I actually put a long shot play on the nuggets winning the whole thing lol.  Yeah jazz has the edge obviously but with the way nuggets are playing right now almost at the half and up 8 they are looking good.  If it goes to a game 7 the jazz will have so much pressure on them.  With Harris back playing that is good for the nugs they were missing him in the rotation.  Fingers crossed.

Nuggets have the edge now, there's no line for game 7 yet but I believe Nuggets will be the favorites in game 7 based on the performance they showed in game 6. Congrats to them and to you wheelz1200, looks like Nuggets are going to have a successful comeback to win the series.

Denver Nuggets might look dominant in there last game against the Utah Jazz but the bookies place them in the odds where they have either +1 or 1.5 in them and I agree. Still if you look at there lineup Jazz really has a stronger lineup and what they lack right now is good synergy with each other which they can start doing during the last game. Both teams will have a do or die match tomorrow and during this kind of time the better line-up wins the game.
602  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fake XMR wallet on Displayed in Google/Google Ads on: August 30, 2020, 11:21:01 PM
I'm wondering why ads like this from a scam website cam have ads from Google? Since I know they have been strict with regards to crypto related ads in particular these type of scam websites shouldn't be shown in the first place. Are they fooling Google here by showing a legot service and then after a few hours they wilk tranform their website into a phishing website or Google simply just don't care when it comes to their viewer's protection? Because from what I see Google can be liable here by promoting an ad of a pishing website.

Google may not be strict in terms of website content as long as the companies that wants to have an ad space will pay. These scammers can fake their contents in the beginning and proceed with the dark plan on the latter.
This is just another lesson not to trust anything in the internet that even Google, Facebook, YouTube are displaying a lot of ads about the scam companies. Note that these are reliable platforms, but they I guess they have no control over these website's content. Least thing to do is to report, so Google will take this ads off from their platform.

If this is the case where Google only initially views the website for any kind of illegal activity I think the best thing for them to do is to actively screen/monitor websites that they have ads on as they are seriously endangering their own customers of being scammed. This only should also be applied to social media giants and other ad networks as they may partly be at blame here if their users got fooled by them somehow with the ads they are publishing. This websites could easily be avoided without receiving any kind of exposure from the use of these websites promoting their content.
603  Economy / Speculation / Re: History shows Bitcoin price may take 3-12 months to finally break $20K on: August 30, 2020, 10:29:07 PM
For any analyst to predict a time frame like "3-12 months" is someone who doesn't really know what will happen to that asset. This kind of long time frame just shows how they are unsure of their own analysis and they are correct to do so as predicting Bitcoin's price by just looking at it's historical prices will just make their price prediction more inaccurate. People always compare the previous price movement of Bitcoin on it's present price movement hoping to see a pattern that was not really there in the first place. For me honestly I don't think Bitcoin can go up back up above 20,000$ this early especially if we are having a hard time to even break back up above 12,000$ just because the volume isn't really that strong to push above that level.
604  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin trading soars in Argentina, Brazil as local currencies weaken on: August 30, 2020, 09:39:54 PM
The increased in traded volume for both Brazil and Argentina suggests that there os really interest going on in both countries where both of their currencies are failing them. Unlike Turkey where Bitcoin also has reached its ATH with the Turkish Lira yet there was really no interest happening in Bitcoin. Both South American countries just show that some of their citizens are already preparing to bail out of their own fiat currencies for their own safety. I just wish this won't worsen as from what I know countries with high inflation such as Venezuela even though they used other currency now shows that these other chrrencies are still affected by the inflation.
605  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-08-27] DCG is betting $100 million on mining Bitcoin in North America on: August 30, 2020, 09:04:19 PM
By how the article is constructed it looks like the Foundry is focus on creating mining farms in either states where they have cheap electricity or states where they will have any renewable energy source, this just answer what there plans will be in North America in order to succeed since the article is right to point out that North America isn't really the preferred place to be when it comes to crypto mining due to electricity cost being the main factor. If they somehow overcome this cost and actually profit from the trades they will have from the crypto they will mine I think that this mining firm will be able to succeed expanding their operations in NA.
606  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Google to switch PH BPO partner following online scam (and mentions Bitcoin) on: August 30, 2020, 08:09:07 PM
They identified the persons I guess that is why they said 3 employees, as I said it is made up of Islands so it is hard to keep all the places under surveillance and also it is easy to escape to neighboring countries too easily.60Million is not a small amount and even whole life may not be enough to spend them on developing countries.

At which part of the news they said that the employees involved in the scam are running away and are now fugitives in the country? Because from what I understand in the news they are just dismissed by the company but they have yet to file criminal charges against them since the complainants should be the ones that got scammed by them and not by the company they are working for. Maybe they are just waiting for people or a group of people to come and front and file an official complaint against them before any proper procedures should begin. But they aren't running away and since a scam/fraud is involve they might have been detained in a prison cell.
607  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Im Looking developer it guy and Other skilled people for world biggest project. on: August 30, 2020, 07:31:28 PM
Even if without looking at his trust summary you will know that there is something wrong with his proposal. And what I mean about that is he literally don't have any solid plan to sell cryptocurrencies to this so-called "rulers". I mean if we are talking about the Rothschild here do you really think that they will have some kind of interest with cryptocurrencies especially to someone who will just offer them just because of connections? I don't think so, they are already rich and not unless you are offering something more beneficial to them other than money I don't think that they will bite on any kind of offer.

609  Other / Archival / Re: Some thoughts on the Trust system and Scams on: August 26, 2020, 02:34:23 PM
I've seen the post about the trust system still needs some modifications that's why theymos has not applied it for visitors and I am agreeing to that. However we need to have some kind of solution for visitors not to get scammed just because they can't see the member's trust summary and I think the best solution for that is having all market sections in the forum be restricted for visitors to view so that they avoid being victims just because they are blinded.
610  Economy / Economics / Re: Another company buying bitcoin as capital allocation strategy on: August 26, 2020, 01:52:43 PM
~snip

Though there've certainly been better times in recent history, around about now will likely turn out to be a considerably better time than in a year or a bit more if things heat up. That's when we're going to see the highest number of companies doing it and it might become some sort of miniature bubble all of its own with stocks rising every time a company declares they have a position. Then it all goes tits up and takes them with it a very short time afterwards.

But we don't know how these companies will react to these kinds of price movement. Let say on one of these days BTC suddenly drop at 10%, there is a chance for these companies who have their cash reserves invested in Bitcoin will suddenly bail out of their position they will obviously be contributing to the price drop more. We are talking about companies who wants profits and I know that they aren't really sitting on their positions for too long in order for them to make a profit. Either way companies who are investing big in crypto will always be a double-edged sword as their capital can definitely affect the price movement of Bitcoin.

Here is my post that is somehow related to more and more companies buying Bitcoin as an investment. I personally don't see this as an all through out good news as companies having large portions of the current circulating supply in Bitcoin is always no good, they are technically whales that have the power to influence the market. Yes its good news that finally Bitcoin is being recognized on the commerce end but price movement wise we can be 50-50 because of them and how they see the price movement of Bitcoin.
611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jeff Horn vs. Tim Tszyu on: August 26, 2020, 01:28:51 PM
After his biased win against Pacquiao he didn't really have a stellar career after that. He lost to Terrence Crawford via TKO and after that he lost onto 2 mediocre boxers via TKO again one of which he had a rematch on for him to win. Don't forget that the last 4 bouts he had are from his fellow Australians which Horn is considered the best in the nation well right now his fellow Australians are just beating him in the ring and this just proves that he didn't deserve the win against Pacman. Pretty soon Horn will just hit rock bottom by now.
612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: August 26, 2020, 12:21:53 PM
When it comes to the crypto market I personally don't think there is a best strategy out there as it will always depend on the trader doing it and if he has the time to do this. Yeah buy and hold in your results might look like the worst thing to do and there will be no analysis involve but some people here don't have the time to have their own trading style that's why they are doing it due to lack of time and knowledge with TA. Hodlers still have a chance to maximize their profits by just waiting for the right time to buy rather than just buying right away (I'm referring to DCA).
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Bitcoin Maximalists are Promoting/Shilling an Altcoin on: August 26, 2020, 11:43:20 AM
It's funny how people will quickly turn down their views and beliefs in exchange for money, these kind of guys are just pretending that they are believing on something but when there is a chance to profit they will grab it. That's what happens mostly in the crypto industry where if they have gained some reputation they will take advantage of it even if they will exchange will be called hypocrites by doing so. I think this should serve as a lesson that you can't just really believe what people are always saying in the internet since there will always be a chance that they will tell you a different story on another day.
614  Economy / Speculation / Re: Something unexpected needs to happen? on: August 26, 2020, 11:11:54 AM
I do have to agree with you demand is something that will be increasing for Bitcoin as the supply will always be limited while the interest of owning Bitcoin is continuing to grow however one of the biggest factors that can affect this growth is something that a lot of predictions left out and that's including Bitcoin's S2F model by PlanB. I'm talking about laws and countries that don't want them for their citizens. This is one of the biggest factors that can greatly affect Bitcoin that we don't have any control off. Countries like India or Russia that are unsure about their crypto industry can greatly affect our demand as well the adoption needed for Bitcoin's growth.

I think this is one trend that could do with dying off before it starts. It all depends on when you do it of course, anyone doing it now is likely to not regret it but they're extreme outliers, but like everything this will peak at a similar time to the price and we all know what happens after a peak.

I really hope anyone considering this has read up on their price history and stress tested accordingly.

Yeah this is the sad one, I'm surprised that there are a lot of businessmen considering buying Bitcoin at this point where it has rallied up already. I think last week a big tech giant named MicroStrategy has invest majority of their cash reserves in Bitcoin which I think is a very risky move. If we say what happened last 2017 where Bitcoin gone up to 19k is happening now again 11k might look attractive for new comers but it's really not a good price you want to be in considering you have entered the market without any margin of safety.
617  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Google to switch PH BPO partner following online scam (and mentions Bitcoin) on: August 25, 2020, 09:36:36 PM
It always depend on how the news is relayed to the people, if we have the media not pointing particularly Bitcoin being the problem here and focusing more on the crime that happened this won't influence anyone about Bitcoin being some kind of dark web money. If we will be more present in the general public the news like "Scammers Stole 1,000 VISA credit cards" will just be normal to them for Bitcoin.

I bet that these 3 employees are instantly rich by now, but it was not stated that their Bitcoins have been "seized" by the authorities just yet.

No they aren't rich they committed a crime, they obtained the Bitcoin with fraud so even if there were no reports of any seizing that would happen this would just mean that they are still in trouble with the law. The company already confirmed that they have these 3 employees who have scammed people internationally so I doubt they can escape with that as this company will have employee records of these guys.
618  Other / Archival / Re: I am developing and designing an exchange and looking for some suggestions! on: August 25, 2020, 08:04:07 PM
Since this is some kind of learning experience for beginner traders I think it would be great if you add in some kind of forum style discussion page where people discuss their analysis on each trade they will be doing. By adding that I think users will not only learn from trading directly but also learn actual technical analysis from other members. Best example I can think of is what tradingview is doing in each cryptocurrencies where they talk about their own analysis on each pair. Here is an example for Bitcoin.

I think a forum would be a great idea. I could integrate that onto the website in Laravel.

What type of topics would you suggest?

I'm not really suggesting a forum here but just a dedicated page or a community for each trading pair you have. For example if you have a BTC/USD in your exchange it would be nice to see what others are saying about that particular pair and also to see all of their analysis with it, yeah sure we won't be eliminating biases and we might see some users trying to influence others but the thing is for any experience traders they can always verify their analysis on their own. Having some kind of separate forum will just make you stray away from your main objective IMO.
619  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Despite printing stablecoins daily, why is bitcoin yet to cross above 20k on: August 25, 2020, 07:26:18 PM
You might be under the impression of having stablecoins in the market will automatically push the price up for Bitcoin, well it doesn't. What you see in the media or for any reason why you believe in that way is all just reasons of people connecting everything to the price movement of Bitcoin, that's how news works in our market where it tries to influence you on everything but the truth is it won't really have any influence if you don't believe them in the first place. Just look at the chart and you will see why Bitcoin is having a hard time going up and that is because there is a lack of volume needed to do so. Yes the price of Bitcoin has increase but there is no volume backing it up making it more harder to push on higher prices.
620  Other / Meta / Re: All blame to bounty hunters. on: August 25, 2020, 02:05:07 PM
~snip

One issue that I am seeing in bounty hunters nowadays are social media posts and shitposts here in the forum.

Let’s start first with the social media stuff. I see so many participants who are joining Facebook and Twitter campaigns who are doing shitposts in their status. As a result, they didn’t have any reactions or engagements (likes, tweets or comments) in their posts at all. Meaning the traffic they provide is nothing but pure shit. I’ve seen some of my Facebook friends with bounty posts, but no engagements. Sorry for the word, but this is the reality.

This is why I hate joining social media bounties. I rather do quality videos and articles that would give value to the audience (not shit videos with just screen scrolling, bot voiceovers and boring content).

Second, is the shitposts here in the forum. They just simply read the headline, but not the entire thread. All they do was just simply replying with one or two meaningless sentences and not engaging with any convos from other ones who replies on the thread.

I’m a bounty hunter myself, but I learn and grow to get more attention, traffic and engagements rather than posting shit over and over again.

I truly respect your opinion, but I don’t agree that you blame “all” bounty hunters though (I’m a hunter myself, and I’m very thankful that it saved me from financial disaster). Just blame “shitposters” instead, whether they join bounty programs or not.

I didn't really tackle on the bounty hunter's perspective in my post, but what I'm trying to tell is that bounty managers who accepts bounty participants and not monitor them once they join the campaign will just lead to them abusing the campaign as well as contribute trash in the forum. This can really be solve by simply the campaign managers screening their participants as well as monitoring them on each payout that counts. This might be an added responsibility to them but they should also think about how it will greatly improve the forum if the trash is removed from the forum.
