1201  Economy / Services / Re: ETH for the SMART CONTRACT BUG founded. on: March 20, 2018, 05:40:55 PM
Can you give more information about the project/bu bounty ? Is the bug bounty limited to certain selective individuals ? What if I want to go through the smart contract, find a bug but report it anonymously without having to share my portfolio with you ?
The more people have access to the smart contract, better are bug reporting chances.
1202  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: LocalBitcoins.com Forcing me to Quit? VERY DISAPPOINTED! on: March 20, 2018, 05:35:56 PM
I'm not very sure of the identity protection laws in Europe but isn't it okay for third parties registered in Europe to do the formal KYC procedures as long as the data is safe with them ?

LocalBitcoins is way better than most of the exchanges that exists today,I think you should just comply with the standards procedures or stop using the service.
1203  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking for JavaScript / PHP open source crypto sites on: March 19, 2018, 07:41:47 PM
Hey All,
I figured this might be the best place to ask, I am a web developer and to be honest with you i learn best looking at other peoples code for inspiration, im looking for examples of websites developed in PHP or javascript that create crypto wallets and transfer currency between them and out of them, can anyone help me with some good examples? also will it be a requirement to run bitcoind or other crypto clients and interface via an API or is there some sort of external API people can call to?
If you could have googled this question, you would get more accurate results. There are lot of projects based on your preferences but the best way to learn them is to start writing your own.I suggest, define a goal and then start working on it instead of just randomly reading the code of the projects which doesn't have sort of any relevance to you.
1204  Other / Meta / Re: Off topic bullshit posters on: March 19, 2018, 07:38:35 PM
can't join sig. campaigns because managers are smarter.
Managers ? Hardly 2-5 campaign managers out of 200 actually take time to review post quality of the participants every week. These are the managers which mostly indulge in bitcoin based campaigns and not bounties. Most of the bounty managers are bunch of 12 year olds who can't do basic math.
Managing shit-posters/bounty whoring idiots isn't a big task afterall.I wish bounty campaigns had more restrictions.
1205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Introducing CryptoFights.io - 3D RPG Fighting Game Dapp on: March 19, 2018, 07:27:25 PM
Interesting. As of now,you haven't really provided any information about the project/concept on the website.I like the game design from the graphics on the website. When are you planning to launch it to public ?
What part of the game involves gambling ? (since this is posted in the gambling board)
1206  Other / Meta / Re: A new rule is needed for bounty managers. Please share your opinions. on: March 19, 2018, 07:19:07 PM
You didn't understand my point.
The topic is all about bounty managers here. They are exposing our email ids through this forum, not the ICOs. Please read my reply above for Hilarious.
I'm not talking anything outside the forum, an ICO company may be selling our contact info after the end of ICO and we can't do anything if they are really doing this.
Can you list down a few examples of that happening actively ? Please link me to a bounty program where a bounty manager is asking for email id's on the forum and not (outside forum such as google spreadsheets)

I agree with you that the anonymity is fucked up by the ICOs and it will fuck up more over the time when more regulation is added.
Yes.It literally hurts to see such beautiful tech heading that way.

The number of idiots are not less in bounty hunting, including myself. It is great to know that you are not an idiot like us.  Wink
I'm not an idiot because I preserver my identity and don't give it away from a few shitcoin tokens.
1207  Other / Meta / Re: A new rule is needed for bounty managers. Please share your opinions. on: March 19, 2018, 02:02:03 PM
It's not really a bounty manager's fault if the service/ICO they're promoting requires email addresses to keep a track of their users which seems fine to me.Anyway ICO's have fucked anonymity to the core big time (which was suppose to be the basic principle behind any crypto-currency).

Bounty idiots don't mind sharing shit over their actual social media accounts so it is not anyone's fault but the person who chose to do so.
1208  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] I want to rent signatures from active bitcointalk users on monthly basis on: March 18, 2018, 05:16:28 PM
Why not put out what you want these active users to do for you if the task is genuine. Yours is a newbie account and it means a lot in the negative sense if you are going to hide your intentions.

I have legit product/service that I want to promote. There is nothing shady, I will discuss the product with the suitable users and will let them decide.
- Will you escrow the amounts ?
- Are you ready to pay upfront to high ranked trusted members of the forum ?

Not something that I want to apply for but people should consider the following points before starting to work with you since you're fairly new to the forum.(seems like it)
1209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading pump and dump group on: March 18, 2018, 05:11:50 PM
Personaly i encounter this group they called there groups a crypto pumpers or anything they use to call there group. They are recruiting people to join there group and say they were pump that coins or tokens but saddenly you lose your money with this mudos. Do you guys think there are some group that truely helps our new trader to earn?
There are groups that teach you trading/trading basis and there are pump and dump groups which manipulate the market (usually whale traders),yes they exist! However,to join a group which actually pumps a coin or has an impact on the market are not free to join. They are invite basis and they need around 0.10-0.50 for you to get added to the group.
1210  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Made a project about cryptocurrencies sentiment on: March 18, 2018, 05:02:07 PM
Thanks for your feedback.

I'll take your advice and we'll explain it on the website soon.
Sounds great!

Actually it's a recurrent neural network using LSTM to analyse tweets sentiment. We trained the model with 1 million classified tweets about everything. We plan to get or make a training set based only on trading, our model we'll be more accurate.
So basically you analyse tweets and categorise them as "negative/positive" ? Interesting. What are your data sources ? Random bitcoin accounts or you follow a list of people ?

The datapoints represents the number of tweets we analysed, it's categorized by positive, neutral and negative and it's represented on the graph.
Understood.

The try link just wait for a sentence and return the entity sentiment (if you select entity-based analysis) or the overall sentiment. It's not perfect and we are currently working on algorithm improvement, we expect some feedback in order to know if people would use that kind of information/service. One of our next goal is to cross technical and sentiment analysis in order to be even more accurate about the price prediction per coin.
Not sure about anybody else but being a programmer myself,I love tinkering with data.(and I love Data Structures/Algorithms in general)
1211  Other / Meta / Re: Joel_Jantsen's Merit Distribution Thread (Newbies Welcome) on: March 18, 2018, 04:55:11 PM
Hi Joel .
I have not heard back  from you regarding my mail.
Didn't I ask you to send me details which proves your reports were successful ? I'm sorry I'm kinda lost here. But as DarkStar said, you should report as much as posts as possible however reporting accounts becomes a little difficult if you are using addresses/quoted posts in the context.

Good Work.I have sent you some merits and a few extra for the consistency.
1212  Other / Meta / Re: Additional data dumps? on: March 18, 2018, 04:44:00 PM
Currently there are two big data dumps available which auto-update weekly, trust.txt.xz and merit.txt.xz. These auto-updating dumps are pretty easy to set up, so I was thinking that it might be a good idea to produce several more of these, perhaps in the end forming a "ghetto API". What dumps would be most useful? Some that I was thinking of were:
How big of a operation is to auto-update the data on a daily basis ? I was thinking I could set-up end points which downloads the file daily and keep my source for the charts (whatever I choose to represent) updated every day.

It would be great if you can send a status flag along with the account details like "active/inactive/banned".
1213  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Attention all e-commerce shop owners! on: March 18, 2018, 04:24:41 PM
How is better than bitpay ? I'm certainly not interested in reading the entire white-paper ICO related drama but if you can just list out a few points which makes your product better than bitpay,it would be great. On the contrary, bitpay sucks and I hate using them, market doesn't really have a product which is nearly as good as bitpay so you have a fair chance if executed the product properly.

Honestly, establishing ICO/Token sale for the product is too soon and could be a turn off.
1214  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Made a project about cryptocurrencies sentiment on: March 18, 2018, 04:18:19 PM
Whenever you publish a project which uses deep learning, you must explain what is the underlying algorithm used in the process.Otherwise,it becomes difficult for people like me to analyse the data  and figure out how relevant it is.

Also graph could have a small section explaining what those data-points represent.

EDIT : You have this link https://bitmood.net/try which analysis data I suppose? What data does it expects as an input ? You need to put requirements there man!
1215  Other / Meta / Re: List of plagiarists [UPDATED: 18-March-2018] on: March 18, 2018, 04:10:36 PM
Why bother opening another thread when a similar thread exists and is being actively handled by the mods ? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.0 Should you wish to report copy-paste posters,I suggest you to start reporting there instead of segregating the threads which makes it difficult for the mods as well.
1216  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] ChipMixer Signature Campaign | 0.00075 BTC/post on: March 18, 2018, 01:53:21 PM
By getting inspire i want to apply this campaign. If you accept my application, i will be happy.
With that kind of post quality, you don't deserve to be happy.
1217  Other / Meta / Re: Joel_Jantsen's Merit Distribution Thread (Newbies Welcome) on: March 14, 2018, 12:09:32 PM
I found one new alt account and posted it in the Known alts thread Smiley Please take a look.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.msg32285693#msg32285693
I don't know if I'll consider that a successful find since 1.It is self posted 2.The evidence isn't enough. They might have copy-pasted the format and that isn't usually a solid proof to consider accounts as connected.
Anyway,I'll leave the decision upto TimeLord to decide if it's a valid connection. You will get the merit if accepted in that thread. Smiley
1218  Other / Meta / Re: Suggestion: Merit Phase 2 - Drain the Swamp (@theymos) on: March 14, 2018, 11:14:03 AM
Something like users must earn 5 merits a months for their account to display a signature if being done by theymos or managers can make a user earn 1 merit per week to stay in a campaign.
I strongly disagree with this.Even though the merit system is doing well,I don't think every quality poster is awarded merits. My point being,a participant could be a great quality poster but due to whatever reasons his unmerited posts shouldn't stop him from participating in campaigns.

This also means anybody who has earned 1 merit in a week but is a spammer to the core will also be eligible to display the signature.I can show you 10 shit one liner posts which have been credited with 10+ merits.
1219  Other / Meta / Re: Include a user's merit page on the left beside the post like how Trust is linked on: March 14, 2018, 08:04:56 AM
inb4 yet another post whining about merit

NO!!
As long it has "merit" in the title of the thread, the analogy is,"IT IS ANOTHER  THREAD WHINING ABOUT MERIT".Received it as exactly as it was portrayed.

Just a quick small suggestion that can the link for someone's merit page be added to where the merits are shown on the left? Like how we can click someone's trust to go to their trust page. It's kinda triggering that to see someone's merit I need to first click on their profile, then click on the merit link to see their merit.
This is rather a personal suggestion than a feature requirement.I don't really mind navigating to an user's page to see their merits because I don't do it very frequently. (I don't need to)

Again this probably is a very small thing in the large number of other issues but just something I felt could be a Quality of life improvements of sorts
Saved a Click today == > Improvised the quality of my life. How beautiful.

Side note: Can we chill with the threads whining about merits being added, it'll irritating as hell to see 300 posts in meta about how it should be removed mainly from some shitposters.
Chill ? Of course,I make sure I keep my gatorade handy as I dive into the sewers of Merit threads.

Bonus: Create a "Fuck Merit System" Megathread and lock the others so all of shitposters can be concentrated in one place (not to mention they have an extremely obsessive love for the megathreads anyway. Win Win in my books)
I'll let theymos speak to you,
I'll get right on that, just as soon as hell freezes over.
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Blockchain. Hello Hashgraph. on: March 14, 2018, 04:59:15 AM
Besides, theres always Byteball or Iota
IOTA really ? Last time I checked they were claimed to be a ponzi scam although I did not investigate much but don't think HashGraph and IOTA are on the same page when it comes to technical advancements.I agree hashgraph is a controlled via patents but don't think that should hold up  it's further usage.
