No you don't understand I invested early in those and didn't get paid because the owner left with the money; that is very different from not getting paid because you lost the game by being a late depositor
Ponzis are gambling but taking the depositors money is sc.amming
I understand clearly; they are scams, period. You played the fool at least 3 times. If you can't discern between investment, gambling and ponzi, you should let someone else handle all your finances. You gambled, you lost, get over it. Hopefully you learned something. You should get a negative rating for enabling these schemes. WTH is with this: sc.amming Is your "." button stuck to your "c" key?

You bit into these ponzi schemes 3 times, hook, line and sinker. You sang their praises, had thoughts of getting rich quick but when your number didn't come up, you scream foul? You willingly gambled at least 3 times and lost. Deal with it. These were clearly labeled PONZI. Greed bit your ass hard. BIT4MAX .COM-150% Ponzi Return-Instant PAYOUT - Every 10 minutes. Small update. Transaction on purchasing the video cards went through without issue. I am working on getting them setup and rented out to fulfill repayment of these loans. Sadly .15BTC is stuck on CoinEx right now, and my account is not allowing me to login. I have a ticket open, so I will see what happens in that regard. I still anticipate being able to repay the loan on time, but I thought I should give that heads up. UPDATE: Issue resolved with CoinEx. Awesome! Thanks for the straight forward update! You're welcome. I tend to appreciate updates when furnishing loans, so I thought I might as well do the same in this case. Can you confirm this is the address for repayment? 1BNdPfB5wWMFYhvFB7zgn4DJo2GxXDjLDR Confirmed. Record of transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx-index/fd28f3eb998373f315ab0e0a7c9980f8e4a54073fca1f3cfc841e4e08c59fad4Repayment sent. That was quick!! Confirming I've gotten it! Of course, thank you for the loan. @KWH, I am aiming to have your loan paid back a few days early [18th possibly], although I'm not positive yet. @BTC-Talk, I would like to pursue another loan soon after I repay KWH. The loan would be for similar purposes as my past four loans here, further expansion of Scrypt mining operations. It will be for the purchase of ten Gridseed miners, raising my total hashrate to an estimated 15,500kh/s-16,000kh/s. My current hashrate is 12,000kh/s, which insures repayment of loans. Sounds good.

Why did you make another post?

I had an open loan @ BTCJam for BTC1 @ 6% over 180 days. I funded the loan when it got to 70% thinking it would still be open for investments(obviously not)
This makes me short the BTC for my mining goals, oops : P So, I put up a refresh loan for BTC.75, which would make the total higher then BTC1 but I had low balled the amount needed the first time.
Obviously it brought my credit down to a C, so the new loan is less seen among other things. I was hoping it might get seen a bit more this way. I only lurk here, so it would be the best to assess me on BTCjam stats which is under the same alias "dairymaid".
This might be an odd looking loan request, but hopefully not too odd. Thanks for giving this a read or possibly investing!
DM
What are you putting up for collateral?

In each of them I have verified account, shipping immediately and I sell from about 0.1 $ 60 (depends on the market price) Any questions please send email to: michfallas567@yahoo.com Or if you want to talk faster add me my skype: michfallas567 Note * All my accounts have my full real name just so that I can add to my personal facebook so they can check data. A huge greeting and any questions to serve. And yet, somehow, there are NO negative ratings. Amazing.

I didn't realize it was "easier" to make money - I decided that I wanted no part in illegal activity. I was homeless at the time, I just recently (as of last week) got in to a shelter and now have computer access.
I am a web developer by trade and all work will be done under legal contract.
A contract will be created to protect the buyer to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction and to protect me to ensure that payment as promised is delivered.
That is the standard model which I operate under and always have. Being paid in Bitcoin makes no difference, a contract is a contract
My trust rating means nothing, I never scammed Microsoft, I abandoned that idea after less than a day, and the "warning" is unfair and not based on any proof that I actually scammed Microsoft, it's based simply on a post I made.
I can provide references from customers whom I have designed websites for locally.
He sees you as untrustworthy and has rated you so based on your own posts. I don't see it as unfair in the least.

The two hours have long been up. Guess you don't need this loan anymore.
P.S If you want to scam us at least put some effort, right now it's so obvious even a baby with 0 IQ wouldn't fall for this.
my escrow - paypal Do you have a form of collateral that can't be charged back? Placed an order https://btcjam.com/listings/1075740% - 7 day satisfied ? Scam listing? Yesterday you said you could repay 1btc in 2 hours. What happened? Why do you still need the 0.6btc? in btcjam no function to put 2 hours ) therefore supplied 7 days there have checked all my documents : passport, DL , address , paypal account , linkid pageWhat I see is your identity is 50% verified. The way you worded it is come off sounding verified. Credit Rating D + Identity verified: 50% Phone verified: yes Social Networks: yes Credit score verified: noPayPal verified: yes Profile Completeness: 50%

You need to get in touch with the person that left the negative. State your case and try to work things out. Even without the negative, IMO, I don't think you have enough Trust built up to offer escrow service. I don't think I would qualify either. In any case, it won't hurt to ask.
I tried to, no response. He's not been online for 4 days, give it some time.

If you can work, why don't you just work and save up for the phone? Nobody is going to trust someone enough to give them a two year loan over here, especially not for a newbie throwaway account that costs you nothing to give up once you get confirmed as a scam. If you are actually legitemate you're more likely to get a loan from the bank than us.
BAnks have higher interest rate, and no, saving up 700£ while working is quite a lot and i would much rather pay £35 a month so no thanks, and dont troll the thread since i havent scammed anyone. Trolling does not equal someone trying to give you suggestions or pointing out the obvious. Just because someone differs in ideas doesn't make them a troll.

A good way to prevent a chargeback via paypal is to tell the user to open a dispute then close it right after , that means the user cannot open it again if he decided to scam and chargeback the payment again Toss in payment via credit card and anything goes. Paypal will NOT lose money. Best way is to avoid Paypal.

Is that the captain of the ship?
I wish! It's just the Minister of Slow Shipments and Customs Delays in the glorious Republic of South Africa, and he's here to answer questions! Can we mail him a letter? Surface mail of course... His preferred communication method is Hand Delivery By Giraffe, with 3 broken legs.

How do you fix negative trust that someone put just cause they dont like you, or the way you do things?
I assume you are referring to me. I have no personal liking or disliking of you, I don't know you. I can only go by your posts and what you state in them. Your Trust post by me has all the information in it and I have answered your emails.
