1863  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BAN fake accounts exposed - admin deleting posts (now locked) on: September 15, 2014, 12:15:04 PM
Is this a confirmed, partial list of the tracking numbers for the giveaways?

1864  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BAN fake accounts exposed - admin deleting posts (now locked) on: September 15, 2014, 03:28:20 AM
Prove it.

When someone posts something like this, usually they are guilty in some sense.

But you need proof.  OP, do you have any proof?

The proof is all in the BAN thread, including the two pics that Phawner uploaded claiming them to be the same miner he "won" - even though they were pictures of two completely different units with completely different labels on them, which was pointed out the very moment he did it. That's if s0br didn't delete them of course, but everything is mirrored. The brand new & fake accounts belonging to the "winners" are also freely viewable......or were, I haven't checked today.....

And you're right about the "prove it" thing too, thanks.

How many of the winners were new accounts?

hey guys i want to buy approximately 24 BTC using paypal.
i will ONLY accept secure form of payments (hoping some guys here can suggest what is considered 'secure').

will pay whatever a BTC is worth at the time.
would "prefer" australian sellers but thats not a 'need'.
(im saying this because i think theres less fees with paypal australia to paypal australia? i might be wrong).

scammers can eat my poop.

at the moment i only use localbitcoins to buy. so this is new and risky territory for me.
if you scam me, i will find you, and i will kill you.

thanks!!
any amount availble i have paypal and need btc
send me msg

are you fucking retarded? i JUST got burned. why the FUCK would i want to trade with another motherfucking noob.

Start an accusation thread, post all information, name the scammer and post all transaction proof. Don't forget to leave the scammer negative Trust.

How I said, the PayPal comes from a very trusted company with 1.000.000+ customers!

And yet, makes no difference.
1869  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: PayPal -------------> Bitcoin on: September 14, 2014, 09:18:52 PM
Hello,

Im looking for somebody who can exchange my PayPal balance to Bitcoin!
The PayPal money will come not directly from my account but from a very trusted company (PM me for more Info)!
Im looking for a long lasting Partnership!

Why am I doing that?

This company sends me money for my work I do for them, but they only send via PayPal and the PayPal limitt is 2500€ at the moment, so i cant not receive more money because I am already at this limitt!

I will pay 10% exchange fee + paypal fee

In case you missed it, this was the first thread in Currency exchange: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0

1871  Economy / Lending / Re: Trying to learn about bitcoins and how to obtain a loan? on: September 14, 2014, 12:23:47 PM
Hello all I am in need of a 75 dollar loan to pay off a bill. I know that I need bitcoins as collateral, can someone help explain to me how I can obtain these bitcoins and what amount would be considered enough to cover that. I am pressed for time and I really don't understand the bitcoin process but I really need the money. Please help with any info that you can. Especially those who have been members for a long time, thank you

What bill do you have that accepts BTC? I'm very interested to know.
1872  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I WANT TO BUY YOUR BITCOINS WITH PAYPAL!!!! on: September 14, 2014, 11:42:32 AM
any body in **SYDNEY**
i'm willing to travel to you or meet you somewhere
(before 6pm during the week, or anytime on the weekend)
and do the hand over in person.
paypal payment will be sent as 'family or friends'
there is no way i can make a paypal claim with this method

and it saves the buyer the 4% fee.

How wrong you are. Don't people read anymore?  Roll Eyes
1873  Economy / Lending / Re: legit loan request on: September 13, 2014, 08:37:46 PM
look i see people getting loans on here scamming people all the time. when someone really needs a loan and willing to pay back they just dont get it. i really need .95btc to get head gasket and water pump for my firebird. im selling it for 15 btc on the forums its my daily driver and i use it to get back and forth to work. anyone who helps me out im more than willing to pay you back within 45 days @ 15% interest. please consider helping someone who really needs it my addy is below thanks: 1p1QhSXUWaN9YeJwzWdW3KuURBL7741Kr

Sure we get it. Scan over the Scam accusation threads and then tell us we don't get it. Your story is nothing new nor unique. If you could somehow place a sub story in the request such as you were hit by a bus while exiting church on a Sunday morning while rollerblading...........
You may be totally legit but asking someone to trust you, a complete stranger with nearly 1 BTC and without collateral, is a lot to ask.
1874  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS 0.7BTC for 320 Paypal on: September 13, 2014, 08:27:44 PM
I'll pay an escrow to do this.. Devthedev?

Escrow will not keep a charge back from occurring.
1875  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to Buy .5 bitcoin - paypal on: September 13, 2014, 08:21:43 PM
Skype me @epicsigmaker

I can pay for escrow fees

Escrow offers no protection anyone when using Paypal.
1876  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC for PP on: September 13, 2014, 01:54:25 PM
You will not going to find anyone, because selling BTC with PP very risky.
Your account also very new, I really believe there is any seller who will sell you with PP.

Sent as a gift? Really? Do I need to post more to prove I won't rip someone off? My activity too low to be trusted even if I send it as a gift and I went first? Lets not shit on this thread so fast, geez, go troll somewhere else

Sending as a gift can also be easily reversed. There are many reasons that BTC and Paypal just don't mix.
1877  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Papalegba trade on: September 12, 2014, 12:38:30 PM
Investigation on what ? ........

He did send the money as gift or service so money is gone period .

Not always. It can be recovered in cases of fraud or from a like complaint if a CC was used. Happens all the time.

requesting .75btc loan to replace dead waterpump and headgasket .95 repaid in 45 days time: 1p1QhSXUWaN9YeJwzWdW3KuURBL7741Kr

Are you doing the repairs yourself? That's quite cheap for the amount of work involved.
If you are so careless with your own money, how will you guarantee others coin?
1879  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] 1 Bitcoin for Paypal on: September 11, 2014, 12:00:40 PM
any particular requirements from your side on buyers rank and trust?
No.
I want to use escrow. I don't care if a newbie wants to help.

Exactly what good will escrow do?

s1lverbox 0: -0 / +0(0)    2014-09-08   0.01000000      OP lend from me BTC, and as promised bitcoins was returned and everything went as planned.

Frequent small loans/repayment seems to point to a long con. Not saying you are doing this but it fits a pattern and is suspicious.

Thank you for ur interest @KWH. Actually i m trying to loan more but ppl r not interested in. So i m accepting the amount they offer. What's the best way to get a good profile? Any recommendations please. Thank you.

Help out in the community, buy/sell/trade with trusted people. It takes time to get a good reputation, it won't happen with a few small loans nor will it happen overnight.
