601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why should I invest in Qizon Coin? on: September 05, 2023, 09:55:22 PM
I think that OP is so busy promoting their projects that he/she has no time to reply to the thread. But that was enough as we can assess already if the project is worthy of investment or another scam.

Well, OP, you know already that it was hard to convince people to invest in a project that has no use case. Most of all, people are now been cautious in dealing with new projects due to scam issues that we have and your project is in question. You can't please them either unless your project shows interesting results that would gain attention but for now, people are thinking this is another worthless project.
602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 05, 2023, 01:57:41 PM
Being honest is good, even though Tapales is our very own, it's hard to be biased. Inoue is the better fighter, and most likely, he will win the fight. His camp is probably already planning for his next fight, as Tapales doesn't possess the killer instinct that could trouble Inoue in the ring. Our best chance now to witness a great fight is if Inoue vs. Casimero happens. It might not seem as interesting in terms of what's at stake for Inoue, as he would be a unified champion by then. However, in terms of pure competition, I think that's what we're hoping for.

This is Inoue's division for now (122lbs) and we should taper down our expectations on Tapales because the chance is very slim for him to win this fight. Casimero's chance on landing a fight with Inoue is if he became a mandatory challenger on one of the belts but he should also be winning his every fight convincingly so the boxing community would glamour to see that Casimero vs Inoue fight to happen.

That's necessary, though, and he understands it's his only chance to fight Inoue. Being a mandatory challenger would give him the assurance that he will be able to fight the champion. Even before, he kept challenging Inoue, so it's about time he's given a chance, especially since he's not getting any younger. Maybe it's a big satisfaction for him to be able to challenge Inoue before he retires. Still, it depends on the outcome of the fight. If Casimero loses, it could be the end of his journey, but if he wins, big fights are certainly waiting ahead.

What do you think, if Inoue were to fight Casimero, can there be a rematch clause in the contract?

It appears that there's a chance we won't get to see Coach Tab taking on the role of coaching Gilas, as there's unofficial news suggesting that he has been hired as the new coach of the Indonesia National Team.

Quote
(UNOFFICIAL) According to Snow, his kuliglig told him that Tab will leave the country soon to coach the Indonesian Team. Such a loss for the Philippines to waste this gem and on the otherhand it is a BIG development for the Indonesian Basketball to have this type of Coach. While the Philippines might just rot on the old system, and old gameplay that will make PH basketball to its lowest level of play.

https://www.facebook.com/theIskor

If this rumor is true, then I think it would break the hearts of the fans who are longing to see Coach Tab coach the Gilas Pilipinas. I understand why people want him because he has already proven himself. When he was coaching the team, there were lots of praises for the team, even though Gilas did not advance to the biggest stage. Now, if he were to coach Indonesia, would that mean he would also leave the Philippines?
604  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I found Facebook trading group they work with signals wolf of wstreet on: September 04, 2023, 12:48:27 PM
This what i found over 400 members i'll join becouse i want to trade together like team they are ispired by wall Street ...i like to slogan "u got to pump up rookie numbers "  Nice idea

A group of 400 members where only 1 person or two handling them all while the rest are robots.
I would say it was not a good idea and besides, it was not the slogan that would make you believe that they are real and earn but rather make believe if they will help you grow in real. Don't give your trust too easily, scammers will target people who show positive responses. They will not scam you at this time but later when you already put in a huge amount of money.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bnb after next 5years on: September 03, 2023, 12:00:52 PM
Feels like it could do well, not amazingly well but it could do well and I think it is going to end up with a good return without a doubt. I think it should be important to remember that we are going to end up with a problem where it is going to be an issue. Yeah, it is not going to be that easy, but we should still make it happen one way or another.

I guess the biggest issue is that there will be some trouble when it comes down to having a trouble, and that should not be easy to handle, like that SEC thing. Without those troubles, BNB is amazing, it is going to be great profit and you are going to get rich thanks to it, keep on buying more and all that, BUT as soon as it faces those issues, it causes a bit of trouble.
Without a doubt BNB has had a great performance over the years which is what caused people all over the world to invest in it, however the issues of binance with the SEC are worrying, as I do not think the SEC is going to stop their maneuvers until they have inflicted serious damage to the exchange.

And if that is the case then people need to be very wary of investing on BNB, as they do not want to invest in BNB and then become trapped in it, similar to what we saw with those people which invested in ripple and that are still holding this coin hoping for a recovery that has yet to come.
It turns out that the SEC is the enemy of crypto because those who have issues with the SEC have a huge negative impact on its price and it concerns trust as well as the investors. This will tell everyone that the strict implementation of the SEC created panic and worries for the investors knowing that their decision was harsh. Imagining what happened to BNB, we witness a huge price dump of it and investors are selling off their coins thinking about bad things to happen with the exchange. So even though we know that it has already resolved but can't leave too confident as they might come for another issue.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jerwin Ancajas vs Takuma Inoue - Nov 15 on: September 01, 2023, 02:40:33 PM
The japanese culture, as well as boxxing culture is based on honor. I very much doubt that the judges would vote in favor of the japanese fighter just because he is japanese, if that is indeed what you are implying (I might be misunderstanding you?). So if they were to make such a vote, it would be very clear to the rest of the boxxing community and it would bring great dishonor upon them. Dishonor is something that the Japanese avoid at all costs. So I am feeling quite safe with the judges decisions.

Either way the fight will definitely be very interesting and hard-fought. And the score will probably reflect that.

While these are mere rumors and speculations, it's hard not to consider the notion that when a boxer fights in their home country, they are more likely to win. This belief stems from past instances, such as the Pacquiao-Horn fight in Australia, which many viewed as controversial, possibly influenced by hometown bias. The situation in Japan might be different, but it does raise questions.

One potential reason why some might suspect bias is the fact that Inoue (Takuma's brother), despite being a champion and highly popular, has predominantly chosen to fight in Japan rather than exploring opportunities in the US for a larger audience.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: September 01, 2023, 01:54:41 PM
I wonder what France look like if Wembanyama played. The Spurs decided to excuse him from the national team for further development. But he and Gobert will have their chance to team up and get back their glory in the 2024 Paris Olympics. That will be the biggest basketball event and at the same time, their nation is the host. Should be fun to watch.

They will undoubtedly improve, especially considering that Wembanyama is continually training. Once he represents his country, his skills will likely see significant growth. Being the number one overall pick, he's in a different league compared to Gobert, who was a first-round pick at 27th overall in 2013. I anticipate a major improvement from him. Perhaps France will make a strong comeback in the future. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing how Wemby performs in the upcoming regular season, and I hope he won't disappoint us.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: September 01, 2023, 08:58:17 AM
As an investor, i bought so many exchange based tokens! Bnb, uniswap, kucoin (kcs), cake, houbi (ht),  FTP and so on. Undoubtedly those exchangers are so big and reputable. I though those altcoins will pump if exchange get larger during time and if exchange add more pair with their altcoin on their platform, then price will boom but most of those are like shitcoin, dumped 70-80℅ in long run except bnb. So what do you think? I'm no longer going to invest any exchange coin anymore!
You're doubted already but you still hold them. You'd rather sell them now and stop wasting your time with these coins aside from BNB.
Investors are not buying these exchange tokens because they are not as profitable as we think. Although they are still available in the market but since we are aiming to earn a profit, they are not the best coins to choose.
Well, the decision is still yours but if I were you, I don't invest them. I'd rather use my money to buy BTC, ETH, and BNB, they are worth investing either long-term or short-term.
609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My experience as a beginner trader on: September 01, 2023, 08:29:39 AM
There are no experience mate Grin you lose  as a beginner to become a stronger trader  Smiley so for everyone out there thinking of QUITTING QUITTING is not the option here just keep learning  till you  can say "Gone are those days " Grin
Quitting remains as an option for me and for those who really don't get how trading works. In fact, trading is not for everyone meaning that if we know ourselves that we can't do it rightly, I don't think we need to stay in trading while suffering losses. Maybe we could think that because we are a beginner, well, we consider that situation but if the situation still has the same results (losses) after several months of trading, that was an indication to leave and forget trading was not the best place for us.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: presuring someone into Bitcoin investment on: August 31, 2023, 12:43:06 PM

Please next time you want to tell person about Bitcoin don't force the person because the person will think that you are a scammer just as your mother did.
And aside from that - it was pretty hard to convince someone to invest in Bitcoin or in crypto when they never see how it changes your status. Some people just believe in a certain investment based on what they saw us, they believe in those people who can show results, not just words which is somewhat hard for Bitcoin.

This is why I don't tell anyone of my friends to invest in Bitcoin. Even though they that I was in crypto already but never I encouraged them to try because I didn't want to take responsibility for whatever happened to them when they were involved in this.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins are listed on top exchange? on: August 31, 2023, 12:00:48 PM
No way Roll Eyes
The listing fees of the best exchanges are huge, so any project can be listed for money and it is not the best coin for that.
Moreover one should not rush to invest after seeing the listing on a good exchange because the development of the project will be more dependent on an investor.

There are many coins that get delisted from good exchanges because their volume decreases and investors decrease, the main reason being poor development progress.
These developers think that a reputable or big exchange will be a tool for them to gain more responds from the community and a ticket to their success. But unfortunately, it was not only the thing that they must consider as these investors are not just after those coins that are listed to big exchanges but also, it matters how useful it was in the crypto space. Even if it was listed like in Binance, still there is no assurance that investors will choice their projects unless it shows good development which could gain more interest to the community.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 31, 2023, 10:30:02 AM
Most probably yeah! Giannis already expressed that he wants to be on a team that could give him additional rings and he will not be staying with the Bucks if he couldn't win one anymore. So, the Warriors will be a perfect spot for him in his free agency. NBA fans are actually looking forward to this and the Bucks not gonna be the same anymore if Giannis leave, well not unless if they can make a significant improvement with the team next season.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is popular in NBA game after he leaded the Bucks to Championship finals wining and around the globe. He's popularly known as the Greek Freak in the game. Milwaukee Bucks should do everything within their reach to retained the top-notch player in the club, because it would be hugh loss if he moves out. Giannis only wants titles and winning rings would be the appropriate credits he deserved, furthermore the team should signed more important players that will aides in enhancing and strengthening the club interms of performance on the court.

Giannis would be a great loss to them if they let this guy go away from bucks since aside from the numbers he can provide for sure this is a huge loss for their revenue knowing that Giannis is so popular. If other team will create much appealing offer than them for sure he they might lose him especially now Warriors and Lakers and lakers showing some interest to have them on their roster. Bucks is strong team so maybe they should make their second unit more stronger to win a championship next season.

The Bucks cannot retain Giannis if he does not re-sign with the team. He will become an unrestricted free agent after the next season. Therefore, he has the choice to sign with other teams. It's notable that he has maintained a good relationship with the team by not demanding a trade; instead, he expressed his interest in leaving. This approach shows his fairness as a player, and it benefits the Bucks as well, allowing them time to prepare.
613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: August 31, 2023, 07:47:59 AM

The biggest upset here so far is the early exit of France since they still have many line-ups that finished 3rd in the last FIBA World Cup. They also have good NBA players like Gobert and Fournier.

They seem to be facing some bad luck. Despite having an NBA player on their team, chemistry appears to be a problem. Additionally, it seems that Gobert might not be in his prime anymore, which is evident from his performance in his NBA team.

France was ranked in the top 5: as per ranking in https://www.fiba.basketball/rankingmen. The unexpected outcome is a significant setback for their national team and could potentially impact their confidence in international games. It's crucial for them to assess their team and identify the underlying issues. This marks the first time they've experienced an early exit in the FIBA World Cup since Gobert became a part of the team if I remember correctly.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Constant wins in the casino for several days, then constant losses. Noticed?! on: August 30, 2023, 02:19:17 PM
What are you trying to imply? Do you think you are being cheated by a casino? If the casino is rigged, then they can certainly dictate the outcome of the game. However, if they are not, you have to understand that they will still lose in the long run, as you are talking about slots where casinos have a good house edge. This house edge will definitely work against you in the long run. That's why it's important that you don't gamble aiming for constant money, but just for fun, because your only chance is to win due to luck in a game that doesn't require any skill.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: August 30, 2023, 01:29:29 PM
While we are busy with FIBA lately, seems like we are losing one of NorthPort's superstars to Japan B League. Reports have it that Robert Bolick is in Japan right now and a team in Japan, particularly the Fukushima Firebonds are busy entertaining him as they are interested of his services per report of Homer Sayson of Spin.Ph.

Quote
COLUMN: Robert Bolick gets royal treatment in Japan B.League

I initially thought he would be traded to SMB (San Miguel Beermen), but it's a wise decision on his part to explore opportunities abroad. Staying in the PBA might not make sense when the salaries are considerably lower compared to the offers in leagues like the B League. This seems to be a growing trend, and it's advantageous for our national team as players tend to develop more when playing overseas. The only challenge might be reestablishing team chemistry when they return to play for the country, but that's something that can be addressed.
This situation isn't favorable for the PBA. While there are still many players available to take the vacant spots, the enthusiasm isn't as high anymore, given that our top players are increasingly leaving the PBA for more promising opportunities. The PBA likely faces limitations in addressing this, as they can't match the contracts being offered by other countries. Perhaps it's a suitable time for them to consider expansion by adding more teams. This change might inject some excitement back into the fan base.
616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After all these years on: August 30, 2023, 10:49:42 AM
After all these years Bitcoin still remains an investment rather than a daily payment system, will there ever come a day where Bitcoin will be use generally as a paying system instead of what we are seeing right now?

We can't turn that way too easily when the adoption of these merchants in accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment is very slow. Even 10 years from now, we can't expect that the majority is using Bitcoin as a mode of payment but still, as a form of investment. While people saw this as a great investment, it was hard for them to be convinced that it was good for payment purposes as well. That is why some will say that it was a failed project as a form of currency but on the opposite side, it was a great revolution in investment platforms.
617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What could be the problem here? on: August 30, 2023, 09:53:37 AM
What do we think could be the cause for a trader that has been experiencing a win and lose repetitive occurrences in his trades.

Like he places a trade today he makes profit and the next day when he places another trade he would lose it, whereas the next day he then makes another profit and lose it the next. And this happen been repeating for more than a month.

Has anyone had such an experience? If yes! Then how was or could it be solved or stopped?
The situation is getting psychological.
Probably the reasons are - TA, ineffective strategies, too emotional, and greediness.
But I will tell you OP that this is really how trading looks. You can't make all day in profit nor think that you can earn a profit consistently but sadly, losing is still going to happen. And whether we like it or not, even if you are in trading for many years, nobody is exempted. And the best thing to do is work on your strategies and enhance our knowledge in order to raise our level of market understanding which could really have a huge impact in making TA.
618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: August 29, 2023, 12:51:05 PM
The Philippines are facing a tough challenge against Italy. Despite being ranked as the top team in this group, Italy suffered a loss to the Dominican Republic. As a result, they now need a victory to secure their spot in the second round. This situation poses a significant challenge for the Philippines. From what I've gathered, the Philippines must win by at least 13 points to advance to the next round. Given these circumstances, it appears that Italy might have the upper hand and could secure an easy win, what are your thoughts?

Italy needed this win so they would not give the Philippines a breathing air in this game. I really want an upset although it might still not be enough for them to lead by 13 points. The best scenario here is Italy winning by more than 13 points. I expect a heavy blowout win by Italy as they are trying to get the second spot while at the same time trying to boost the team's confidence which is needed in the knockout stage.

I think Chot Reyes the Philippine coach for many years already should be ashamed and give up the job after this event. I remember when he mentioned that the most important during games is the learning experience. Yet most players he coached before are already retired or past prime and are not part of the national pool.

And he has been criticized already, and it seems that he is not bothered at all. Nevertheless, I do agree that he has done a poor job coaching the Gilas team. Their opponents already know what the game plan of team, and that is give the ball to JC and let him do that work.

This is one of the best Gilas team in my recent memory and yet they have a hard time winning games specially that they are the host nation.  Any how, let's see how they fare against Italy here.

It appears that the Philippines might face their worst defeat in this tournament if they don't make a comeback in the second half. The first half has concluded, with the score at 39-48, favoring Italy. The second quarter has been Italy's strongest quarter yet, as they outscored the Philippines by 12 points after trailing by 2 points in the first quarter.

Italy's superiority in the three-point line is evident, given their impressive statistics compared to the Philippines:

Philippines: 6/16, or 37%
Italy: 9/21, or 43%
619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crawford vs Canelo-Charlo winner (no date yet) on: August 29, 2023, 12:02:03 PM

If Charlo wins then no changes for what Crawford desires, he will face instead the winner and proceed to his own timeline.

But technically speaking, although everything is possible to happen including an upset win by Charlo, I don't see any advantages he can use against the prime Canelo. I remember when Bivol was facing Canelo, only a few believed that the former would win but the result didn't say the same. I can't apply that same scenario to Charlo facing Canelo.

Anyway, let's wait for the winner of the Canelo-Charlo bout and speculate everything from there.

Both the players Charlo and Crawford had their equal opportunities to win the game. The players should try equal try to win the game. The game between Bivol and Canelo itself explain the exact situation now.The crowd opinion is Canelo, but the same was changed at the end.Bivol win the game with the support of the judges.I hope same will not happen now to Canelo.Even now the crowd opinion will be Canelo compared to the Crawford. When you compared the support of 100 people in the community, the seventy people will support Canelo.

At that time, it was so hard to support and bet against Canelo Alvarez because honestly, we've certainly known him far more compared to Dmitry Bivol who is just a champion on our eyes but wasn't really a threat because he doesn't have someone strong in his record that he already defeated. And so, at that time, we did expected that Canelo can defeat Bivol because that wasn't Canelo's first fight at 175 either as he already managed to defeat a boxer way back named Kovalev.

But then, we thought it wrong because Bivol proved to us that he's definitely a different boxer than Kovalev and can defend his belt successfully unlike the latter. In-fact at that time when he fought Canelo, Bivol was under heavy pressure because it was also the beginning of Russia-Ukraine war.

Canelo certainly holds several advantages, but it appears that his power might not be sufficient to overcome Bivol, who seems quite established in his current weight class. Similarly, if Crawford were to move up three weight divisions to face Canelo, many might predict a loss for him. However, boxing is renowned for its unpredictability, and surprises are always possible. It's worth noting that Crawford has already achieved significant accomplishments in his career, so he might not feel the need to prove anything further. Ultimately, the outcome of such matches remains uncertain, so let's see if Crawford would make history again.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: August 27, 2023, 09:53:31 AM
Planning about collection some MORE altcoins and thats why i manage extra money for that. But market situation is still confusing and today Altcoins dump minimum 10% even more. So is it really right to collect altcoins?  Or another dump will be coming before bull run? Should i postponed my invest or not? I post this in speculation sector cause we can only predict!  And I'll go with the most predicted result
It is an accumulation time for altcoins, we consider this dip to take the opportunity to buy promising coins at cheaper prices. But there is one thing I would say to you OP and to everyone, especially for newbies is to stick to our limitations. Why? Over spending could affect our budgeting and targets and if we want to succeed we must adhere to our goals and plan. And most of all, we are sure that we are buying the right coin, not just because it was on the top altcoins but also, it is because it is currently performing so well.
