I don't understand why members start bashing projects or demotivating developers instead of constructive criticism? He's put in efforts to write some code and maybe the service is not upto the standards but let's not convince the developer it has failed.
@OP: Good project. You should always check your competitors before planning to develop a commercial app. Also, hobby apps shouldn't be released as commercial applications.

Send me a message. I can create a node bot like that.

The website is barely in a condition to be launched to a commercial audience. Looks like a HTML/CSS project of someone who's learning those technologies for the first time. Your material UI theme is scattered all over the place. I wouldn't trust such a site with 1 satoshi. I could imagine how terrible will be your backend.

Yes, there are no concrete examples except the technique used by the said accounts to earn merits that is start a subpar thread which should come off as helpful and earn merits. I need to check the addresses and transactions linked. I'll, either way, find a common medium used by all accounts.

One of my favorite firearm forums I've been a member for 14 years, and my post count is still under 1000.
Obviously, because those forums wouldn't be paying for writing posts. As disappointing as it may sound but that's the fact, we all wouldn't be giving our times to the forum if not for earning money from the signature campaigns. There will be very few people who'd actually contribute regardless of the signature.

Well, I'd suggest you to start contributing to the Bitcoin Core. It isn't easy and certainly needs a high level of coding skills but you'd learn more in that than helping someone like the above post "Become a manager of my discord chat". The money will come with time and there is no harm in taking small projects but keep learning as your priority. Bitcoin Core is just an example you can pick up any open-source project for instance and dedicate some amount of your time for the betterment of the community.

If someone has enough time on their hands, I might have an interesting case here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135934.0 This user seems to have multiple accounts which use the same " Subpar Thread Creation" way to get merits and rank the accounts. As you can see in my post, I connected him with an user using the same merit earning tactic having a similar username. OP of that thread never responded to me and locked the thread. I think this could be a big alt and merit sharing ring. I will investigate when I have enough time but just in case, dropping it here.

So, what can we do?
Selectively enforce strict rules. One of such might be, target the boards that have scope for such threads. Gambling section would be a nice place to start with. Maybe a script that checks the last active date of the topic creator and if it's more than 3 months, the topic is automatically locked. Mainboards like Mining or Technical Discussion can be free from such restrictions since newbies don't really spam there. This is just an example but a more conditional auto-locking algo will do the job.

Look, we have a "concerned" service defender here. Isn't it nice to get paid to defend the service you're advertising? I see you're a man of manners as well. Quit with paragraphs long text that doesn't mean shit just like every other of your post and let the concerned members of the forum deal with it.
Thousands of members are victims to exchange scams every day and I'd totally support it if someone is standing against it. I like the idea of @Hampuz trying to get the user's fund back and settle it all down but a concrete medium must be established so LiveCoin doesn't fuck-over other members in the future.

Dont know on whats the mechanics of this game but on the design itself i can say its on mediocre side.Im not really fan on downloading any extensions honestly and thats why it do already lost my interest on checking it out.
True! The entire decentralization, browser extension, and smart contract stuff for running a gambling site turn me off. Most of the decentralized gambling sites which work on the blockchain have pathetic designs and aren't luring to gamblers.

What version of the vouch copy will be given to the legendary member? Also, do you mind shedding some light on what websites the bot works and if I want to change the strategy is it reprogrammable? What language is the bot written in?

Facts: User Kid_dik requested a no collateral loan of roughly 20$ in order to buy some beers for the day. He said it would be repaid within the week, but it's been 4 days since deadline and I have heard no word from said user
How could you consider someone asking a loan for buying beers serious? If I'd have seen that request before, I'd just donate the amount for his honesty Doesn't matter $20 or $200 collateral should be must if you value your money.

there is no single law on earth that applies to everyone regardless of the circumstances, this is terrible to say the least.
Law of nature does apply though. For instance, death, regardless of how good, bad, interesting, useful a person is, there is no guarantee he will live to see another day before he goes to sleep. You know what I'm saying? On to the topic, OP should send a message to Cyrus since they're running a team of active team recoveries and link them to this thread. Theymos isn't all that harsh on the accounts if they're quality contributors on the forum.

Bitcointalk's UI really has no problem if you're just frequently on your computer, which I assume you are hence why you don't have any problem with it. For the others like me though, that is on their phones like 30% of the time, I'd definitely love for Bitcointalk to be responsive in design.
I use bitcointalk through my phone and it works just fine. SMF itself isn't built to be responsive. You can always program a mobile client for bitcointalk with a better view and personal to yourself. That'd give you more of an app feeling while using the site. That argument is no different from the "bitcoin is only used by criminals" argument; completely ignoring the people who are planning on using the platform with good intentions.
It wasn't really an argument.. I was stating the facts and unfortunately, there aren't many people here with good intentions.

Websites should get rid off Cloudflare already. The time out happened when I was purchasing a course on Udemy and now my money is deducted but no course is added to my account. I've to bother customer care to get it fixed. Worst mitigation solution ever! Cloudflare legit can turn down the banks and stock exchanges if such outages happen on that level. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FBUCd8AQ.png&t=663&c=1ARgekTTRfL7ZA)

You can reach me on telegram at @sood_aabhas
Not interested. Show me your previous projects or your github or anything that shows you are capable of writing an API or two decent lines of code. I'm sure you can't and you're here to waste my time.

I'd like to try out your email service. What level of anonymity does your email service offers? To access the service, do we have to open a domain via a web browser or emails can be sent/received using a command line? I can certainly give you constructive feedback on your service.
|
|
|
You wouldn't have to worry if you use one of the famous free email services like gmail, yahoo, protonmail etc but if you have an email like coinlocket@customservicename.com then your access to the email services expire with a domain or the email plan depending on your service type. even a regular @yahoo.com account can expire due to inactivity afaik, this length of inactivity time limit is different for each account, based on account age that's why I think it is best to hide the email address info on our bitcointalk profile Yes, I agree. Yahoo has an expiry date of 6 months for the accounts that have not logged in. Hiding email addresses on the profile will work but again your email addresses are exposed when you're reporting a post to the moderator. I still don't know why it is that way but it kinda exposes your identity to someone you don't trust.

Am I the only one who likes bitcointalk the way it is? I'm not a 50-year-old but fancy UI or extremely user-friendly stuff turns me off. In fact, I'd like if bitcointalk had a command line client so I could seamlessly interact with the server without having to open the web browser at all. Some might disagree that for wider community adoption we need a user-friendly website and shit but who cares? Blockchain itself is a complex concept and it wouldn't hurt to learn a command or two. The only advantage the App will provide is a platform for shit-posting bounty hunters to post garbage while on the move.
