I don't reject it for now but you made it in your very early posts on the forum, and your account is too young. I will keep watching you and might or might not send you rewards, it depends your future posts. Your applied post is too general, despite of its length but as I said I will observe your future posts to make sure that you did not make that one as a fake contribution to beg for merits. Stay positively constructive and stay safe. I am here for you, newbies.

I'm in Italy and this is bullshit, it is too early, we have not reached the peak yet, be ready for the second wave of infections...
The plan is to do blood exams to everyone (before they can go to work) to check if they have an antibody in their body so they can be immune for a new infection (we still don't know how long the immunity persist, for this is bullshit)
Massive test in order to categorize different population groups with test results: infected, non-infected, already have antibody to the virus; then have different social distancing for each group. The most vulnerable groups, the elderly group has to been isolated to the younger population, especially the young groups that have not yet had antibody to the virus. Whatsoever, it is a very challenging task not only for government but for all. The antibody load is important because some people can have low antibody load that mostly don't protect them from the virus. The same as what we see with hepatitis. You can take a hepatitis vaccine but it does not make sure that your body will be protected 100%.

We don't need it or at least I don't. China is a centralized country and if they finaly launch their digital currency, it will be a centralized digital currency for a power-centralized country. Power now is all-in-one-leader, Mr.Xi. With the pandemic, we see there are many problems inside China and in the aspect of crypto market, I think we don't need it because such unstable place is risky for the market. When bad news come from China, FUDs will occur consequently and the market will be dumped hard.

Technically, you can't send merits as newbie. If you receive one merit then you become a jr member and with 2 merits you will be able to send 1 smerit.
It is not correct. It depends on activity point too. If one user has enough activity to become a Junior Member, but only lack of merit (at least one), then whenever he receives first merit he will be ranked up to Junior Member at the next check point of the system (each hour, I guess so). Your statement is wrong if he is lack of both activity and merit points, so even if he receives 10 merits, he will stay as a newbie if his activity point won't increase to 30 points at least.
I recommend OP to lock the thread because his answer was given by some good posts in the first page. If the thread remains opened, we will see more unnecessary answers (we already see some in the second page of the thread). The lock button stays at the bottom at the left hand side.

Lazio and Napoli wanted to start training in the mid-Aprli but...
The prime minister on his last decree said "No sportive organized activity will be allowed before 4th May", the date can be postponed. This is why the president of Seria A hope for a start at the end of May.
It is not a bad news in my opinion because safety is the first. The season can be finished with some months later than usual but it will be good if we will manage to finish it safely for all (players, staffs, referees, and community). Maybe if things go well, we will finish this season and the summer and winter breaks for next season or next 2 seasons can be truncated a little bit. I support the decision of the Prime minister.

Guys, some of accepted joke about playing with facemasks too seriously . If leagues allow and players will go to stadiums and finish matches with PPEs, that will look very similar to science-fiction movies. I can't imagine how it looks like and sure I hope that the world will fall into such bad situation. Because if such playing style appears, it means the world has to adapt to live with the virus, forever or in a very long future, that is not good, definitely. We aren't talking about starting leagues after few weeks. But it's possible to expect that it will be safe enough to play in June or July without spectators. Life will return to normal sooner or later. I doubt that they are going to keep quarantine for half year or longer. It's just impossible to keep everything closed and stopped and wait year until vaccine will be found.
Nations, Italy, Spain, France and even the US (where is the most severe nation in the pandemic) have all talked, discussed and planned for step-by-step to reopen economy. All steps will depend on the pace of pandemic fighting success. Spain already allowed some factories to start working again, because they simply can't wait until it will be 100% safe. I don't see reasons why football can't be played later this year. And when you talk about +100m transfers, you forget that there isn't just Barca and Real in football. There is lot of small clubs without huge budget and this crisis hit them hard.
I know that news. In Germany, they discussed about the wise-social distancing that will allow people back to work but still keep practicing social distancing. The elderly group will be separately quarrantined/ protected from the more infectious risky groups (younger groups), and some other proposal solutions to practice wiser-social-distancing.

What makes bitcoin different from thousands of cryptocurrency on the market? It sticks with the Whitepaper and core vision of Satoshi Nakamoto.
Over time, there are upgrades for bitcoin but the core visions of Satoshi Nakamoto is remained and proof of stake will destroy his core visions. Bitcoin is the game-changer and leader and it don't have to follow any other coins' visions.

I guess the thread serves as advertisement for that site. Google is totally different to Boogle and Google will never destroy their brandnew by replacing Google by Boogle. Never. If Google launch their coin, its name will be Google or other one but never be Boogle. Boogle brandname looks very like a phishing one.

It's time to buy, not time to hesitate and think back-and-forth. I don't say investors should go to exchanges and buy immediately at whatever price they see but it is time to buy, with a little patience to buy at dips from candle observations. The last 2 quarters of this year will see bitcoin and crypto market rising up. Don't hesitate now and regret later as you were in the first half or first quarter of 2017.

For all the stats fans, I just found some new statistics: WhoScored.com just released the "Bundesliga Team of the Season so far - 16th August 2019 - 11th March 2020". What do you guys think? Who is missing? In my opinion David Alaba and Manuel Neuer should also be in the squad, but yea their stats were a little lower. Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1249338984452493316There are some very strange players in the list and it is interesting to see will they be able to manage their good forms next season? Will they grow up to become real new stars in Bundesliga or only one-season phenomenon? We will have answer at the end of next season or at least after the first half of next season? I agree with you about David Alaba but I don't agree with you on Manuel Neuer. His form has decreased too much recent seasons.

blockchain itself is not a "software" it is a database. as the name suggests it is "a chain of blocks" which means blocks of data that each is linked to the previous one like a chain. considering the fact that a very large percentage of altcoins have copied bitcoin, their blockchains are exactly the same.
I don't know whether we can have a site that has all stats on total hashrates of each cryptocurrency network. But even without such a site, I believe that the total hashrates on bitcoin network makes it totally different from any other cryptocurrency (altcoins). It is the fact that altcoins might never pass through to beat bitcoin. In the crazy years of 2017 and 2018, people talked about the flippening of Ethereum or Ripple that have never happened and even in such period, I doubt that their networks' total hashrates were higher than bitcoin network's hashrates.

1. BINACE and 2. SHAPESHIFT
I don't know them both. Furthermore, if you want to give others good exchanges or any good platforms, you must give them in full links, rather than just a name. With a name, we can find bunches of different domain names and sure only one of them is legit for one exchange. The rest are fake, phishing sites. With Shapeshift as a name, we can have some sites: shapeshift.com shapeshift.org shapeshift.io shapeshift.it shapeshift.fr and much more
What is Binace? About phishing sites, you can read: - What to do to avoid phishing sites- Host-file to deal with phishing sites

Bruno is a long time user of bitcoin so I am sure he knows what he have to do for those addresses he gave us as donation targets. I believe he did all those necessary guide steps (or at least keys to get access) to his loved ones and help they know how to get access to those addresses. Anyway, it is only my belief and could be wrong.
Donation fund has not yet been moved / touched does not mean that his loved ones don't know how to access it. Maybe they decide to keep those funds for a long time and maybe it comes from the guide of Bruno. But if you want to make sure that your donation will not go into the air, you can try to find and contact to his family members and get confirmations from them.
In my opinion, you can make donations today, or next month, it does not make difference if we know that donation balance has still been far from what Bruno asked for community help. In contrast, I admit that if someone don't do this in coming weeks, they will highly not do this months later, and it sucks. So having confirmations from his family members is a must thing for now.

This new way gives Venezuelans have more options to make their crypto transactions. Dash is still one of my favorite Cryptocurrencies and it amazes my more and more. The number of usecases in South America are growing very fast and this is very impressing to me. I think in the next few months we will see some big price rallys. I will buy some more Dash in the next time for sure, because i really believe this coin is totally undervalued at the moment.
You are wrong. It is neither a fast growth as you said nor a sudden increase of crypto acceptance in the nation. In reality, things began at least three years ago and have kept going well so far, not only in Venezuela but also in some other Latin American nations. DASH communities have been grown gradually but stably in those nations in the past years and we will soon see effects from communities' power. Price rally will sure have big power from communitities there as well as from the coming bull phase of bitcoin.

I am entirely sure the admins or at least theymos would be understanding if you just plea with them. You do not have to enforce a rule but if there is a rule that is against the rules of the forum that would be seen as grounds to lock the topic and I can totally understand that but if you do not enforce the rule and you just promise them that you will remove that rule, I am pretty sure theymos would understand and unlock it.
Rules are rules and if there is rule on that topic that breaks forum rules, ban is appropriate. It is suck to argue that that rule of the campaign were not actively applied for long time before. There is no proof to say that. I don't say Bitdice intended to break rule but it is hard to prove anything. And if admin allows it, there will be others to make appeal for the same reasons. It sucks if such ban appeals come from scam projects so it is the best to keep the rule, and avoid any future complaint or appeal. Anyway, life is onwards and keep moving. A new thread means you are not totally banned on the forum and it is good.

The original Tao coin was something else (probably a copy of some other project). This is Tao 2 -- just an excuse to run a second ICO for the same failed project.
It makes sense. I was confused when I read your copycat judgement above (maybe I missed some details in your posts). Thank you. It does not totally fit with the TAO 2 case but months ago, I also warned newbies about the new wave from scammers with probably newborn scam altcoin projects. Altcoin season, scam altcoin projects will appear. Check their Githubs first. So lessons from the past always have their values but newbies often ignore past lessons, especially if those lessons are from others, not theirs.

Well I just had a loss of 21 times in a row as I was trying to earn more golden tickets. This can happen and that's why its called gambling, I knew the risk when playing so I'm okay with losing but it can hurt even though its only around $150 dollars worth lost. Now its time to use the reward points bonus to build up my sats again.
Bad to hear about your losses like that. Breaks are always needed after lots of wins in a row or lots of losses in a row. Breaking it means a gambler is falling into addiction. People talk about losses and risks when gambling but please don't gamble when you don't afford your losses. It is the same for trading and investing so afford losses at beginnings is key point to start gambling/ trading/ investing.

Bigger clubs like Real and Barcelona will continue to make good money from the sale of players, TV and marketing rights but for the smaller clubs will be very difficult to survive financially.
It's the game for giants as in life, not only in sports. Whenever crises appear, pundits will become bigger (barely to see some pundits collapse due to crises but some of them are reasons of crises). The same goes for sports, big clubs have better survival ability and they will recover faster after crises. It is really hard to see some clubs can recover from financial troubles and become competitive with other strongest clubs in their nations, such as A. Madrid (in Spain), B. Dortmund (in Germany) and SSC Napoli (in Italy). Many players will lose their value, in football there will be a smaller amount of money available and this will affect the operations of all clubs. Big transfers like Neymar's from Barcelona to Paris SG will no longer happen.
I don't care about value of players, that have been overinflated recent seasons. There is a newspaper that says Ronaldo de Lima is the biggest transfer over history of football, if we include all factors of social economy, inflation rates, ie. Neymar transfer from Barcelona to PSG was only ranked in the bottom of top 10.

TAO's developer admited it but how it went wrong like that? I did not know about the TAO project before seeing the scam accusation here. The TAO project was born (on the forum) on July 28, 2016. About one year later, the TOMO project was born (on the forum) on July 15, 2017. I took the creation days of their ANN threads as their projects' birthdays. In reality, the real birthdays can be sooner.
