I need someone to make a deal to ensure that evil is reliable and trustworthy Can you help me to get to reliable people
You didn't mention the details of the deal but regardless of that, here are some of the users that might be able to help you:
Note: Make sure to read their announcement threads, prior to contacting them.

2302  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Luno Exchange Phishing scam on: August 12, 2021, 02:34:14 AM
Its phishing site is what you have shown,
No, I believe there's another one [unless I misunderstood that part]. @Kakmakr mentioned LunoBTC gave a URL from one of those link shorteners and that redirected to another page:

Archived since the Google cached version is temporary.
Thank you, I totally forgot about that part. Not sure why the part that shows the date, goes away as soon as everything has completely loaded:

That was sad and satisfying at the same time... Sad, because of the way they ended their relationship and satisfying, because Fei didn't end up wasting his time with someone that valued money over love.

and what a shame for the girl who started collecting it with him, but couldn't stay in the belief. Sitting on a gold mine she didn't know about.
I tried to read between the lines and I think Fei actually ran away with what was partially left [apart from his own] from Liang Shiya's share!

BTW, it appears the 39 BTCitcoin Fei spent [in 2018], was around "2 million" at the time.
- I extracted that information with the use of google translator, so it's probably in Yuan.
2304  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-08-10] AMC will accept bitcoin as payment for movie tickets by year end on: August 11, 2021, 12:29:43 PM
So, this has been tried before by other Movie theaters and it died a slow death... will AMC Entertainment be able to find a way to make a success of this?
Not sure which movie theater chain did it before, but seeing that they're the "largest movie theater chain in the world with 620 theatres [7,967 screens] in the US alone", I expect a different result.
- I hope they could find a way to not limit it to online purchases [I do know it's hard, but it isn't impossible] and at the same time, expand it to Europe as well.
2305  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Secure your private keys on: August 11, 2021, 10:35:06 AM
— Have backups for your wallets as well for your assets by sharing your tokens into different wallets to avoid losing all at once as the case may be
I'm also a bit confused [like @Charles-Tim] with some of the things you've mentioned earlier, but I still wouldn't label the above line as a "proper" backup. By doing that, you'll be putting a big portion of it at a higher risk. In other words, you're just adding another problem to an existing one.
2306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptominer-shop.com Review for SCAM website | SCAMMERS | STAY AWAY | on: August 11, 2021, 09:18:26 AM
They look legit,
I have to respectfully disagree with that part. The fact that they've slapped a "screenshot" of someone else's footer area into their own, is a clear indication that they're not legit!

For me these two rows look stolen
Not just those, almost everything is stolen from somewhere else; I ran a couple of tests and got the following results: #1 and #2

Archived  Wink

I did some digging and managed to find another one of their "fake" websites:

2307  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Luno Exchange Phishing scam on: August 11, 2021, 06:41:22 AM
LunoBTC
If you were referring to the one with a ".com" extension, their account recently got suspended [last "cached version" that google shows is for last month].

It re-directs to a fake page,
If you have the link, we could help to report it as well [it'll speed up the process for taking it down].
2308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About the popularity of Bitcoin on: August 10, 2021, 06:28:47 PM
@ROSEDF
In regards to the issue surrounding blind people, Adam Newbold [source] came up with a hardware wallet [IcyWallet - back in 2017] that was meant to tackle that issue.

Equipment:

  • Raspberry Pi or similar devices
    - Cheap.
  • Refreshable braille display
    - Expensive.
  • Headphone
    - Cheap.
  • And the code itself [BitcoinJS]
    - Free.

Unfortunately, both "website" and "GitHub repository" pages are inaccessible now, but I did manage to find archived versions of those!

Biexbi Turkish Cryptocurrency ExchangeBTC
Last time I checked, cryptocurrencies were banned in Turkey! How can you operate from there?

Can you also tell us why should we trust a new exchange that has plagiarized content from various other sources?

Hi, I have a crypto website that is making between $1800 and $2500 per month.
Let me guess, you're still not going to provide enough evidence [based on your previous history] to support your claim!

Open to discussing further on Telegram.
Note to potential buyers: Stay away from anyone that shifts conversations to other platforms.

"Why do someone's post remain active on the forum even when he or she has been banned from the forum".
~Snipped~
how is it possible for someone to be banned and yet his article still active?
Did any of your friends happen to have a rank higher than a Newbie [e.g. Jr. Member]?

  • AFAICR, in most plagiarism cases, they'll be permanently banned and if they're a Newbie, they'll be nuked [it includes the part that all of their posts get deleted] instead.
    - That type of punishment can't be applied to higher ranks.
2312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge financial firm NCR to acquire BTC ATM operator and POS firm LibertyX on: August 10, 2021, 08:35:28 AM
They overpaid on the network fee but that could just be a customer service thing.
Slow was the 5 sat/b but did not know that till I looked at the TX after the fact. All I saw was the USD amount.
Their slow option, overpaid by "only" a few sats [per byte] at the time?

Process was start buy on app, get price that is fixed for a couple of hours, go to machine, put in cash, get BTC.
You have to go to the ATM you picked out from the app.
It has a lot of steps in comparison to some of the BTMs I've seen [a bit cumbersome].

from what I see it seems more advantageous to withdraw money from cex.io to the bank as the money arrives in an instant than using these bitcoins ATM
Just to be clear, does it mean CEX offers RTP for all of their customers?
2313  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Youtube channel - what would you like to see? on: August 10, 2021, 07:23:06 AM
As Cyrus said, now we are working on artwork for the YouTube channel, we have some ideas and we managed to sketch a mock-up but we thought it would be much better if we involved the community in this, so I come to you with the following question:

What would you think of organizing a contest for the banner and the logo for the YouTube channel?
It'll be great, but don't you think it makes more sense to just let whoever that'll be responsible [I'm guessing it's someone from your team] for designing the video thumbnails, also handle the part for designing the logo and the banner?
- IMO, it's a bit weird to mix your work with someone else's style, even if you try your best to replicate and integrate their pattern into yours [results will always come out a bit differently].
2314  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Hardware wallets on: August 09, 2021, 04:19:16 PM
Tsaka another question even ba sa ledger gumagana ung store ng other coin?. If hindi kase avail yung Trezor is balak ko mag ledger nalang din, first time ko gagamit ng hardware wallet ang dami palang need to consider
Yes, pwede ka rin magstore ng iba pang cryptocurrencies sa ledger pero take note na pag yung Nano S [cheaper variant] ang bibilhin mo, limited masyado yung space niya at kung sabay sabay mo syang gagamitin para sa more than a few cryptocurrencies, kailangan mo palaging mag uninstall ng wallets prior to installing another one.
2315  Local / Pamilihan / Re: GCash is planning to add cryptocurrencies! on: August 09, 2021, 02:39:25 PM
Halos walang pinagbago compare dun sa sinabi nila noon, except dun sa part na seryoso na tlga sila...
- May nakakaalam ba kung anung klaseng partner ba ang hinahanap nila ngayon?
2316  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Crypto Real Estate on: August 09, 2021, 01:19:27 PM
Should we concentrate on the optimization of the manager's cheque process? Or look into tokenization perspective right away (it's not regulated yet...).
I think you should go with the former.

2 - ~Snipped~
3 - ~Snipped~
I believe you still haven't fully addressed condoras's concern in regards to the above numbers.
- The manner in which you'll be keeping the cryptocurrencies [a safety concern].

4 - So we have businesses in UAE and this is where the manager's cheque is issued. We normally receive 5% deposit, issue a manager's cheque and show it to the buyer as a confirmation (could be a picture, video, over a video call, etc.). Then the buyer sends the full amount and we hand over the cheque to the buyer or entitled person that will bring to the property registration office
I'm a bit confused with this part. From what I've understood about the manager's cheque on the internet, only the buyer should be the one to issue it, then you should hold it until everything is finalized and at the end, hand it over to the seller but that wasn't the case when I interpreted your response!
2317  Economy / Goods / Re: 2019 Infiniti q60 3.0t AWD - 35,000 miles on: August 09, 2021, 11:53:02 AM
@cryptoscool
You forgot to mention how much you'll be selling it for and if you ever decide to do @wheelz1200's suggestion, please follow the format from "this" thread.

I hope there's no issue in regards to dealing with escrow providers!
- It's a sensitive subject [especially because of your account].
2318  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase starts accepting AppleGoogle pay to buy crypto-Start of global trnsfrs? on: August 09, 2021, 09:44:50 AM
The main thing to take away from this news is they will have a limit of up to $100,000 in a single transaction to be cashed out by their customers.
I don't think any other service allows this on their platform.
Despite being one of their biggest haters, I like that new feature, and if they could expand it to other countries, then it'll be a huge factor in using their services [at least for a selected few].
- Seeing that they usually do things differently in comparison to Binance, then it's probably safe to say that they don't have to worry about similar issues.

Instant 100k cashouts sounds pretty big crazy to my ears doesn't it? I mean Binance got in trouble for 2 btc withdrawal limit a day (which is what 65k? I thought Coinbase was regulated and all that.
And when you combine it with the part I highlighted, it actually becomes way bigger than what you initially thought:

cash out up to $100,000 per transaction.
~Snipped~
Plus, there are no limits on the number of times you can cash out per day.
2319  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam] Phishing Exodus Wallet website on: August 08, 2021, 06:46:56 PM
Regarding the phishing site, I think it's already shut down because I can't able to access it.
I strongly believe you've mistaken the link @$crypto$ provided, with the one posted by @notblox1[OP].
- Unfortunately, you can still access it.

It's really smart for those scammers nowadays, they are willing to spend a small amount of their money just for the SSL certificate that looks like their phishing website seeing real one at the first glance
Most of them just get it for free upon registering a domain or purchasing a hosting plan and on top of that, it isn't that hard to find a bunch of free SSL certificate providers on the internet.
2320  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to stay safe from scam cryptocurrency app. on: August 08, 2021, 12:58:14 PM
2. If you're going to download a cryptocurrency app, make sure you get the link from the company's official website.
But if the project itself is a scam, then that still doesn't make a difference in regards to its safety.

4. Always read people's review about the App on playstore first before downloading it.
I wouldn't rely on something that can easily be faked [unfortunately].
