At this point one should presume all newbies attempting to sell any sort of gift cards/codes to automatically be scammers.

I'm new to this forum and I'm loaning this out so I can get some extra money back as well as a bit reputation / trust.
Loaning period will span no more then 1 month, perhaps 2.
If you think it's better for me not to loan any money, tell me.

So, you're actually trying to purchase reputation and Trust via a loan? This could possibly get you flagged. Rather, I'm trying to make some money back by loaning out to people, and yes. In a way I'm trying to earn trust that way, by no means purchasing, It's up to the loaner to give me trust / rep or not. I will let the loaner decide the loaning period and the intrest, however, I will have to agree with it. I suggest you remove that part from your OP. It makes you look a bit shady. |

my brother was scammed, i was wrongly accused of lies and fabricated evidence
my account is marked as untrusted
scammer is still at default trust and is denying to fairly resolve evil he did
As has been stated many times, your brother needs to be doing this, not you. Posting all over the forum with the same accusations that have been answered many times is not helping you or him. By not providing shipping information, ignoring the auction thread for the items in question, the continued copy/paste of your accusations and the total blase attitude of your brother about this matter looks oddly suspicious. |

That seems kinda retarded..... Or is it just me...
3-4 BTC order, I would be checking the order details and shipping progress daily for fear of a mistake on my part. I would want the order ASAP so I could maximize any profits. Doesn't seem to be the case here. Only a full refund is being sought once the equipment is now of low value. The original buyer can't be bothered with it so it falls to the brother to pursue. *shrugs* |

Guys, i was away and i did not know what happened, I opened this scam accusation against this scammer "deathman" and i got the -ve feedback at the end? I did not deny that i bought from him before and he was so legit but this time has scammed me and scammed all my customers. and also i deleted my feedbacks against "depokate" : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=363713 , he sold me a lot of AGCs before and now he started to scam everyone on here. so I don't deserve this negative feedback since i have a lot of +ve feedbacks and i did not make any problem with any deal i did on here. i agree as on this but you as reseller should know that there is always a risk i hope it can be fixed somehow I am trying man to do my best and to reach this guy "deathman" but with no good. I hope that he can refund the money so i can payback to my buyers. You sold a product that was bought in good faith to be legit. Regardless if you get anything back from the person you claim to have bought from, you are responsible for all refunds due to charge backs, non working codes, etc. You need to make things right with your buyers. |
