Why you do not post a note on your site explaining this situation of transaction confirmation delays, this will save you from embarrassment and problems - There is a notification in the Bitcoin wallet as well as in the Multi Wallet app; - There have been posts both in Twitter and on Facebook regarding current delays with the BTC network; - Our support reps provide details on network related issues with transactions as well. If you can think of other ways to convey this information to our users, please feel free to share it here. Posting a popup on the website doesn't help much as the majority of our users are using the apps for mobile devices, and all important notifications are posted on the main screen there, first-hand. |

Well on Sunday morning I thought what I would do I will completely log out of my wallet then log in with newly created user name and new password and completely new set up with the same "BTC Freewallet.Org" . Start up the newly created wallet and..... Bingo all transaction of my BTC shown there ...well under 1BTC... Gr8. Because I was thinking the transaction went back the same wallet because I have received confirmation saying your BTC wallet(I did the transaction from??) is credited now, although it was showing Zero..?? It like the transaction went back to a copy of the same wallet but needed to be unlocked..ie buy creating new account...I work in IT but it seems we need to look at basics first....reboot..  , please provide your user id from the Settings section of the app; it's an internal id we use, so listing it in public won't jeopardize your wallet security, neither it can grant the access to your wallet balance. |

Thus far, I have only seen vague terms such as "some time".

musv, recovering such transactions can take up to 90 days. We are, however, putting all efforts to complete recoveries sooner if there's such a technical possibility. |

Sad to hear your complains tho there are lots of complaints against this wallet already that's why I wonder how people use this wallet while there are too many wallets that are secured enough to hold your funds on, Google.com is always there to give you information about some reviews of any website that was indexed on google.

shaikharief, apologies for the delay! What makes you think your funds are lost? You've shared the transaction status yourself: it's currently being sent. The BTC network is overloaded now, which is why there are massive transaction delays globally. You can check the mempool here. We've posted a notification in the app about potential delays with BTC transactions; as soon as your transaction is included in a new block, you'll see the status update in the app as well. Sorry, but that's the network issue, it's out of our hands. |

I have sent multiple email messages to the support team as you recommended, however queries as to status of my claim either go unanswered or I get an auto-response asking me to be patient (it's been 3 weeks since my initial claim filing). Apparently, there is always some circumstance arising that precludes my claim from being addressed. This week it's the hard fork.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to offer suggestions as to how to expedite my claim or at least how to get the attention of the support team so that my funds are restored?

I believe that many new users out there are attracted by their multi-crypto currency platform. I have to say that their product seems awesome, however i strongly believe that its a big scam!! Never let anyone get hold of your wallet private keys, its like giving them access keys to your vault. I made a terrible mistake of transfering BCH to BTC wallet and i cant get back my refund after more than 12 days. I realised that i am at the losing end as i dont have my private keys, i cant do anything without it. I've been ask to contact the in-app support for any problems, but they feel like a bot just replying you the same message all over. All they do is just asking me to wait and it should not take a couple of days. I dont think i will ever get my coins back. Its a very expensive lesson learnt. Why is this app still functioning as normal when there are so many victims of similar cases out there??? Cant we do anything about this??? Why is appstore allowing such app to be listed?  I really hope victims of FREEWALLET to share your experience and warn everyone about this.  , we did receive your refund request, and our team is currently working on it. Unfortunately, cases with cross-chain transactions happen frequently because both Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are based on the common blockchain technology and use the same address format. I have the same issue but not with Bitconnect.
I have been using BTC freewallet.Org for a while, but last time I used it, I sent BTC to my Coinbase wallet still no sign even showing wallet transaction address from sending wallet and nothing in coinbase receiving wallet, I have received conformation of the transaction completed by email and also showing completed in my BTC freewallet? contacted the support team been provided what they asked for but no result and I have been sending notifications for the last few weeks they don't even reply..

Hello, I am using the token wallet android app and sending coins to myetheriumwallet. When I press the Send button, the blank screen is shown and freeze. There is no action done and the transaction history shows that nothing has taken place. Also tried through their freewallet website but there it is not showing the ERC token QSP. I am struck and moving the coins from freewallet to another wallet is difficult and buggy. Thanks , please see the reply in another thread. |

However, please understand that we wouldn't start the maintenance if it were possible to perform certain procedures without affecting our users. It's an ideal place for lose your coins. You just put that and finally when you try to send that you discover that it's impossible. I had problems with sending several times. Now I could not send zec for a days. Support keeps silence. I think they already drink mojito on the beatch  . , apologies for the inconvenience!
