1741  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a Loan on: October 24, 2014, 02:18:24 PM
So, im looking for a small Loan,

I need: 0.2 BTC
How Long?: 5-6 Days
Intrest: 5-10% max

PM me if you need anything, i will answear ASAP!

How are you securing this loan request?

How do you want me to secure it ? Tongue

Go here and read the top 4 threads. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0

If you dont trust me, then dont deal with me, i have my Own Method to make more coins out of 0.15-0.2 BTC, but i needed to exchange all my coins to Bank, cause of private things.

YOU are asking for a loan. A few post newbie with NO identity, proof of identity nor proof of ability to repay. In other words: No credibility. I don't give a rats ass what you use it for as long as you can secure the loan. If you were so good at "making more coins" you wouldn't be asking for a loan. All this secrecy in PM and messenger crap is BS. If you want a loan, provide adequate collateral, if not be gone.

1745  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: PayPal to Bitcoin at BuyBitcoin123.com + Western Union, Bank Wire on: October 23, 2014, 01:55:51 PM
Again uninformed stupid offender or just a competitor... the other account was from a colleague who never had a deal on this forum and received false feedbacks - check: Tomatocage 43: -1 / +26(26)   2014-05-09   0.00000000   Reference   Well known domain scammer. See link.
KWH 3: -0 / +4(4)   2014-05-09   0.00000000   Reference   Newbie lender gets panties in wad over warnings to use escrow. Be careful in your dealings, use escrow.

There is no feedback / trust about any deal whatsoever !!! JUST FAKE FEEDBACK STATEMENTS! And what about domains? This Tomatocage is a regular stupid offender and I ask him to SHOW ANY PROOF ABOUT HIS FAKE FEEDBACKS !!! The smart members gather information first then post !

THIS FEEDBACK SYSTEM MUST IMPROVE. ONLY MEMBERS WHO HAD A DEAL SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAVE A FEEDBACK !!!

P.S. With all the respect to the loyal and benefiting the Bitcoin community members of this forum!

Member quality must improve and scamming low life's need to disappear.
You out yourself by adamantly refusing to use escrow, only a scammer would object to that.
1746  Economy / Lending / Re: [ BTCJam list ] Need loan, C- on: October 23, 2014, 01:42:13 PM

What collateral are you securing this loan with?
1747  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain technologies Limited is now a disappointment on: October 23, 2014, 01:30:29 PM
Bitmain was my favorite company, until they start acting like don't care about  customers.
i had a lot of post in that i said that Bitmain is the best company on the market, and i think it was, and now they start acting like they don t care, they made a lots of money and now they customer does not matter anymore.
Sorry to say but Bitmain technologies Limited got from a trusted company, to a low level, and i think not much people will trust them anymore.
so go ahead and ask people like 150 $ per unit for shipping and the unit cost 198 $(and ohh...customers need to pay custom taxes too), nice try, they will get the investment in antoher life maybe.
so good luck with your new business plan.

So you think they should pay for your shipping AND taxes? Should they also just send you one for free AND pay YOU $100?  Roll Eyes
not at all, they never pay custom taxes, and btw i buy i lot of units from them, and btw they never posted on the site that shpping cost will be added

Since you buy units you should already know the shipping costs. What are you complaining about? Taxes, complain to your government. Don't want to pay for shipping, don't order. If the market won't bear their pricing, they will lower prices once purchasing falls.

1749  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Limited hashing power to eliminate industrial mining. on: October 23, 2014, 02:15:12 AM
The Core Devs could release a Bitcoin Core that utilised CPU only cryptography, the Big Asic mining farms would be destroyed of course, Pools wouldn't lose out, there'd be some disruption at first, but the network would quickly alter the difficulty before things settled down,  but it would put Bitcoin mining back into the hands of the little guy.

Until the huge CPU farms come online and this would also push forward newer technology. Then what? Ban CPU mining? What after that? Slide rule mining? Once all the geeks jump online with those slide rules will you ask to ban that?
1750  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC for PayPal on: October 22, 2014, 03:08:15 PM

1752  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services on: October 22, 2014, 02:33:02 AM
Be careful and accept paypal only with an escrow and sent as a gift or family.

And this will only give someone a false sense of security. In reality, this will protect nothing and has been proven time and time again.
People should simply use escrow & also send as gift and leave a note like "Happy birthday" . low low change of chargeback possibility Grin
btw , how Paysafecard can be unsafe ? It's just a code , you write it . and GG . it cannot be reversible , right?

So this guy is going around threatening to dox random people in  threads that has nothing to do with him. In fact, he already doxed KWH in public.

What's the deal with this troll?

Admins, why hasn't this guy been banned and all his posts deleted?

Seriously?

DOXING has been the norm for quite awhile now. The "person" you quoted has done the same thing to several members here and he always adds "extras".
Posts rarely get deleted.

Admins, y u no finish him
:c
just ban him already

Only takes 3 minutes to make a new account so there is really no point.

1757  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: need 0.3 btc for pp on: October 20, 2014, 12:15:08 PM
Even if you send as Family and Friends you can always chargeback.
you're wrong, if send as friends you can't open dispute to claim, and even the payment is usually is very hard to chargeback cuz
Quote
Payments for intangibles, services, licences and other digital content are not protected.

You can still open an unauthorized transaction claim, or send the funds from a stolen paypal.
so even if the, you think is easy way to chargeback? PayPal will not investigation, but instant return money without proof?
I do not think so

Example: If a stolen credit card was used, the actual owner reports this and they charge back to Paypal. Paypal will NOT lose money so they pass it on to the scammed person. You are better off using another form of payment. Too many have been scammed with Paypal and credit cards.
1758  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MOD ABUSING THE TRUST RATING SYSTEM IN GMAXWELL on: October 20, 2014, 11:46:01 AM
Just an update on this thread the matter is in the hands of lawyers as Gmaxwell has chosen to not try to resolve the matter and also explain to us all why he been abusing other members on this forum with countless FAKE IDS etc....    The lawyer that has looked close at the matter and all the posts etc and the many fine examples of this MOD actions on this forum in these FAKE IDS that can be linked together quite clearly is looking froward to going this MOD and this forum...

Have a nice day this is the last time I will be making a comment re this matter as it NOW in the hands of lawyers and legal action is under way Smiley Against the MOD in question as well as a number of P2 users.

Also a tip to the others in this thread trying to justify the actions of the MOD in question YOU MAY WANT to do some research before posting any further on the matter as a friendly tip....    As it been all one way traffic from the MOD and the P2 users and has been for months on countless posts and the abuse threats of violence etc they have been throwing around at other members of this forum not only related to myself or the BAN pool.   But also other pools and users and business etc....

Well at least you still have your dignity (sarcasm).

This statement takes away any credibility to your claim. I have quoted the negative trust that he gave you below (I added the bold):
Quote
This user has been attacking people for posting honest concerns about what appears to be a pretty obvious scam; as well as disrupting conversations with offtopic ranting. He seems to be very unreliable. I'm not sure if it's confusion, trolling, or what. But I consider them untrustworthy.
Your most likely claim would be that he is slandering you by leaving this negative trust. In order to prove a slander case you would need to prove that what he said did damage to your reputation, caused you financial harm and is untrue.

I think it is undisputed that the negative trust does damage to your reputation. He would also not dispute that it has done you financial harm as you have lost your ability to scam (for the most part). The remaining question is to determine if his statement is untrue.

This leaves only one part for you to prove, the question of is his statement true. I bolded the fact that he says that he does not trust you. So in order for you to have a valid slander case against him you would need to prove that he does in fact trust you. Are you able to prove this?

Take NOTE of the BOLD section the launch of legal action is re abuse threats of violence etc they have been throwing around at other members of this forum not only related to myself or the BAN pool also to do with the parts highlighted IN the comment left be MAXWELL which are bot baseless and false .   But also other pools and users and business etc....  BY the mod in question under fake ids and also the actions of a few P2 users    I can not comment much more on this at the moment

Also it would be on him to prove "I think it is undisputed that the negative trust does damage to your reputation. He would also not dispute that it has done you financial harm as you have lost your ability to scam (for the most part). The remaining question is to determine if his statement is untrue. "

Again take note of the BOLD section there is no way for him to prove this as I have never scammed ANYONE or even done a trade here on this forum etc of this is down outright slender which can be prove quite easy from my side BUT he would NOT be able to disprove

AS put earlier in this thread GMAXWELL IS ALSO USING FAKE IDS to attack other pools, users and making downright false claims left right and centre WHICH we can prove there a very strong against this mod and his actions and the day coming where himself and a few of the others that having been carrying out these action are in for a rude wake up call Smiley Smiley

Oooops, I guess your lawyer will be pissed you broke your word, ignored his advice and posted. Maybe you better call Sol?  Roll Eyes

No, you are wrong. Why do you think people avoid Paypal like the plague? Toss in a stolen/hacked account and or credit card and a "fraud" accusation and Paypal will issue a charge back.

First of all, I know Im a newbie so don't go crazy on me for wanting to go through paypal. My paypal has a verified ID, address, and SSN but I don't have a bank account so I think it still shows up unverified. I can provide to my seller photo proof of my identity or photo proof of anything they may need(I've never bought btc before). Like the title says my budget is 57 bucks, thats all I got in my account and im looking for the best deal, and the dealer MUST be trusted within the community, no matter how hypocritical that may sound.

My name's Dante, and Im ready to earn the trust of the community, Im looking to be a permanent consistent customer Smiley

PS, Feel free to flame on me for being a newb, just take it easy, Im here to do business just like the rest of yall so lets talk MONEY

No flame intended but a new user wanting to use Paypal (easily reversible) to purchase BTC would not be the wisest move to make.
