liquidity at the moment, which I'm sorry for.

I shouldn't be held accountable because some moron called Hollowinfinity left a negative trust message "FUCK OYU SCAMMER! EAT MY SHITSTAINED PIZZA AND SUCK ON MY COCA COLA COCK!". Checkout his trust, he was downmodded severely. The moderators of this forum allow this kind of trust to stand and they won't remove it. AFAIK there is no rule that you can't sell positive trust for BTC.

So I will pay BTC 0.002 to the first person who leaves positive trust on my account. I don't care what you write as long as it is positive. Leave your Bitcoin address. It's easy money, more than $1.5 worth of BTC for only a few seconds effort. Remember: only the first person to leave positive trust will be paid.

If you decide to troll me with negative trust or withdraw positive trust after payment I *WILL* leave negative trust on your account. If someone uses it against me at least I can show what a phony system it is.

Dank?
2706  Other / Off-topic / Re: water heater keeps shutting off on: January 30, 2014, 02:41:15 AM
Definitely have to keep the temp up.  I like it on the hot side.  have it at 135 which seems reasonable.  Anything less and the hot water doesn't last as long.  Plus we have horrible hard water where im at for now and need the extra temps for the dishwasher and washing machine.  Will check the valve

Hard water? Look at the elements. If they get build up they will trip the breaker.
2707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I overclock shaders in radeon?Does it improve mining? on: January 29, 2014, 10:24:34 PM
Can I overclock shaders in radeon? Does it improve mining?

What else can I overclock apart from Core and Memory?

How do i know if same radeon but different brand (like Sapphire) overclocks better?

Search is your friend. Give it a try.
2708  Economy / Lending / Re: .35BTC Loan for GPUs 10% interest on: January 29, 2014, 09:35:49 PM
I'd cover the loan if I had the funds and was not currently in a loan myself.  Sorry man, and best of luck.

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words. Good luck with your loan.

If your repay time frame was 1-2 weeks, I could help but am not looking for anything longer than that.
I do wish you good luck.

2710  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED on: January 29, 2014, 01:55:26 PM
Not to take sides either but if you have to spend days, weeks, etc. trying to get a refund and only when the AG was included did a forced refund occur, I would still suspect a scammy type company.
Now, this still has many questions remaining such as how long did you wait between customer service complaints, were you aware the time frame of the start up, delivery schedules and a few more.
People are very impatient and is seen all over this forum. This impatience overrides any common sense and causes quite a few heated threads being made. Add scammers to the equation and it's made even worse.
2711  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] OpenRigs.com - Aluminium Frames for Mining Rigs on: January 28, 2014, 10:26:43 PM
I've got a Black Friday order still awaiting delivery. Waiting over two months for a product and people here are so relaxed about it - it's truly bizarre. What are you guys smoking?

Ask for a refund and consider better shipping options in the future.

Eh, what am I going to do about it?  Call up the cargo ship and tell them to hurry the hell up?

I had a Black Friday order, too.  I chose the shipping method, Openrigs made the product and shipped it with the method I paid for... should I start raising hell because I didn't realize that it would take longer than I thought?  I guess I could, but it does not solve anything at all.

Openrigs has done nothing besides what I agreed to, and Fluffy's customer service is outstanding.  I couldn't be happier with the way he has handled things.  The South African Post Office on the other hand... whew they are substandard to say the least!

I'd have paid extra for shipping if I knew it would take this long.  Lesson learned.

Exactly. I am also waiting for my order.

Wasn't a "need" order for me.  More of an impulse buy.  I may be impatient, but the wait isn't really hampering me any.  With the use of paypal and a CC, I can dispute any time, so I'm not really worried about fraud either.

I know not everybody is like that, but just what I'm smoking.

Needing a 2 BTC loan for 30 days.
Contact me with interest rate and terms.
Thanks,

Collateral will be required. What are you offering?
2713  Economy / Lending / Re: [Loaning 1 BTC] Hello there community on: January 28, 2014, 04:38:01 PM
From what I see you get 3.633 MEC per day@ 124 KH/s = $1.04 or less USD per day. Did you Photoshop?

Haha. No. I didn't photoshop. I print screened that and put it in paint then uploaded the picture to a image uploading site. Plus i dont even know how to use photoshop. So isn't 1 mec coin worth around 20 usd? That's what my friend told me atleast and that's the pool static for my miner and how much it makes each day which is 76 USD right since it says that amount.

No. $1.04 USD per day before electricity costs.
Go to www.coinwarez.com and put in your hash, scroll waaaaay down.

I'm not sure if you are mislead or are intentionally using false information.  A R9 280x in NO WAY will produce $800 a day.

Maybe we've been doing it all wrong!  Shocked
2716  Other / Meta / Re: Hostility on the Forum on: January 28, 2014, 03:16:14 PM
I think it might actually be as who is doing the trolling here  Grin.

There are no trolls on this forum. The forum rules state quite clearly it is forbidden to troll.

It's true, I've read the forum rules.  Cool
2717  Other / Meta / Re: Hostility on the Forum on: January 27, 2014, 05:08:33 PM
The forum seems to be a breeding ground for bad blood. Why are there so many heated exchanges and aggressive behaviour prevalent on these forums? And why is it the hardware reps are so unprofessional and start shitfights in other hardware reps' threads?

Seems like an awful amount of people here with chips on their shoulders...

Not to mention the different miner devs starting shitfights in each others' threads...

Disagreements about topics that people have a financial stake in creates conflict. If you have a huge amount of money in some new risky stock, and everyone is telling you that the company is a scam and is going to disappear, you are going to get defensive.

To add: Many are also incredibly thin skinned, easily offended.
2718  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a 0.34BTC loan on: January 27, 2014, 04:33:44 PM
Brand new account, and both(lol) of your posts are asking for money in some form.

This is the only post i asked for a loan (or in your words, "some money"). But ok. Also, i can provide whoever is giving this loan, other accounts that link directly back to me. Also, since I intend to start streaming in the future, so the accounts that im going to give them cant really have any "Bad History" on it like for example "scamming", because that would defeat the purpose of me doing it in the 1st place. I didn't want to put it in the main post, because i wanted to actually talk to the person doing the transaction with via skype, or even a PM.

But i forgot there were people like you,  scammers online who just makes it even harder to get an honest thing going by falsely accusing me of asking for money, when the only other post i made, was thanking someone for the information they provided on bitcoins. Anyone can see that by just READING. But i guess we need trolls like you around warnings. Puts a smile on my face from time to time

Till now if you have a mutual trust Paypal is a best option for money transfer ,BUT these fucking scammer take advantage of paypal's loopholes for their profit.

How is the best when people lose money everyday due to scams? I guess some don't think it will happen to them.

Yes lesson learned  ... NOw waiting to see his account banned by mod..
[/b]

Doubtful, not seen anyone banned in a long time.
