@MrBrightside11
Not sure how I missed your platform even though I regularly visit this board; Regardless of that, I did enjoy the Arcade section [brought back a lot of good memories] and I'd suggest adding more games + a slightly lesser fee for Pacman Smiley
- It'd be great to also have a light mode version since everything is quite dark at the moment.

2842  Economy / Services / Re: Influencer Marketing Agency & Paid Media for crypto projects on: May 02, 2021, 07:36:56 AM
I'm the owner of Traffic Hub marketing agency. We have been worked with crypto projects since 2017.
And yet this is the first time that I'm hearing about your so-called marketing agency and looks like it didn't even exist until late 2019!

Domain Name: traffic-hub.io
Creation Date: 2019-09-16T13:29:29Z

For the past several years we successfully launched advertising for crypto projects including exchange, ico, ido, nft marketplaces, games and lots of other products.
Proof?
- In addition to that, you might want to add some confirmations for the "listed partners [archived]" on your so-called marketing agency [I checked some of them at random and had no luck in finding it].

AFAICT, you've ripped off from "audiencly".
- Plagiarized content is from their homepage and the middle part of "this" page.

2843  Economy / Goods / Re: Amazing classic & sports car collection for sale, for Bitcoin on: May 02, 2021, 05:55:29 AM
Collection is worth severa million,
If you're selling each one of those individually, I'd suggest listing their prices separately. Are you accepting escrows for those?

serious requests only.
You'll only get serious offers when you've proven to potential buyers that you own the above-mentioned cars; You can do it by adding pictures of those cars [in background] while showing your handwritten forum name and the date on a piece of paper.
2844  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The trxcoin website. on: May 01, 2021, 04:45:18 PM
Yes, it's just a platform that's meant to scam anyone that tries to deposit funds with the hopes of getting it back in x2 [popular tactic among scammers].
- Archived.

Stay away from such platforms; I'm quite sure there are a few other active platforms with such a strategy.
2845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: GlobalSocialNetwork on: May 01, 2021, 06:20:50 AM
The main idea is to create a reputation for rating any product and service. The platform community will vote and create these ratings.
Such platforms always have a high potential for abuse; How are you planning to combat such issues in the first place?
- I'm by no means an expert but a lot of other platforms failed at achieving it [most tend to just come up with a workaround of some sort and that's not a solution].
2846  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is www.strongutech.com legit or SCAM? on: May 01, 2021, 05:29:59 AM
If you google "StrongU miner" the scam website will show on the top of the list, the scammers have better SEO skills than the original company I suppose.
I got a slightly different result [screenshot] but it's still quite close Shocked

I think it'll be better if this thread was moved to the "Scam Accusations" board instead.

Domain Name: strongutech.com

All of us should also report it to their registrar [Namecheap]: Submit a ticket > Abuse Reports
2847  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Attention] Hotbit shutdown all service for 7 days because of cyber attack on: May 01, 2021, 04:16:01 AM
@Imran232
Thanks for the warning and looks like the scammer in question got really frustrated at his/her own failed attempts Cheesy

2. The attacker maliciously deleted the user database after failing to obtain assets.

Is this a big exchange like Binance and others? I hope it's not.
I'm not sure how many users those popular exchanges have but in the above link, they claimed to have around "2 million registered users", so I'd consider it a significant amount.

Not sure why they chose to expose their new hot & cold wallets on Twitter...
2848  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Miner-house.com Review For Scamming Website Stay Away on: April 30, 2021, 04:25:31 PM
Hello guys, I want to report the next scamming website which is Miner-house.com ( https://miner-house.com/ )
Nice catch, but since you forgot to archive their homepage, I did it instead [archived].

  • In addition to your findings:
    • They seem to have a few FB reviews/ratings prior to the creation date of their first platform.
    • Their "Why Us? [screenshot]" section was taken from a strange-looking "website [screenshot]".
2849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Communities on: April 30, 2021, 01:37:50 PM
Have you heard of similar Bitcoin communities? Share them here. These small communities would serve as a sort of a case study for Bitcoin's viability.
I did some digging and I think I might've found one more, but it's on a smaller scale compared to what you've included in your post: Everyone in This Village Now Owns Cryptocurrency

In a small village in Ukraine, all residents are now owners of cryptocurrency, thanks to an initiative by the head of the village council. Cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin and ether, can also be used in the village to purchase items such as eggs, lard, meat, and milk.

Because of the current pandemic, I'm expecting to see more of these smaller towns or villages popping out [due to such limitations] and that shows how important BTCitcoin could be if we try to use it for the right reason/cause.
2850  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I made a YouTube video "HOW TO USE BITCOIN PRIVATELY - 2021" on: April 30, 2021, 11:46:59 AM
Any feedback is much appreciated.
I skimmed through that video [mostly; can't comment on what you said] but I did notice the lack of having a walkthrough/demo [I did saw a few screenshots but those aren't enough] for each of those parts [mentioned also by semobo] and since you're targeting newbies out there or those that are specifically searching for those terms, then you shouldn't limit your video from reaching its full potential [that's its current state at the moment].
- If I were you, I would've divided your video into several parts so it'd be shorter and would've integrated the above line as well.
2851  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: SELLING PREMIUM STREAMER MOBILE LEGENDS ACCOUNT on: April 30, 2021, 09:58:15 AM
Transaction via escrow
Even though that's a good sign, that's also a false sense of security for the buyer since nothing stops you from recovering/retrieving most of the online accounts out there, and your ML account is no exception.

Moving conversations away from this forum is already a red flag in itself.
2852  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you miss VOD poll? on: April 30, 2021, 06:11:37 AM
Do you miss the Bitcointalk user VOD?
Personally, I do [FYI, I'm straight] and on a serious note, I felt an emptiness when frequenting the "Project Development" board [for the past couple of weeks] and it's a shame that it took a thread/poll like this to make me realize that one of our best assets is missing [SMH].

the only complaint I could have would be the unnecessary drama between longtime forum members. Everyone isn't always gonna get along, but the back n forth drama could be handled better.
Amen to that!
2853  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling IPHONE 12 PRO MAX 128GB on: April 29, 2021, 06:01:58 PM
Price 1000$
You might want to mention if you're willing to use one of the escrow providers [except me] for its sale.

I dont know why I cant post pictures here with my username.. ?
You can post pictures but it'll automatically change to links [rank limitation].
- Use imgur > Copy/paste the link that's meant for "BBCode (Forums)".

telegram @urigio
skype live:.cid.3e1722681cf6fd8d
I'd suggest keeping the conversation in here since those apps are a safe haven for scammers.
- I do know there are certain restrictions but it's safer this way.
2854  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptomineshop.com on: April 29, 2021, 03:47:31 PM
I requested the refund and shortly after they sent me to I wondered if anyone had any experience with their website.
You forgot to finish your sentence but unfortunately, I think you've been using a platform that was meant to scam its users...
- They "claimed they've started in 2016 [archived]" but that's not the case.

Domain Name: Cryptomineshop.com
Creation Date: 2020-11-13T06:05:55

  • You made two mistakes:
    • Not doing your own research prior to using a new platform.
    • Purchasing the wrong product.
2855  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Start Dates of Crypto Exchanges on: April 29, 2021, 02:53:54 PM
Hi, is it possible to know the dates when each crypto exchange (Binance, Coinbase,...) started operating?
In addition to BitMaxz's suggestions, you can also refer to the following thread: Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!]

Note:

  • It's outdated [almost a year] so it's probably missing some names.
  • Only some of the launched dates included months as well.

If so, how can I get this information?
Alternatively, you can use something like "Whois Lookup" in order to get their exact creation dates...
- Having said that, creation dates shouldn't be considered always as the exact operation dates.

2856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Phenom Mobile Crypto Application on: April 28, 2021, 08:43:21 AM
Is it profitable?
None of the mobile mining apps out there are profitable by any means; That has been the case for the past few years and on top of that, you risk damaging the components inside your mobile devices [apart from the possible hacks and other stuff].

It has some packages starting with 100 USDT.
If it's really a mining app, then why they're selling packages of that sort?
- Nonsensical [another red flag].
2857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: coinex-change.com scam? on: April 28, 2021, 07:42:55 AM
Those have to be the worst excuses ever made by scammers out there Cheesy

or some of you already encountered with this one (i mean the very site: coin-exchange.com) ?
None of us could've had an encounter with that scam exchange since it's just 6 days old, even though they mentioned [lied] launching back in 2017:
- I'm sure I'd be able to find other things [e.g. plagiarized parts and etc...] but I don't think it's needed at this point.

2858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: George Residence becomes first hotel to accept Bitcoin in Nigeria on: April 28, 2021, 06:00:11 AM
“Bitcoin permits our guests a faster and more secure way to enjoy the comfort we offer. Our residents desire simplicity, and we are excited to be able to offer that to them,” the CEO had stated.
I'm not sure about the current situation when it comes to traditional means of payment in Nigeria but is it really that bad [slow, insecure, and complex]?
- Having said that, I did enjoy reading the above line.

However with the increased transaction fee initially the hotel won't receive more payments settled with bitcoin.
The downward slope has already begun Smiley
- link

How is the hotel going to adopt bitcoin if banks there aren't allowed to deal with crypto currency?
In addition to Upgrade00's post, in that article, it also mentioned that they've partner with a "brokerage firm [Coinvest Africa]".
2859  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: How To Stay Abreast Of The Crypto Market on: April 28, 2021, 05:06:42 AM
Due to your previous history, I was hesitating to view your news platform at first, but it appears to be just an aggregator of some sort so perhaps it's fine to an extent.

You mentioned "products comparison" but I had no luck in finding anything in regards to that; Care to point me in the right direction?
2860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi is now a Super Hero in new Comic Book series by Marvel and DC Artists on: April 27, 2021, 09:20:10 AM
I was looking for another references for other coins... But this is all I could find.
I think I might've found a few more based on their colors:
- I could be wrong.

Though if the comic's author has statements that this named character is really based on satoshi nakamoto (bitcoin creator), then that's great.
The story behind a mask!
