Please note the transaction you have made is accepted. We cannot cancel accepted
transactions.

BUT how i can accepted it wen my acc was locked.!!!

Neteller is good payment processor.
There is not chargeback or dispute like paypal.

Not so sure. Some ambiguity in play here:

8. Chargebacks

8.1 If you purchase electronic money using your credit card or through your bank account and then authorize a payment of those funds to a Merchant or another Member, you will not charge back, cancel or de-authorize the credit card or bank account charge.

8.2 Without limiting Our rights or remedies, if you do charge back, cancel or de-authorize your credit card or bank account charge in such circumstances, you are responsible for refunding the payment. We may, at Our discretion, recover the amount by reducing your Account balance, re-charging your credit card or bank account for the amount or otherwise collecting such amount from you.

From past experiences, if a credit card is in play, then so are charge backs.

any moderator stop this scammer?

It's not up to the Moderator but the individual judgement. Also, look at how many leave Trust, where are they? Where are the accusations in the Scam section with proof of the scam?
2503  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] PP [N] BTC on: February 26, 2014, 06:42:50 AM

Yes, opened a dispute :S

Open a thread in Scammer section with proof. I can't believe you took the PP bait.

Edit: You also need to leave appropriate feedback.

2505  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be aware! ManInIron is a scammer! Don't buy any codes from him! on: February 25, 2014, 03:21:07 PM
Fellow Bitcointalk users, Don't trade with ManInIron, he is a complete scammer.

Even with escrow, as he sends the codes to the escrow agent instead of you.
So you won't have any chance, to check if the codes are genuine.

So when using escrow to buy codes, always check if the codes are real, before releasing any funds!

Have fun and good luck on the forums!

He was flagged in 02/09/2014 for suspicious behavior, did you not read his Trust?
2506  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB 1 Bitcoin on: February 25, 2014, 02:36:48 PM
What payment option would you suggest for me? Or which one do you consider the best?

I just listed the ones I would be able to use right now.

I won't recommend one for various reasons but you can read up on things here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
2507  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB 1 Bitcoin on: February 25, 2014, 02:29:57 PM
Hello

I would like to buy 1 Bitcoin. Since I am new, I am looking for a trusted seller or do this with a middleman/escrow.

I can pay with: Paypal, skrill or bank transfer (European acc).

I would prefer for you to go first, but if not, then we should do this with a middleman/escrow.

In light that you are new, you may want to reconsider using Paypal for this.
2508  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: looking to buy 20-25 btc through paypal on: February 25, 2014, 12:47:11 PM
looking to buy 20-25 usd of bitcoin through paypal.  I'm going to coinstar now to fill my account.  I will go first as long as you have good history.

You may want to read up on Paypal/BTC purchases first.
2509  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking 10-15 BTC loan, will pay back principal + 10% WITHIN 100 days on: February 25, 2014, 07:09:26 AM
I am seeking a loan for hedging purposes. I have been an active trader and general bitcoin enthusiast for a little more than 2 years now.

The funds will be used to hedge against a position that I currently am holding at Bitfinex. They will not be spent, or otherwise transferred, for any other purposes. Either my position makes profit, and the loan and interest can be repaid in full, or my position makes losses and the hedge will profit to cover the interest.

I do not currently own altcoin for collateral, but I can provide proof of ownership of a vehicle worth approximately $3500 as well as various household electronics (flat screen HDTV, gaming consoles, and desktop and laptop computers) worth approximately $4000.

Again, the funds will not be spent or transferred from the Bitfinex account, only used to hedge, therefore the risk of loss is very small.

I am very active on the speculation subforum and have done business with the following users, in which they paid in advance for price analysis reports and other market observations around the sum of 3 BTC without issue:

dandirk
hubbabubbabaker
PYaEe
bitly
karmic
wobber
ruski
TheRenix
bitrider
iron77
hybrid
Frozenlock
michaelGedi

I am willing to comply with any requests for personal documentation.

Since times of high price volatility are also times of large profitability for traders, I hope there is an investor who will help me reduce the risk in my position in return for mutual profits.

Also, I have not attempted to procure a loan from this subforum before, so please let me know what steps I can take to further adhere to the various precedents regarding this practice. I believe that the agreement I have outlined above is a fair offer that provides mutual benefit for both parties.

That's a lot of coin to ask for with basically no collateral. Unless you're signing your car over as well as sending the other items to the lender or escrow agent before the loan is complete?

2510  Economy / Lending / Re: 2 BTC Loan With all documents on: February 23, 2014, 01:24:32 PM
if i ask for smal loan like .5 then

If it's covered with collateral you may get it.
2511  Other / Meta / Re: LOOK what Butterfly Labs/ Josh / Inaba left on a customers (my) Trusted feedback on: February 23, 2014, 01:13:01 PM
Inaba -222: -6 / +8

Kinda says it all doesn't it?
2512  Economy / Lending / Re: 2 BTC Loan With all documents on: February 23, 2014, 01:09:28 PM
is there anyone who will provide me loan

Probably not, you need collateral equal to the requested loan. ID and such are pretty worthless.
2513  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking loan for help with school/car: HAS COLLATERAL on: February 23, 2014, 04:00:28 AM
What kind of information would you like? I would prefer to only give all of my information to serious investors, as I can't exactly ever get it back.

Thank you.

Your best bet is to liquidate all you can, pay your bills and move on with life. You should be able to set up a payment arrangement that all can agree on.

My University isn't exactly into the idea of collateral, and having a lot of outstanding school loans doesn't make the bank any more willing. Selling that kind of stuff to the people around me is difficult, as mining tends to be a bit of a niche market (the further south I've gone, the worse it's gotten).

I appreciate your input.

See the Goods section here and sell.

Anyone actually receive an item and post a picture of it with valid proof of purchase?

In before self-mod delete.

You either can't read, won't read or are too lazy to read. Which is it?

Read the whole thread, can you point me to a customer who has received their order?  Thanks

Have you tried the first thread?

2519  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: BTC Car/Land Loan.. need help on: February 22, 2014, 04:42:58 AM
The more i read the lending forums, the more i see that this isnt the place for the type/magnitude of loan i seek. ive made decent recovery since my hack; being all btc this made me indigent for a moment. the depressed price of bitcoin atm is not helping the situation.

with that being said, i think id rather suffer a little more hardship temporarily or sell off assets than be indebted to some of the characters here. there is little goodwill in this place.

thanks for the information everyone has contributed; i appreciate the input.

ive decided that a loan is not the route for me. this thread can be locked by a moderator.

You can lock it yourself, look at the bottom.
2520  Economy / Lending / Re: Shot in the dark, need 1BTC loan against my tax refund. on: February 22, 2014, 04:34:31 AM
Newbie and I know this probably isn't going to work but figured I'd try.  My taxes were filed yesterday and I'm getting $4400 back, can verify this with my SSN which I can provide to reputable lenders only, no screenshots, you can take a look for yourself on the 'Where's my Refund' IRS site.  Three week max loan, can pay 100% vig at today's price.  Thank you in advance.

Proof YOU have money coming doesn't mean anything to the lender. How is the loan secured? I know, it isn't.
